    Just had a message re a refused transaction. Phone @LloydsBank - excellent service. Cancelled card again and also spotted a refusal on my other account. So two cards compromised - one only 4 months after last fraud attempt. 1/2

    @LloydsBank are scum. They drop your agreed overdraft, don't email to say "important message in your inbox" then 2 days later (surprise surprise) they charge interest for going "over your agreed overdraft". But I didn't agree to it going down! Why does it never go up?!

    @LloydsBank how come I only ever get “important messages” too let me know my interest rate is dropping, but when Lloyd’s has a very good period I don’t ever receive a “important message” to say we’re upping the rate for you , been a customer for a long old while #Poor
