@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

@LloydsBank So she went to the counter, the girl said "you need to go to the machine to pay cash in" (with an attitude and pointing to the machine) another male member of staff confirmed this to my wife however the machine was broken (as my wife told them) the male member of staff

@LloydsBank I tried to do the text option but didn't get a message so I asked it to resend them received a message which presumably was the first code so it didn't accept the code and the payment time had elapsed. Now it seems the site has blocked my card and is just declining payment

@LloydsBank -Your cash point didn’t dispense the full amount. I tried to withdraw 250 pounds yesterday , but only got 230 pounds instead. The bank was closed at the time I withdrew my cash , so no staff could help. Online agents ignored me too.

@LloydsBank struggling to get my mums credit card into her Tesco online account. Won’t scan and getting the message “Sorry, your bank are having problems validating your details” I’ve tried several times now …. Any clues what I need to do please?

@LloydsBank Called with a problem on my cheque account. Informed them I wanted to make a complaint and told he would have to talk to his manager, then put me on hold for 45 minutes, after which I hung up. NOT the way to carry on a business 😡😡😡
