@AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

Super impressed that Mrs H has mastered time travel (or maybe @AskNationwide have an issue which causes late night cash withdrawals to be dated in the future) - just watched The Adam Project so who knows...?

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide Hi Mike. Not much help there I'm afraid. However, I assume my partner and myself might be able to open a joint flexi/current account by where we both have identical debit cards? Is this a possibility?

@AskNationwide Anyone actually working at Nationwide today. No one answering phones, no one responding to chat requests. Just constant messages saying to use the internet. I would if I could.
