    @LloydsBank Hi it doesn’t even let me get to the verification stage, it just seems to reject it all together. On the most recent one, I had an error message pop up saying: “Payment denied: if problem persists, contact your bank for assistance (code “BD2”)

    @LloydsBank Hello. If I use the CASS to switch bank account but I'm expecting a refund to the debit card associated with the old account, will the refund get credited to my new account? Live chat said no. CASS website says yes.

    @LloydsBank I’ve tried 9 times today to speak to someone at Lloyd’s Bank (Fraud No) and lost contact every single time. Working from home is obviously NOT working. How can you justify this? I’ve been a customer since 1972, and am unable to talk to someone.

    @LloydsBank is absolutely appalling and I am DISGUSTED by their lack@of care. RUDE OBNOXIOUS customer care agent snickering and laughing at my problems. Wasted half an hour of my time. A dispute that’s been on almost 6 months and my access to my bank account is blocked yet again

    Hello @LloydsBank I've been returning statements for a person who doesn't live at my address for over 4 years now. Another has arrived today. Clearly RTS isn't working, can you stop them? It's a ridiculous waste of energy and resources.
