    @AskNationwide lifelong customer and been trying to open a bank account for 12 year old daughter. What a shambles. Wasted two days trying to sort it in branch. Now you will lose both my daughters future custom and mine as i will move account next week.

    @AskNationwide Here to help?My father and I left N/W stunned at your customer service after informing our branch of the passing of my mother. I also overheard a member of staff tell a customer the system was down, to transfer funds without online banking he should drive to the next branch.

    Feeling misled by @AskNationwide. During our account switch, 1 answer on form invalidated our £125 bonus. No warning offered. Pretty clear this is designed to trip up applicants and allow them to avoid paying. Phone staff say no human can help (Naturally) @MartinSLewis
