  @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

  @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

  @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

  @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

  @PhilNic70 @LloydsBank Lloyds moved their “safe custody” service away from branches years ago. At the time your relative would have had a choice of paying annually for it to be stored centrally by the banks supplier or take the package out to avoid the ongoing costs.

  @LloydsBank They can’t get a phone as bank cards stopped, no access to cash either for same reason. Post takes 5 weeks to the island. Will you accept a reverse charge call?

  @LloydsBank fraud service absolutely useless. Talking to an agent today, they made numerous assumptions that prevented a payment. Fair enough. Then suggested I go to a branch to sort. There aren't any left you cretins! I do internet banking so I don't have t drive 30mins

  Outstanding customer service from @LloydsBank this morning. Apparently I can't access my son's appointee account over the phone, and have to go into branch to do anything. Funny that I could do everything by phone last week. Wish I'd stuck with @Barclays now.

  @LloydsBank Let me clarify - it’s not me made a duplicate payment it’syour system failed - I had tried but I got error message to say it didn’t go through and try again later. Lloyds bank failing to handle transaction is very concerning and unacceptable.
