    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

    Stand in the queue to deposit a cheque and get asked would i like to use the machine... no I want a person to process it... get to the server get told I must use the machine. Incompetence @LloydsBank no problem with the actual person who served me, she was lovely.

    Lloyds Premier account customer just had the mortgage I started in Oct not complete due to conveyancer being honestly terrible @LloydsBank . Suggest you change your partners, the process was so laborious I let it lapse and renewed elsewhere.

    @LloydsBank I'm not unhappy with the service from the people. I'm unhappy that to cash a cheque in, I cannot have a person process it at the desk. Instead I'm led to a machine that more often than not has problems

    @LloydsBank According to the automated system, the lines are open between 8:00 and 18:00 7 days a week. The frustration is spending so much time going round in circles before finding out. I'm an ex-Lloyds/TSB IT Manager, 34 years service and there used to be 24 hour 7 days a week support.

    @LloydsBank @Happyengland79 Lloyds debied it on live chat today when i reported same issues even tho it stated so on the app some customers sre exoeriencing payment issues lied me down it wasnt real

    @LloydsBank Again, I've already called more than once. Its obvious speaking to both customer service and complaints doesn't help. Solutions I was assured would be put in place didn't happen, in addition to making mistakes. Abysmal, dated customer service. Unfit for purpose. @financialombuds
