@LloydsBank Yes! That worked. I managed to setup the memorable word. Now I can login to the app and online banking. Thank you. I tried support numbers and support FAQs but no mention of this. I suggest adding for future customers to find it

@MartinSLewis I was £3000 in debt with @LloydsBank - Then some insanely helpful guy over the phone went through my entire finances with me, to the penny. He worked out a plan with me and I cleared the lot. 100/100 customer service. So I was, but now I’m not.

@LloydsBank awful awful experience today. Wanted to change account type and via it app it says "You can have one sole and one joint Club Lloyds account but you need to apply in branch for the second one". Took time off work to visit the branch. Was told to message via the app.

@LloydsBank 20 mins to apply for a business account online, I'm currently on day 5 of technical issues, 37 mins on a call today to be cut off and now a 20 minute wait to speak to someone again. Joke.
