Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide Already put a complaint in. But doesn’t seem like Nationwide actually care about their customers especially given the circumstances of the pandemic. I’m very dissapointed with Nationwide’s customer service. I will be telling everyone to never use Nationwide

@AskNationwide bit disappointed applied for a TMW remortgage 2 days ago and had no confirmation email rang 12 times today and cut off during the recorded message even rung Nationwide and cut off again - help

@AskNationwide so on the website it says Mortgage Department closes at 1600, however it appears that today it closes at 1400. Lucky my mind reading skills are up to scratch. #youhadonejob
