    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank No I can't ring again. I want to know why your operator told me there is no power of attorney registered when there is. I have completed online complaint form already. It's been 10 months of atrocious service from @LloydsBank.

    @LloydsBank The double charge transaction - these payments failed on Royal Mail’s website (even though I have funds) and I didn’t receive a confirmation email, but it’s still charged me twice. Meaning I don’t have the service I paid for? I’ve contacted them as well. 1/2

    @LloydsBank Hi Katy. Have been across to your Plympton Ridgeway branch now instead. If they are closed for a few days I think your website should reflect this though, to avoid others having the same issue. Thanks for the reply.

    Hi @LloydsBank. Your branch in Plymouth (Royal Parade) was closed yesterday and your website reflected this. Today it stated they were open but I have just made a special trip to visit and they are STILL closed. Appreciate COVID can cause closures but this was poor info from you
