    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @Depheruk @LloydsBank @GoFundMeUK May I suggest you change bank to a mutual building society like the Nationwide? Neverva problem and happy to help I find. Downright rudeness and helpfulness seems the norm with banks.

    @LloydsBank So... still on hold. My wife's M/card worked. Which means the problem is with you, not Stripe... and it's the problem you should have fixed and had to compensate me for last month. I'll want more than £50 this time.

    @LloydsBank I tried calling via the app this weekend only to be told I’d have to wait an hour for assistance. Who waits for an hour especially when yours a platinum account holder. Not good enough I’m afraid and I’ve been a customer 33 yrs. My issue has still not been resolved.

    @LloydsBank Tried to order a new STOLEN CREDIT CARD via the mobile banking app & online website: Error code 281733. On the phone for 22 minutes, repetitive hold statements. **** customer service from you. I'm leaving.

    @LloydsBank application doesn’t work. customer service phone doesn’t answer and keep you waiting for a long time. With no choice but listening to a phone ringing.Not even a music is played while waiting 😳 my ear is ringing😥😖 what an absolute terrible customer service @WhichUK
