@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank deeply disappointed in our remortgage with yourselves. We were advised to use Optima Legal by yourselves. Still no closer after 4 months. Simple Legal problem that they say they can not fix but I have contacted the relevant people and told it can be fixed in 7 days

@LloydsBank I lost the original card over a month ago. Then, I only had the option to order a replacement for the joint account online. Now I get an error message and a prompt to phone the help number. When I phoned, they told me to go to a branch. I did this, still sent the wrong card.
