    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank Hi, my friend made a Post Office cash deposit to my current account on 07/09/21 but my bank a/c was closed on the same day. The money has not been credited, as per the last statement. I am outside the UK now but I urgently need to recover my money ASAP. Please help.

    I have been with @LloydsBank since 1985 and I am getting very close to shutting down all our families accounts and going elsewhere. Your fraud system is faulty and I am getting tired of being declined payments, when I have plenty of money and credit, your algorithms are far too

    @zoescaman I switched to @MonzoBusiness from @LloydsBank business bank, 6 months ago. No Fees. Way better UX. Way better customer service. Switch!

    @LloydsBank I have been try to look at my online accounts transactions since Friday, just getting a red banner saying this service is unavailable?! When will this be rectified? Isn’t that a whopping part and benefit on having an online app/account!

    @LloydsBank I don’t think you saw the screenshot that I shared. All conversations that my friend and I had with the post office has led to them asking me to take it up with the bank. Please help me retrieve my money. Please coordinate with the @PostOffice if needed to get my money back.

    @LloydsBank No I haven’t switched accounts. My current account was closed by Lloyds bank. Please note, I’m not concerned about the account. I want to get my money back ASAP as it is a substantial amount. I’m going through immense financial and emotional stress. Once again, please help me.
