@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour A far better man than you left a blueprint for the only sensible way forward which you ignored before launching the only policy that you haven’t yet abandoned - your infantile attempts to isolate him and avoid all his great ideas. It ain’t working Keef, he’s as popular as ever!

@AskNationwide is there any timeframe on the payment issues please? Not having anything able to go in or out is, well, not ideal...

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@AskNationwide Well well well. You don't seem to learn from your errors do you? Why do all of these "glitches" seem to financially harm your customers and never you, the woke Bank?

@AskNationwide The problem isn't payments being down. It's you lot telling lies. Breaching your contracts. How about I breach my contract and not pay my mortgage

@AskNationwide Still not acceptable. You should have been honest with us. Instead gave us different times and never explained the reasons behind the issue. If we are "loyal" customers as you claim, You should have told us what had happened.

@AskNationwide frankly I don’t give a **** if it’s New Year’s Day today, I want someone to call me as previously discussed with one of your staff to fix this. Some ****** must be doing this in purpose because no company can run this poorly

@_amyyma @CET_UK @AskNationwide I'm having the same issue. Waited 30 hours for a water leak on the stop tap and it's been botched and leaking again and now being told it will be days as nobody available to fix. I'm going to be asking for compensation for stress and days stuck home waiting for people to arrive

@AskNationwide Anyone who knows the nationwide culture can imagine the scene in Swindon. Lots of highly paid managers sending pointless emails shifting the blame onto someone else. Back stabbing galore. At no stage will anyone consider the root of the problem. Not my job!

@AskNationwide Hmmmmm, seems to be a recurring problem with your payments at the moment. Never happened this often with my old bank, perhaps for 2022 I should find a new bank/building society?
