    @AskNationwide I reported an unauthorised pending transaction on my account yesterday and have heard nothing back. The money has now cleared but it was *NOT authorised*. Can someone help please? I can't afford to lose this money. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide Your help was great, thank you Emma, however 2 days have passed and I have not been contacted to re-arrange. I Feel very let down! It’s my sons first bank account, we wanted Nationwide the same as my account, but we have now gone somewhere else. Such a shame

    @TheAndreasLang @AskNationwide Sounds like similar issues to us. Wrong value on system. Mortgage pulled on completion day. Now saying 10 days to re-key application manually when we’re already now in breach of contract as missed completion day. Absolute joke.

    @AskNationwide as I have still not heard from you about my sons missed call, I have opened his first bank account with a different bank. As a customer of yours I think your service has been awful. Very disappointed Nationwide

    @AskNationwide I'm abroad and used my debit card. Now neither that nor my credit card work, and your telephone hold time is more than 10 mind for an expensive overseas call. I logged in to say I was traveling and your system didn't allow me to do so. Can someone please help?
