    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    In some shock concerning my experience with @LloydsBank today, it was beyond a nightmare. What is wrong with their systems? Started calling them at 4 and finally resolved the immediate issue just after 7pm and 9 or 10 calls (2 of which were cut off). Pheww.... #CustomerServiceNot

    "we are experiencing extremely high call volumes". I am experiencing extreme frustration @LloydsBank are having a laugh. I started calling them at 16:00 - I am on the phone now still 18:36. They told me the issue had been resolved it had not. Is this my 7th/8th call? What next?

    @whizzbangknits @LloydsBank Sort it out Lloyds. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and having the same problems as Justine. Never been like this before. Genuinely worried now I can’t get to work tomorrow and can’t rely on you as a bank.

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank That’s pretty normal in our banana Republic where the police/ambulance services are too busy to turn up and that’s ok .Dumbed down young people trying to cope with the infrastructure of 40 years ago doesn’t work. It’s like trying to teach monkeys to roller skate.

    @LloydsBank what a shambles, our whole school fundraising is on hold because of your business banking incompetence. We are unable to access our funds and have been misinformed time after time, promise of a call from a relationship manager hasn't materialised, what do we do now?
