-
Countess Juniper (@emotional_Rodeo) reported from Manchester, England@AskNationwide I can’t seem to send it still. I’ve tried logging in online too and the issue seems to still be happening could this be down to my card reader possibly?
-
joanne rendell (@Jo9296) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve
-
Frank Torr #NHSLove #FreePalestine (@FrankTorr2) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour A far better man than you left a blueprint for the only sensible way forward which you ignored before launching the only policy that you haven’t yet abandoned - your infantile attempts to isolate him and avoid all his great ideas. It ain’t working Keef, he’s as popular as ever!
-
Chris Shoop-Worrall (@CShoopWorrall) reported from Sale, England@AskNationwide is there any timeframe on the payment issues please? Not having anything able to go in or out is, well, not ideal...
-
Matt (@ItsMatt_Again) reported from Manchester, EnglandI've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.
-
Keith Hodgkin (@KeithHodgkin) reported from Manchester, EnglandI’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

-
SMV (@MissSmallVoice) reported@AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
-
daisy macvicar (@daisy_macvicar) reported@AskNationwide I’ve tried to change my address on my account multiple times but it keeps saying there’s a service issue. I don’t stay at the address that’s on my account but I have received letters to my current address

Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.
-
Barry Munckton (@bmunckton) reported@AngelaJ24625888 @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Well there are specific criteria I cba to try and repeat in here. It’s all on the website. You’ll have missed 1 element of it. With the current account you need certain numbers of transactions etc.
