@AskNationwide chat service has to be one of the worst. Constantly crashes & wipes previous discussion so you start over. Hope you do something about it soon and make it fit for purpose! Having to make calls because chat is so poor wastes valuable time.

@AskNationwide I’ve done a complaint. I am but has restrictions. My mum has spoken to nationwide giving full access. I’ve got 3rd but still won’t give me just a balance on the account so I can pass to her benefits as they been stopped. I’ve waited for a week for a statement been sent home

@AskNationwide What a joke, got junk mail from Nationwide today saying 'Grow your savings with an ISA' then offering a paltry 0.8% on a 1 yr fix - how about cutting your fat cat salaries/profits and pay savers more instead

@AskNationwide unbelievably bad customer experience today. The phone agent (after I waited for 25 mins) couldn’t help me and couldn’t record my dissatisfaction.
