    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank I spent 2 hours on a call earlier to be told the issue was sorted now try and buy something online and getting same error, wtf is going on?? Do I now need to spend another 2 hours on hold or what?

    @LloydsBank @JoMoore70654846 It's not just the 'service' of answering the phone where #LloydsBank is lacking, their whole 'Customer Circuses' is a complete joke, from the Executive Office right down to the first contact. My advice, find another bank this one is a bureaucratic nightmare. #ByYourSide #inept

    @LloydsBank good morning. I just walked past one of your mobile branches, in Bakewell. Great to serve branchless communities, but is it necessary for the large diesel van to sit all morning with its engine running? Out of step with the times, an awful pollutant. Policy needed?

    @LloydsBank totally appreciate the need for security, but app not working and then telling me I’m using the wrong access code when I’m not, leading to 5 day wait to access my money is not cool at all. Especially when there’s no branches. Really need to rethink.
