    @LloydsBank does your Customer Financial Assistance Team exist?? Its impossible to speak to. Sick of being on hold for an hour, explaining the situation then to be told I need another number & going through the same thing each time. Also, why can no one in branch can help now?

    @LloydsBank 2 hours on hold, then one of your un educated people put me on hold for another possible hour. We are trying to Deliver a LIFE saving service to people. Your incompetence is causing many issues and suffering.

    @LloydsBank after spending 30mins on a call centre to then be put through to the Rochdale branch it would have been better customer service not to disconnect the phone! Frustrating!!!

    @LloydsBank Literally zero use to me. Every time I speak to you, the time gets longer. It was initially 4 days, then 5 days for an acknowledgment, now 8 weeks. I’m losing money and you’re causing me great anxiety. Your apologies mean nothing as they are empty and do not help in the slightest

    @LloydsBank I want to apply for an under 19 bank account but anytime I want to register my mobile phone number I get the error message "Please enter a valid Mobile number" Mine is valid though and I use the country code.

    @LloydsBank Been holding on for over 20 minutes to customer services re an automated phone call from Fraud. I was dubious about the message. I have work so can't hold on any longer!

    @LloydsBank I applied for a savings account for my son over a week ago & can see a new acc when I log in but haven't had email or letter confirmation as I'm sure I had when I did my daughter's a couple years ago. Am I misremembering;should the new account be okay to use?
