@AskNationwide I’ve already logged a complaint 7 days ago to disputes who said I would get a response in 3-5 days but because I didn’t get a response from you I’ve tried phoning disputes but Andy at disputes keeps putting the phone down after a 30 minute call queue it’s a debit card.

@AskNationwide I have the issue resolved but not the way you recommended, when I tried your method I was told the office was closed until tomorrow morning. Like I said, it’s all sorted now. Thanks
