    @LloydsBank 1st call to the claim No 59 mins queuing, call cut itself off. 30 minute call to you CS who gave up trying to put me through as the selection on the automated bit wasn't working. 2nd call to the claim line 1hr 30 and still waiting.

    @VirginAtlantic I'm gutted! This isn't your fault. I won a bid to to upgrade my seats at 10 pm. I missed this as @LloydsBank rejected my payment, I resubmitted but nothing came back as of yet. I never win these bids and when I do @LloydsBank let me down!

    @LloydsBank Hi Sophie, The account is no longer in my Dad’s name so the bereavement team will not help now. But my Mum is grieving and doesn’t need all this hassle hence why she gave permission for me to speak.
