@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank I think it's standard for people to not have access to their UK numbers abroad, and it just seems so archaic that text verification is required for online transactions - I really want to use my Lloyds cc but never can.

@LloydsBank the form one needs for adding a user to online banking cannot be obtained as your system is broken? Do you have any idea when it may be up and running so as to progress with the process. Your phone team does not have a clue? any comments?
