    @AskNationwide @MelBradley79 Hi Ashley, this information is not correct. I work within SST. We aren’t able to provide emotional or financial support. We would require a referral to be submitted first, and a case manager to contact our members within 3-5WD’s.

    @AskNationwide will this payment issue affect any direct debits that are due to come off or just payment transfers in and out of account?

    @allytakesphotos @AskNationwide I’ve just found this out. I’m now on hold to speak to someone in another team but nearly 20 mins and no answer yet. Does this mean there isn’t anyone that wil be able to help me?

    @AskNationwide It’s been over four hours now!!!! If this isn’t resolved ASAP this will be the final straw to take my account elsewhere. Seems you’re always having issues with payments in yet always manage to take payment out without problem.

    @AskNationwide I’m hoping there is a process to claim lost wages and inconvenience issues due to this. I really need a time frame. You’ve basically stranded people who are waiting on incoming deposits. Surely there must be a time window they can provide !

    @AskNationwide Ashley the number you gave me for specialist support was answered immediately but they said they couldn’t help you have to be referred to them previously. They then put me through to someone else I’m currently on hold been 15 mins so far 😢

    @AskNationwide I think you need too be truthful and let people know the full extent of problems facing payments today not just an our teams are working too fix this We are all owners apparently? An approximate eta for solution given Christmas is days it will help ease our worries
