    So @AskNationwide is so garbage these days. I go to pay off my NW credit card from my NW account….and it asks for the sodding card reader. Which I no longer have. Why are we stuck in 2003 not 2023. You’ve just authorised the app using my face, why do I need a card reader still!

    @AskNationwide very poor service messing long standing customers about after my wife and I went to the local branch to open a flex account plus only to be told that no one at the branch was qualified to open this account . rubbish . A wasted journey in to town plus car park fee

    @AskNationwide Absolutely nothing you muppets can do. You cancelled my card. Without my authorisation. It's a week until payday, I have NO access to any money. It'll take 5-7 business days to get a new card. Complete joke of a bank.

    @AskNationwide I’ve just spoken to one of your colleagues and he has informed me I need to contact the merchant for a refund tomorrow - if @moysesstevens is unhelpful about refunding me overcharge then I will need to raise a dispute. @moysesstevens please help to get this resolved!

    @AskNationwide I propose anyone with a Nationwide acc containing more than £3 million is collected by your good selves & redistributed for the 'greater good'. So as too rebalance a decaying dis-eased ponzi scheme backed up by debt based currency. Also these addicts "get help" @TheVenusProject
