Jonathan sankson (@sankers_65) reported from Bourton-on-the-Water, England@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.
