    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank Hi again this is not what I was told by one of Lloyds customer service people. They told me that the monthly payment would be reduced from the current monthly payment to £568 if we overpaid £30k and £777 a month if we overpaid by £20k.

    @LloydsBank That's rich Lloyds talking about fraud - Got a call from your website number - A bogus call!! asking for account details and passwords etc. Called your fraud department only to be put on hold for hours and eventually someone answered and then got cut off - your bank is a JOKE

    We are disappointed with @LloydsBank phone line services. For the two weeks I have been trying speak to their customer services without success. I am kept on the phone for 30 minutes every time without answer. Shame

    @LloydsBank when you moved travel insurance to @Allianz what due diligence did you do to protect your own customers? Service is shocking compared to @axainsurance - I’ve now had to raise a complaint to get docs i sent 3 weeks ago looked at! Awful for both customer & call handlers

    @LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

    @LloydsBank hi there! I'm trying to close my club lloyds monthly saver account, however I keep getting an error message. Have tried on PC and mobile. Is there someone I can speak to about doing this?
