@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

@LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

@JeanDifford @LloydsBank @calvinrobinson That’s the problem with customer service. You never know how bad it is until you need it. In 35 years I have only need B’clays to fix one mistake & they were brilliant. As a committee treasurer for one year Horse lot were absolutely abysmal.

@LloydsBank Maybe you could give Apple a nudge. I would go into town and get help from the branch but we are self isolating at the moment.

@LloydsBank I can’t transfer money out of my account. All of payees have been deleted (not by me) and when I try to set up a new one I get a message saying there is a problem with the system. This is after problems logging in all day on both Halifax and Lloyds mobile apps.

@LloydsBank I have spoken to the very helpful Saeed & Karen this morning. Sadly @AppStore is not offering me the option to update my banking app to 73.03. So I still do not have access to my account & @Apple have not advised that my device is not supported. Help please.

@LloydsBank what is the point of a customer service advisor giving a name and then never being available??

@LloydsBank I have changed all my log on details & can now access the app. I said to both your telephony colleagues I was worried about a security breach when I couldn’t access the app. Maybe Tech could find a quicker way of resolving these issues for befuddled people like me. Thanks

@LloydsBank I obviously need the new version but @AppStore is not giving me that option. So if your people can speak to their people I might be able to access MY money & pay some bills.

So @LloydsBank when a long term customer recommends your bank I don’t expect you mess up so spectacularly. It has taken one month for you to make daily promises and deliver nothing. What else does a potential customer need to do??#fail

@LloydsBank @calvinrobinson Lloyds 5 years ago was fantastic. Their customer service has been going downhill ever since.
