@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

@LloydsBank your systems are so unstable it makes working life a nightmare with your commercial banking system. Once again I cannot log in and when I have finally got to the make a payment page this is not working correctly.

@LloydsBank It did, though I can log on through Chrome. Through edge browser when access granted no balances, statements or payments able to process. Now unable to access through edge at all, reverts to a screen of code

Dreadful customer service @LloydsBank. Been a customer since 1993, all I want to do is make a change to one of my accounts. Phone lines apparently all busy, app-based live chat operators can’t do what I want and the app says there’s an error when I try and change the account.

Well @LloydsBank you want to make it impossible to spend money I’ll just use ways that skip all the secure authentication so I can spend the money anyway - everything using you as my bank has been hard work! It’s my money just let me spend it

@LloydsBank so after 32 years of having house insurance with you, the first time we enquire about a claim we get told it’s down to wear and tear. So much for customer service and thanks for taking our premium without a single thought 🤨 Time to look elsewhere.

@LloydsBank I contacted them yesterday, as there was an issue with my tax code. They confirmed payment had been sent. This happens month after month im paid by the NHS but inexpilcably sometimes it arrives 1 am today still nothing all bacs payments should be released at midnight!
