Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

I tried to contact customer services email and received a robotic reply asking me to go in to a branch and resolve - NO WAY - this is already taking up my head space.

Andrew (@Andrew06736371) reported@AskNationwide But it this the case then whilst the customer is applying the switch ( in the live situation ) it should ask if you want to do a full switch and what must be done , but it doesn’t ..so you end up with a run around like this , off putting really !
