@LloydsBank is it normal to call Lloyds bank customer service wait 20 mins for the phone to be answered, go through security questions, told you are being passed to another department and wait another 30 mins and end up hanging with out sorting banking issue.

@LloydsBank hi lloyds I'm trying to report a fraudster but finding it near impossible. Action fraud did nothing and fraud can't deal with it as its not me being defrauded. Anyway to report this easily when I'm not the victim?

@SilentUK @LloydsBank From a Lloyds ATM? That's not Lloyds surely, that's down to the ATM. Some ATMs charge whichever bank you're with. Some (banks, post office, etc) are always free. I'm with Lloyds, never been charged except for ATMs that state they charge.

Exhausted, was woken last night at One AM. #Email in from #Lloydsbank saying they had sent me a message about my account. Of course I couldnt settle, so I got up at Three AM and went down, opened my laptop, logged in to find NOTHING. NO URGENT SECURITY ISSUE F U #LloydsBank
