    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    @LloydsBank A claim that I sent all the required documentation in for over a month ago. I’ve had no correspondence and no requests for any further information. I’ve had texts saying I will be contacted in 5 working days but we’re over 15 working days and still nothing

    @LloydsBank why can’t I get my internet banking working since I upgraded my phone 6 days ago? We’ll send you a code in 7 days??? Our lines are exceptionally busy??? Been a customer for 20+ years……I’m sure you’ll make it ball ache to close my account too.

    @LloydsBank hi there. A quick question, I have previously delete my app, and now when tried to download it again, I am supposed to receive call and key in 4 digit code. I receive calls but none of the digit codes on my app are accepted. Never had this issue before.

    @LloydsBank just to let you know that it seems you have an issue with Everyday Offers not displaying online on the app, (desktop log in is ok) can also see some other posts stating the same.

    @LloydsBank It's 2021, I'd expect to at least be told my card got blocked,rather than me finding out while I need it. Also I spend my days on work calls and finding an extra 30minutes to just sit and wait for someone to pick is just poor costumer service.
