    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide have just alienated the entire UK caravanning community flexplus customer base (inc me) by quietly changing breakdown cover provider to one who doesn't cover nearly everyone's setup. Lots of account switches coming (and I only switched myself 6 months ago!)

    @AskNationwide why is there no way to verify that a card payment is being made by me through the online banking app? Can't use my card for Amazon even though I'm using the card elsewhere and there are no issues. Says the bank may require verification? Do I have to ring up?

    @AskNationwide Hi. I've had an issue with the app so it kept failing to launch. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Its now asking me to register for mobile banking, im putting my details in and waiting for a text message that never arrives...
