Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

@AskNationwide Trying to use card reader but getting a message page to say the site is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again. I have been trying for over 2 hours now. Thanks
