@LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

@donnaellis0112 @LloydsBank They will pay - Financial Ombudsmen Service costs £750 per complaint upheld or not, I’d say its cheaper paying you something.
