@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank Thanks but I can now login using other browsers however the login box still pops up (as shown in the first screenshot) whenever I try to make a payment. I don't enter anything into this box and can still make a payment however. I can only assume it's a bug that needs to be fixed.

I've been working with Lloyds Bank for 20 years. Three weeks ago, the bank called me and asked me why I had transferred around £50 to my wife and brother twice, then hung up. Today, I received a letter saying my account will be closed within 65 days. Shame on you, @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank your "message us" via the app is useless, and your support teams can't seem to help me... I need an answer to how me and my wife can manage my sons account from the banking app, but seems this is impossible apparently... #rubbish
