    @AskNationwide how do I make a complaint about a decision made about a flexible account travel insurance claim? I spoke to someone in customer services who said he was submitting it then called me back himself without it being escalated. I've not heard back from anyone since

    @AskNationwide on the banking app, if I have a business payee I pay a number of times, I have to set them up over and over again to be able to change the payment reference for each payment. This takes time and increases the risk of error. It really needs to be fixed?

    @AskNationwide - I've been a customer of Nationwide for over 20 years, but today, the appalling customer service, the complete intransigence of the people on the phones, has lead me to decide to close my account and move my money elsewhere. Nationwide doesn't care!

    @AskNationwide are there issues with transactions today? My personal card was declined at Specsavers in-store and my joint account card was also declined online. Both accounts have money in them with no impending transactions which would affect the amount.

    @AskNationwide I'm having issues logging into my current account for the first time after setting it up. The one time code sent via text message is incorrect. I have tried multiple times.
