    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @Assurant through @LloydsBank paid £100 excess of mobile phone cover. The issue has been identified by an indépendant Apple service agent, it needs to be replaced. Despite this, and evidential proof, it’s been returned back to us twice. Please help - thank you

    @LloydsBank Well why doesn’t it say that in the first place when you submit a complaint online? as it says none of the sort when you do so, so you need to edit your site to make this very clear instead of making people like me get frustrated and nearly lose it on here

    @LloydsBank absolutely unacceptable customer service. New customer and now you've lost me because your systems for fraud are not fit for purpose and you can't unblock a credit card via the customer service line. Appalling.
