@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank Just some valued customer feedback. If the amount of the transfer for instance is too large or something like that, there should be a message to that effect. Same if a problem with recipient data. Kicking me out should not be an option.

@LloydsBank I can’t access anything online for our dollar account - you don’t let us do that. Someone did answer after almost 2 hours of me listening to a phone ringing 🥴 Maybe need to check that waiting time out … thanks for responding on here a lot quicker

@LloydsBank I really do feel like I am being treated as a fob off by your bank. Why did you use the term ‘if’, it SHOULD have been logged, although, I won’t be surprised if it goes missing like Lloyds Bank’s once brilliant customer service went missing.

@LloydsBank Paul I have a serious problem here. I need to transfer some money and instead I’ve been locked out of my own mobile account with no explanation. I should at least get some feedback about what the problem is.
