@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank I'm waiting on a payment into my account. Would customer services be able to see any incoming transfers? I know they can take like 3 days to show on my account/statement. But this is an international transfer.

@LloydsBank hi. I’m looking to remortgage and want it to start in 6 months time as my fix ends on 31/3/23 and I don’t want to pay an ERC. I’ve just been offered a new deal from my current lender to stay with them. How long are remortgage offers valid for with Lloyds? Thanks!
