    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank My mother (not on Twitter) cannot get on online banking. Logs in then a message it's unavailable. 500 error - that means it's a server problem with you. Do not fob off as customer error. Your customers are reporting a serious issue and cannot pay bills.

    @LloydsBank So now you are acting as one organisation as that form was for Halifax? Now you can kick a straightforward problem of your lack of customer service away for 8 weeks while you do nothing and the onus is all on the customer to sort it out. Great.

    @LloydsBank You are reading a different problem I have had with Lloyds (finally resolved). Current issue is your refusal to stop sending correspondence to us for someone who has not lived at this address for 9 years. Why can't I get this stopped?

    @LloydsBank We are closing branches but it's ok you can use the app say Lloyds. Now their internet banking goes down leaving people with problems paying bills etc. Their website says no problems. As long as the shareholders are happy. Stuff the customers.
