Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide assertion that everything is working normally just doesn't pass muster. Whoever advised them of this approach to customer relations should be ashamed of themselves. Scars take a long time to heal.

@AskNationwide Everything working normally Jamie? Just the fact my wage has disappeared into ether. NW doing nothing, company wage sent from can't do anything for 4-5 days as their system already sent payment. So I'll just eat cardboard and sit in the dark for the next week then?? Unacceptable

@jimmyb03 @jessyjensen @AskNationwide That's not any good is it, "how long is a piece of string", you could wait and have waited long enough they should stump up what should be in your account , bet they would be quick enough chasing down the payment then.x

@AskNationwide Absolutely impossible to get through to the right person on the phone. Spoken to three people who have all said I will put you through to the right person only for the phone not be answered. Over 90 minutes then gave up! Does the 'right person' really exist??
