@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank Your website addresses need updating. I’ve managed to change address since moving house with everyone apart from Lloyds. It says I have to phone. Why can’t you update your site and make it easy rather then spending ages on a phone call?

After experiencing @monzo customer service, you find the service provided by the traditional banks such as @LloydsBank and @NatWest_Help just terrible, complicated, tiring. Basically, I've to shift to "work from bank branch" to get my requests done, earliest in a few weeks.
