Alice R (@Alice_robinson7) reported@AskNationwide The chat bot isn’t working either …. It says make a phone call … no thanks
-
Dudleys (@dudleysonline) reported@AskNationwide I need to talk to someone about my mortgage asap - can you help?
-
Matthew (@_bainerr) reported@AskNationwide are all your staff still on furlough? A 31 minute wait and counting to chat to someone over the phone after waiting 20 minutes to be transferred to your messaging service.
-
Megan Pietersen (@MMP_Photography) reported@AskNationwide yes, it's for the mortgage team. There's no queue notification though or option to request a callback, just straight to hold with zero human interaction or any idea of what's going on being given. It's now been an hour and a half and I'm still on hold. I'm not a new customer
-
hbodasing (@hbodasing) reported@AskNationwide 2/2 This 3-month delay is costing us a fortune (& causing an enormous amount of stress) as our existing mortgage is now on SVR! Extremely disappointing as have been a satisfied Nationwide banking customer for several years. Could someone please contact me to help?
-
mak_mak (@54321Mak) reported@AskNationwide 24 mins on hold to Spk to someone to be told that’s the wrong department the she says she’s transferring me. Currently 36 mins on hold… maybe I should take the money you’d earn on my mortgage elsewhere. Awful service. Online chat isn’t working either.
-
Megan Pietersen (@MMP_Photography) reported@AskNationwide are your phones working? I've been on hold for an hour and still haven't even spoken to a human being yet
-
Paul Haseltine (@Fingersfreddie) reported@AskNationwide What we need is for schools to accept and acknowledge they might have bullying going on under their robes, and not “ friendship issues”.
-
𝑪𝒉𝒍𝒐𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒊𝒔 ♡ (@chloerobbinsx) reported@AskNationwide This makes no sense. If appointments were available in branch, you’d be allocated a time & date as opposed to waiting in excess of an hour on hold via the telephone. Not ideal for people working or like me, with a young family at home.

Kath Rella (@KathRella) reported@reprobatepress @AskNationwide They've decided that if they *think* something is a scam, they'll block your payment. They're not taking any responsibility if it's not and this costs you money, nor are they being particularly transparent about what their criteria is for a potential scam.
