@LloydsBank what's the point of having the support option in the app whenever you try to use is "agents aren't avaliable" and the chat is closed. Why not just state that before spending 10 minutes selecting options

@LloydsBank I can't use my card for any online payments, I keep getting transferred to fraud but nobody seems to be able to help. I've spoken to 4 different people now and they keep transferring me on... I've been trying for 5 hours now

@LloydsBank They said they needed to transfer me through to fraud to do some checks. But when I speak to the next person they don’t seem to be fraud and can’t help either
