How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

So in summary you're at risk of being debanked from ALL of them if you or someone in your organisation presents that risk

Warren (@warrench) reportedProblem with my @LloydsBank account. Web advice poor so I used live chat to chat to agent. She told me to use website. Advice sent me round in circles. Live chat told me to call. Open until 23pm. Phoned and it closed at 6pm. Told to use app. WTF?!
