@LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@tonybrett @LloydsBank Good luck. I'd problems several times trying to pay c£20k from a business a/c with Barclays to a/c with Unity Trust - it was as if they didn't want us to move money from Barclays. But compared to what I've found over past few days Lloyds Bank is far, far worse.

@LloydsBank Today is our submission day. If we change this we need to give a working day's notice meaning the earliest we can submit is monday, processing tuesday, into accounts wednesday. At least if someone can allow us to submit tomorrow money will be in the accounts tuesday

@tonybrett @LloydsBank Problem is "computer says no" - but it is humans who program computers & approve processes. The Post Office Horizons scandal shows just how bad things can get.

@LloydsBank could someone have a word with the ‘greeter’ in the Uttoxeter branch? She pounced on my elderly mum when she entered the branch (out of breath & using a walker) when I repeated what mum said she went off chuntering. Surely she’s there to help not upset old ladies?

@LloydsBank hello! I can't connect to telepay to put our submission through. I can get to automated message then select option 2 and can't get any further. Same with option 1. Are you aware of an issue?

@LloydsBank One has five children, without job struggles financially but succeeds with 2 now working, 2 at university, but still no job. It affects one’s credit rating. One passes banks tests with plaudits and is offered job. Job offer is withdrawn after credit check - Catch22

@LloydsBank You could call me now! I cannot believe that @LBGplc @LloydsBankNews is so inept that it doesn't even have a so called "customer service" email address. My press release is ready to send at 9am to both national and local media.

@trish34139020 @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I know people who have been closed down by Natwest, Barclays, Lloyds, Santander. And the challenger banks that I am aware of are not able to get remittances from exchanges

@JackRipping @LloydsBank I had to work around and fit in with them, rather than the other way round; as though they were the paying customer!!!
