    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank The website was displaying the same as the app but I’ve just logged onto the app fine so hoping the issues are fixed now. Thanks!

    @LloydsBank Yes. Did all of the above. Managed to log on and there was an in-app message saying there were technical issues with the app. Haven’t tried since

    @LloydsBank My issue is when I go through payment to payee I can’t pay and while making online trsactions through debit card it shows same

    @LloydsBank It’s really not working…. Problem I have is if your customer service chap doesn’t log it how do I prove I had the problem please?

    @LloydsBank please look into your customer service.I queried why I had to hold&pay while you logged the problem I had with the App. Your chap ended the call when I asked him this as he didn’t like the way I was speaking to him. Not sure if he is going to log the problem or not?

    @LloydsBank I wasn’t happy paying for a phone call for you to make the notes as I was asked if I could hold for a couple of minutes. I said I didn’t think it would take a couple of minutes to make a note that the App wasn’t working. He didn’t like me saying that and ended the call
