Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

I do have his policy number but apparently that's not enough. How am I supposed to solve this issue if my insurer can't claim against the policy number alone?

markonarant (@markonarant) reported@LloydsBank I mean, just fix the app for everyone. Roll it back to an earlier version or something. The Halifax one worked absolutely fine for years then when you linked them up and tried to force everyone onto lloyds its broken.
