Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

When will TUI deal with my complaint (@Omo_Hernandez) reportedDid the exact same process with Barclays and had no issues but @LloydsBank who will ‘always be by your side’ is putting me through the ringer.

You won't be able to solve it by DM as you can't access my records. After all the huffing and puffing by the handler I'm sure the cut-off was intentional I'm afraid.

Dan Jones (@drdrjones91) reported@LloydsBank - your website isn't working on Chromium based browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc. version 99.0.4844.51). It gets stuck on the page asking to trust device after entering 2FA code (which I always decline). Replicated on both Windows on MacOS. Please fix.
