    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @fashion_mommyWM @LloydsBank Don’t spend your time on a Twitter back and forth next time it doesn’t help, they basically ask you to turn it off and on again lol. I rang the fraud team and got the blocker on my card removed quickly

    @kentreedy @clarnic11 @LloydsBank it's only sample checks so only a few transactions will be blocked. I've tried to cancel the order and re-place it but I was blocked again. No problem for another order (very small amount).

    @Riggs_martin @clarnic11 @LloydsBank If it's affecting a big company such as Amazon then potentially soon there's going to be a massive issue, with thousands of disgruntled customers contacting Amazon and the banks.

    @LloydsBank the time is 9.45 and once again you’re “experiencing a high number of calls” and the wait is 20 minutes. Covid is no excuse at this stage come on. Are you able to help me here? I left some cash in a ATM, if it were sucked back in, will it be re credited to my account?

    @Riggs_martin @clarnic11 @LloydsBank If this is going to continue and expand then Lloyd's will have to step in at some stage, as it's going to affect a lot of people. Suggesting I use a card from another bank isn't really much help when I only have a Lloyd's account.
