    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank Does holding Digital assets & Precious metals improve your credit report? Does holding inflationary Fiat currency in your account, negatively affect your “credit” report? Just trying to understand how banking works? Any help is appreciated.

    @LloydsBank Hi, we had to call out AA breakdown - cover provided by platinum ac. They fixed the problem and we had to pay for the parts etc. AA promised us an invoice but not received hence many phone calls to Lloyds benefits with no luck whatsoever - how do we proceed

    @LloydsBank No to your business section while customer standing next to her whilst she was actually dealing with me. They were on loud speaker on the customer phone talking about their account I actually moved right away as it was not appropriate for me to hear

    @LloydsBank I want to close my business account. The online pdf form download does not work. Just tells me to update Adobe. It is up to date. Called your Helpdesk, they said they'd email me the form. They emailed me a link to the web page with the link that doesn't work. Help!

    @LloydsBank your getting tagged again in this thread as you clearly don’t care about your customers. You say you support trans rights but then you shout be treating them the same as every other customer; with respect. I know my details was my legal ones but you can do better.
