    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

    @LloydsBank It doesn’t seem to be some, it’s all customers! Sort it out Lloyds, it’s bad enough your closing loads of branches but now the app isn’t working. We need access to our money! I’m off on holiday tomorrow and need to swap money from my savings!

    @LloydsBank Are the salary BACS payments coming in as normal in the Lloyds bank accounts (scheduled on 26th) ? Will direct debits going off as normal despite of lack of access to the accounts? What about missed payments and downgraded credit scores as a result? Will these be acknowledged

    @LloydsBank Hey this is second month in a row when we can't pay people their salaries because of payment system or online banking being down. This is unacceptable. What's going on?

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank @TheSun Not only are your online systems all down but when trying to make a payment via Debit card it’s being refused as the request is timing out at your end - so it’s not just online
