    @AskNationwide lifelong customer and been trying to open a bank account for 12 year old daughter. What a shambles. Wasted two days trying to sort it in branch. Now you will lose both my daughters future custom and mine as i will move account next week.

    @AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

    Applying telephone service from @AskNationwide. Constantly being charged fees for an overdraft that’s non existent and transferred around the houses when I want to speak to someone to have issue resolved. 1.5hrs later and have not yet spoken to a competent human..

    @AskNationwide Would a delay in pending payments appearing also include an error of taking money out that isnt there, such as a direct debit? As normally, if there is not enough for it, you dont take it, or return it, or I get a text, and is shown on statement.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I tried to make a payment to Tesco Mobile two days, but it didn't go through as my card wasn't authorised according to their website. But now according to my account there is 3 identical payments pending to Tesco Mobile. Is it possible to cancel these?

    @AskNationwide my dad (pensioner) gets paid today… he has been to 2 different machines 3x to withdraw his money to be told they cannot access his bank! I have covid and need to isolate and have no way of helping him! When is this going to be sorted?!

    @AskNationwide I was last in America (Florida) in 2019. At that time, and previous years, #ApplePay did not work in the USA (even although it should have). Has the issue been fixed? Can a UK iPhone user use Apple Pay in the USA? @AppleSupport

    @AskNationwide I have submitted a further complaint via the link you have sent. Following the disaster that occurred yesterday, I would have presumed to have had a response. I have never had such poor service from a mortgage company in my life!
