@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank Bit of a joke really. Would be nice if you spent more money on customer services and not vanity adverts. Still waiting for a response on a complaint lodged on 24 Feb. Will be lodged with FCA in 2 weeks once you breach your own complaints procedure.

@BobJack47359013 @LloydsBank It's not just the 'service' of answering the phone where #LloydsBank is lacking, their whole 'Customer Circuses' is a complete joke, from the Executive Office right down to the first contact. My advice, find another bank this one is a bureaucratic nightmare. #ByYourSide #inept

@LloydsBank 'Scams', include opening accounts @LloydsBank where they lose your financial info. lose Recorded Mail to address the problem, then having to have the @financialombuds spend 12 months correcting their incompetence while your assets are frozen leaving you without money for medical?

@LloydsBank good morning. I just walked past one of your mobile branches, in Bakewell. Great to serve branchless communities, but is it necessary for the large diesel van to sit all morning with its engine running? Out of step with the times, an awful pollutant. Policy needed?
