    @AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

    .@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

    @AskNationwide @freddiewrites Well that's not really good enough, is it? Why is this happening on a monthly basis? Your customer service is horrendous, and you just expect people to wait for their own money, with no idea the situation they might be in. 3rd time this has happened to me now since December!

    @AskNationwide @daniellebxtch_ If my money is not in my account in the next hour, you will have to give me some kind of financial solution, as I have a vets bill to pay this morning, and have nobody I can borrow money from. After that, I'll be closing my account. You are literally the most awful people.

    @AskNationwide what’s going on with payments why are there so many outages with this service? Particularly around the 1st of the month. This is becoming a real problem, why does it keep happening?

    @AskNationwide @topazisere Here we go again, another end of month and yet another outage as Nationwide IT system can’t cope, how about the CEO and the rest of his mates give up the 1 million pounds a year salary and use it to upgrade the system so it can cope with transactions at the end of a month
