    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank 1 hour and 45 mins on hold is not extremely busy - it is NOBODY IS AT WORK. I don’t see Lloyds advertising jobs either so you have staff, just lazy working from home shysters.

    Any advice @LloydsBank? Have now spoken to 4 people about an online payment where you need to 'verify' me? Now on hold (again) after being put through to the wrong department (again). What number should I be calling to get help??

    @LloydsBank Hi there, today I posted the cheque to the UK this morning. But I just received an email from HMRC that since I am living abroad and I have challenges travelling, they decided to cancel the cheque and issue me the refund via direct bank transfer….(1/2)

    @LloydsBank having problems with the app, when I try to open it is says it has failed as I am not connected to the internet, but I am and all other apps working, have deleted and reinstalled and still not working. currently cannot use my card online as needs authorising in app

    @LloydsBank Now 85 minutes. Surely that”s not what you deem acceptable in terms of customer service…your lines close at 10. I rang at 8.10 pm. Really?

    @LloydsBank No no Nicola. You have no staff and those you do have offer sub standard service. 4 hours waiting to get through to fraud about a card that has not been stolen or defrauded just doesn’t work. I don’t need the stupid fraud department just someone to turn my card on. I’m leaving.

    @LloydsBank Quiet clearly that for over a week Lloyds don't understand my frustration. As I mentioned previously my credit card is cloned and used and I wasn't contacted. I tried to make a payment on Amazon and you block my card!
