    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide I’ve tried that too - there seems to be a glitch. I’ve been using it for a few years and then about 6 months ago i can’t get into the app and have to switch my phone off and on every time. It’s so inconvenient!

    @AskNationwide you haven't amended your lines to reflect the clocks have gone back as you your website says 8-8 but I'm told to contact you at the regular hours when it's only 7pm! Got a pending cheque deposit that should have gone through by now which is causing me issues.

    @AskNationwide Sally, this is no help because it’s 1-2 hours wait and you get cut off. I don’t have all that time to wait for every time the bank makes an error. All my payees are in duplicate and some have already been paid twice today.

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide you sound just as bad as most other organisations when it comes to customer service (call wait times of 2hrs?!) wow. Plus, your damn HMRC TV ad reminds us every time of HMRC demands for backdated child tax credits; along with 1000s of others around the UK.

    @AskNationwide No I’ve had this card for a while now but I just use Apple Pay most of the time, every time I go to buy something online today it has said this on every website I have tried to purchase from

    @AskNationwide Hi Lauren, update, received a letter from LVG, they are investigating. Website terms state if keys are damaged or lost customer may have to pay locksmith. My keys were in boot in tact. NW investigating too according to phone call. I’m not going away, just want expected service.

    @AskNationwide Hi, my mobile banking app is not updating my account balances as soon as I make a transfer! I have to keep logging back in for balances to update. I have re-installed the app and am having the same issues. Same for family members - how can we get this sorted out?
