How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

Putting aside the fact we are currently effectively homeless, we will no doubt be incurring additional removals costs due to delays and/or rescheduling. What compensation will be available?
