I have started closing accounts, though it is not easy to find alts. Since they initially denied the assocn I find I am suspicious of other banks/societies. But I have made a start.

Bully tactics and a half , issue was bad enough to give us compensation over so obviously we would of had a court case. ABYSMAL.
