Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@sonofamitch48 @AskNationwide @sonofamitch48 Thanks! I'd tried uninstalling & reinstalling, as well as clearing all the app's data and cache, but that didn't work. A restart of my phone fixed it though, so thanks for the suggestion! I think Nationwide need to improve their error handling!

@AskNationwide According to @thefca @MartinSLewis the new regulations were designed to protect loyal customers and phoning is no help I am guessing you are getting many calls because your helpline is unhelpful and abrupt saying they cannot do anything

@AskNationwide What about those who are most comfortable working in an office in a designated area with their team - this been taken away from them & replaced w/ a desk booking system. WFH & intranet self-serve MH info aren't substitutes for human contact & physical teamwork. Profit > employees

@AskNationwide why are you still forcing your staff to #WFH?? Majority of us have gone back to work so why can't you? You capitalised on covid, hastily shut down offices, and walked away laughing with record profits. Disgrace. You don't care about your staff's mental wellbeing!

@AskNationwide Don’t you produce a physical card or digital version to download to mobile that contains emergency contact number for FlexPlus travel insurance and policy number? Unnecessary faff having to find these details on the website.

@AskNationwide @joeboy2305 I had problems when I used this at Amazon so had to switch to my @santanderukhelp Mastercard. Not idea but so far so good
