@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

@LloydsBank @jpcoliday There are definitely problems. This many folk aren't having trouble with wifi across different ISP's. I just ran a diagnostic on my end and my internet is running fine. Please address as a matter of urgency rather than dancing around the issue @LloydsBank 👍

@LloydsBank You are reading a different problem I have had with Lloyds (finally resolved). Current issue is your refusal to stop sending correspondence to us for someone who has not lived at this address for 9 years. Why can't I get this stopped?
