    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank It's been sorted by the 6th person I spoke to but call waiting times were long enough and to be constantly put on hold so my call gets transferred was even more annoying. Service was very bad until the 6th representative who was actually very helpful and apologetic

    Thanks for nothing @LloydsBank, after being a customer for 45+ years my local branch refused to witness my signature that is required for a document to buy a house. Bank policy they said. Quick enough to take their fees but not helpful when you ask for a little service in return.
