Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide I've tried to use your (utterly useless) "message us" within app. Utterly pointless geeks!!!!!!! So, I want a simple answer. How do I close an account? Not one mention of this anywhere on the app. Frustrating is NOT the word I would use. Now help!!!!

@AskNationwide wages were sent about 30 mins ago and not yet reached my account. Already a late pay day and now issues with bank! I know people with other bank accounts have been payed and others that bank with nationwide haven't. Anyone know whats going on!

Hey @AskNationwide, I wanna cancel my credit card but it seems the only option is to call you. Whilst I'm on hold, I'm being repeatedly told to sort out my issues via online banking. I wish there was an option to do this - Do I HAVE to call? Been on hold for 20 mins so far.

@AskNationwide once I have managed to access my funds I will be closing my account with you. I can't find my card reader because I never usually have to use it so it's in a filing wallet which is packed for moving house. And your rep just told me I'd have to start unpacking.
