    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    Anyone recommend a decent Bank please? Been with @LloydsBank for 25+ years but the service recently is rock bottom. Money from a scammer was taken from my account from abroad together with bank charges for foreign currency but I can't sort it because I can't remember 1/2

    @LloydsBank I've called around Wednesday last week to help fix my mobile banking app. They said I will receive a letter with an authorisation code to let me onto the app within 1-2 days. Its now been a week and I've not received anything
