  @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

  @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

  @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

  @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

  @LloydsBank hmmmm ok so I was a Halifax customer for lots of bank accounts credit cards mortgage and stocks and shares and ISA s I am using the Lloyds app but why haven’t I received new debit and credit cards which say Lloyds not Halifax?

  @LloydsBank They can’t get a phone as bank cards stopped, no access to cash either for same reason. Post takes 5 weeks to the island. Will you accept a reverse charge call?

  @SkipperTheBear @LloydsBank Yes, it also displays a help line to call. When I called the help line 4 times, I got a recorded messages saying welcome to 4 different companies. BP Fuel & worldpay card machines were two of them. Absolutely mind blowing

  @LloydsBank rang customer services as everyday offers have disappeared from my app. Transferred to the relevant dept. Apparently my call is important and will beanswered shortly. Now been on hold for 56 mins. Tried online chat 2 days ago too. This is a joke

  @darrensmiley23 @uj7protocol @LloydsBank 1. Why wouldn’t they. Nothing to do with them. 2. Op didn’t say he was on uc? I have 7 current accounts it’s got a bit silly I’ve started closing them now. Mainly for switching money and the like. But scaling down to around 4 now. Different uses. Always have a backup.

  I am in the #Rhyl branch of #LloydsBank waiting to speak to someone for over an hour. There is one person dealing with customers. It is a disgrace that banks are closing everywhere when evidently there is a need for branches. 💩 customer service @LloydsBank

  Absolutely ridiculous @LloydsBank …now my daughter has turned 16 and without notification you’ve removed the parent’s access from the account. As I have money in that account, it won’t allow me to transfer that money out. The staff in branch, no idea either! At least warn us! 🙄
