    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @peterthurley @LloydsBank You’re absolutely right Peter. I did expect some kind of informative message from them. My mother on whose behalf I was calling thought there should be some service & like you I agree. But @LloydsBank isn’t as interested in customers as it is shareholders. It’s a plc of course.

    Very disappointed again at @LloydsBank at the service level. Called today & the only message I received was that #LloydsBank is closed today. Nothing at all about when next open. Once again shows the shortcomings; the disinterest in customer service, just like endless wait times.

    @LloydsBank Hello, I have received text this morning about one of my current accounts being overdrawn. I have paid funds in to cover any further payments, will I be charged??? There is no overdraft facility on the account. Thank you for your help!!!

    @LloydsBank am@saddened the mortgage people just dismissed my application on one tiny issue that’s not even an issue. I’ve spoken to my solicitor who says it does not make sense. Causes me a lot of distress over Xmas. 😢
