Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

But, like most firms nowadays (and as their tweet shows so well), the entire customer service framework is designed to shoehorn your problem into a category rather than to understand it.

I returned the funds to the original sender. Now im in a -80£ overdraft due to your banks **** up. Not happy

But iv been on chat to say im unable to get into to town as in a carer for my disabled son and im looking after my wife. Wish someone will listen
