    @AskNationwide @cattyvg18 Please stop signposting people to that page. There are no updates, just a static message that should be pinned to your Twitter account and be posted on your website homepage. That would save a lot of cutting and pasting into tweets. The communications on this are really poor

    @admiralross2400 @AskNationwide @saraheds123 Couldn't agree more. I've just read some tweets about families who cant eat tonight and mortgages that wont be paid and all they have done is send a generic reply. Its shameful and disgusting in how they are handling that with no offer of support.

    @AskNationwide any idea when payment issues will be fixed? I’ve been waiting for a transfer since 7am and that person hasn’t been asked to resend it. That’s money just sat in Limbo and it’s taking the p*** a bit now.
