@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I moved to Starling as I had a similar problem with HSBC - they've been much better. If you want to do Crypto things, RBS seems to currently be OK, but that can change.

@lloydsbank Your online banking service has been appaling for around a month now. Extra security everywhere and even though everything is done right it fails and says it cant confirm payments. literally days from moving banks

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Virgin Money (took over my Yorkshire Bank) have caused me NO problems at all 👌.... Used my account a lot since moving house in November & fully refurbishing, also transferring funds in to pay everyone, no fuss whatever 🙏

@LloydsBank I opened an 11-15 account around 18 month ago. I now see you do a new account smart save. Can the account be moved over to this and keep same debit card and log in ?
