    @AskNationwide It seems the whole of Nationwide Employees are paralysed with the inability to exercise Commin Sense or even initiative. No-one willing to own my problem which THEY created through I eptitude. Could a decision maker @AskNationwide sort your mess out please!

    @jonburkeUK @AskNationwide I just completed the same switch for the same reason and the ridiculous wait time! NatWest is **** their internet banking looks like a pdf wtf still waiting for the card reader 🫣 won’t be here long that’s for sure.
