@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@Noelgsuperman @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank We use Revolut. Sometimes have been refused at cashpoints but had problems withdrawing from other bank cashpoints and money was refunded immediately vwith no quibble.

@LloydsBank Nope. Cannot log in using desktop site. Says to call lloyds. Have reset my password and memorable password just all of a sudden will not work. Yet was fine at midday today.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Not HSBC. Against my better judgement they persuaded me to put their App on my phone. Unknown to me it meant they stopped paper statements. Then I got locked out of the App and they closed the local branch so I couldn't discuss the problems face to face. I feel like a hostage.

@tacgul @LloydsBank You would not believe the complete runaround the've given me posing as 'Customer Services'? 7 months now just attempting to get access to my ISA account funds. They lose your financial info, Registered Mail, no comm between depts. They are a technocratic & bureaucratic nightmare!

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Get on-board with @Tap_Fintech, purchase are passing as personal deposit on your dedicated personal account and only your name is visible they wont see that its a crypto purchase. Never had an issues with my bank ever since, a serious upgrade of my time.

@LloydsBank your telephone system won’t work with the Australian Telstra service. When will this be fixed? It’s really frustrating that I can’t reset my banking details!!!!Also there’s no contact E-mail address - would rather make complaint by E-mail
