@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank so angry right now. I have no money in my account but a hefty savings account. Spending a day in London with my kids and I am unable to transfer money across to spend!!! The app has been down all day and I cannot access my own money!!! Sort it out!

@sode_olusola @LloydsBank If I know the banks they've probably already sacked them all and outsourced the work overseas. That's also probably why it's gone pear shaped and no one can fix it.
