    @AskNationwide Yes it was a PayPal direct payment, which should have cleared straight away... I'm worried now at the whereabouts of this payment. I have entrusted nationwide by switching via CASS and you've let me down.. what are you going to do about it?

    @AskNationwide hello, I recently switched to yourselves via the current account switching service (CASS) and a faster payment sent was sent to my old debit card. When checking my account with you it hasn't been redirected? I thought CASS was meant to redirect any payments?

    @AskNationwide They said I must give them 3 weeks to search for a test but after 3 weeks will be after my test and I said this but they still wouldn't give refund. I really need this refund. I wasn't expecting to find a date on the DVSA site but I just happened to refresh it and find one.
