Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!

Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. Jagerman (@jagerman213) reported@AskNationwide I’ve opened a new account and sent money to this account from my old bank account. But I cannot transfer the money back to my original account which is a Lloyds account. It comes up with ‘we are experiencing a technical problem’.
