@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide why have you made it so hard to add someone to an account? Wife and I have single acc, and jnt mortgage, so should be simple to make one of the accounts into a joint account. Branch didn't want to know and phone line not open when we can both be on call. Terrible.

@AskNationwide Hi, I did this yesterday & was told there was a problem with recently issued cards & that I would receive an update today. But I haven't heard anything & I'm still unable to pay for things. Can someone provide me with an update please?
