Super impressed that Mrs H has mastered time travel (or maybe @AskNationwide have an issue which causes late night cash withdrawals to be dated in the future) - just watched The Adam Project so who knows...?

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

@AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

@AskNationwide Here is the problem. No one in branch to speak to. I’m PoA for dad. This is about a loan in joint names! Mum says I can talk but we aren’t together so you won’t. We need a named contact and agreed time to call or visit branch.

@AskNationwide Hi- we have a lul in employment and looking for a temporary loan to see us through 3months. Is this something you can offer? and what charges are there for paying off the loan early? I can’t see this option on your website. TIA
-
Sara Rathmill
(@Sarajayne1967) reported
@AskNationwide And again Kamara. It’s not that easy. The branch staff can only let us use the in branch phones to call the loans team. Last time we were on the phone in branch for 2.5 hours. Months of desperation has led to me seeking help here.

@AskNationwide Hey Nationwide, I've been trying to pay a bill all day and every time I get to the card reader validation, it says that there's a techincal fault and I can't be validated. There's no indication of an issue on your service dashboard, what's going on?

@AskNationwide you refuse to give me access to my money, you close down the means I was using for many years to put money into my account, you close your buildings and machines down so I can't get money out or put in my currant account. You call police on me today for not reason

@anujmor @AskNationwide Terrible, the DOV was going to be around 14K mark for me - I was lucky my solicitor actually suggested offering one as I’d never heard of such a thing, a good solicitor wouldn’t allow an indemnity for a purchaser to go through really as the problem gets inherited
