Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

I have had to borrow from family members as i can not access my fund to even do my food shopping and I have a baby of 3 month old. I have council tax due tomorrow and rent and if my wages are not able to be in my account I will not be happy
