    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank Hello Laura, Thanks for the quick reply. I'm using the desktop site. I've tried four times in the last hour and have been careful entering the payment details. Each time I get the same message at the final stage saying there's a technical problem. Not had this before today.

    @LloydsBank Hello, thank you for your reply. No error code, just says cannot process this action as account is restricted. I tried phoning, but the wait was nearly an hour. Could in branch help me? I can then show ID, etc to prove it's my account.

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank Something strange is going on with Lloyds Bank. I had a genuine notification in settings on my iPad that my password had been leaked and I now needed to change it. So I did and now Lloyds is having “technical problems” and I can’t log on. Anyone else having trouble?

    @tmealham @LloydsBank @DannyK2021 He isn’t the customer nor the ‘victim’ - you can’t just launch an investigation because someone on Twitter is worried their sister has a bit more cash than usual.
