@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Nationwide are great. Pay the tenner a month and you get travel, phone insurance (I’ve claimed twice on the phone with zero issues) and roadside recovery. Plus.. when you call up, no waiting time and straight through to an English call centre.

@LloydsBank I've had enough of your crap internet banking. I've been with you about 2 years and every time I go to log on there's always problems and I've had enough. I'm going to my local branch Monday morning and withdrawing my money and closing my account.🤬

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I've always found Nationwide to be pretty good, similarly to another commenter, been with them for years, nothing special re interest rates, they all seem to be much the same in that regard but they don't hit me with ridiculous fines for things and the customer service isnt bad
