@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

  • ellieeeroseee_ E L L I E B L A K E (@ellieeeroseee_) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

  • sankers_65 Jonathan sankson (@sankers_65) reported from Bourton-on-the-Water, England

@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

@KempWatercolour @LloydsBank HSBC seem to be offering 2.96% at the moment. I'm seriously considering moving my account over there as Lloyds is awful for savings.

  • Granny_Hunt Cuzza (@Granny_Hunt) reported

Hey @LloydsBank do you think giving me the option of locking me out of my account or waiting in a 30min queue to confirm a payment to myself is an acceptable level of service?

  • juleschappell4 juliechappell (@juleschappell4) reported

@LBGplc @LloydsBank please could let me know if the internet banking is down I can’t log on the app or the website

  • JulieGauthier08 Julie Gauthier (@JulieGauthier08) reported

@LloydsBank hi guys. I am trying to update my personal info & it seems impossible for abroad. You asked to call, but you can’t update by phone. Not really helpful. Can anyone else please contact me? Thx

  • SteveJWC Steven Cummins (@SteveJWC) reported

Along with the fact the 'LSG' seems to be some form of 'shell' company for Assurant, making it seemingly impossible to complain directly to them, and @LloydsBank taking no responsibility for their chosen partner.

  • TheMilesChapman Miles Chapman (@TheMilesChapman) reported

@LloydsBank 45 mins and cut off! Wow! Just impossible.

  • heathmints gooner 🇮🇱✡️ (@heathmints) reported

@LloydsBank your call back password system may be the worst ever to be invented. endless problems. deeply infuriating. waste of time

  • JamesDigInc James Lewis (@JamesDigInc) reported

@LBGplc @LloydsBank Great to have the new report, only just started having a quick look. I can't help thinking the 99% online figure is somehow distorted unless using the very loosest definition of "being online". 1/2

  • rogalsiu Rogalsiu (@rogalsiu) reported

@LloydsBank ...and implementing u2f security key ,(like Yubikey or Solo Tap), would make it even more secure! Why don't you allow customers to use the strongest available weapon against phishing? I would like to think you care about customer's security, don't you @LloydsBank ?

  • Sensiblysensit1 Sensiblysensitive (@Sensiblysensit1) reported

@LloydsBank - can't find info on safe deposit boxes on your website - before being cut off in error speaking to customer services found out boxes in Oxford St branch and can transfer securely from local branch but what is cost and how do you go about it?
