    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank I already have a mortgage with you and I’m trying to start online banking. When I request an activation code I get a message saying you can’t send it in the post, but when I dial the phone number for your advisor it isn’t working. Please advise.

    @LloydsBank A routine payment into a unit trust failed last Thus AM. Received an email suggesting it was an error on my part or shares were not available in the market. Called to be told you had a systems error and it would sort itself out Friday. Still broken Tues.

    @LloydsBank how it even possible that I’m trying to report my account for fraud for the last 2 weeks and I’m put on hold for 40mins every time I try to call? What sort of customer service is this????
