Me 🏴☠️ (@terwitteringon) reported@LloydsBank mortgage bounced (employers error). I telephoned mortgage helpline and told to pay via transfer . I did immediately. 10 days later Lloyds took DD. So 5 days before Christmas I have £0. Lloyds refuses to return £800 overpay . I can't eat. Buy presents for children.

Christopher Rimell (@_DjQuantumUk_) reported@LloydsBank Can only be this, as logically, I've replaced the device, the software is as updated as possible, the android version is up-to-date and I have run antivirus software and no issues show up. This is definitely your apps failing, possibly something to do with the FLIP 4s Software?

Sat on the phone for over 2 hours between customer service and fraud prevention only to be told I wouldn't be getting my money back?! Great to know my money is secure with you!

Christopher Rimell (@_DjQuantumUk_) reported@LloydsBank Just maybe an issue for your app development team to look into, I can guess that, with the plethora of devices out there, there are bound to be some issues, also, could be something that Three network put on their devices that breaks your app, maybe something to look into too?
