Please @LloydsBank , is it even possible to get the last 28 days statement of account from you? . I need this for visa application and it seem you only give access to download statements monthly. I need this from mid- March to April.

@LloydsBank Yes I do, I explain the problem, they ask me to hold while they contact another department, after about 10 min of nothing the phone cuts out, extremely frustrating.

@LloydsBank. Inspite of Saying you are here 24/7 to answer customer queries, I have tried 3 times to call and discuss opening a savings account. Every time your message is “we are very busy and cannot take your call goodbye.”
