@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

The new anti fraud measures on the @LloydsBank @Mastercard credit card basically make it impossible to buy anything online. Been trying to buy my weekly @Tesco shop since Friday and it keeps getting blocked. Customer service wait times are 1 hour.

@LloydsBank 11 days after we called your Emergency Home Insurance when our ceiling started leaking, now half my ceiling is ruined and the water is in the electrics. Now I've been told it will be 13 days til we get a plumber. Lloyds Emergency cover is absolute garbage #lloydsbank
