@AskNationwide With your app, software updated, phone fine all is the most most recent versions from the google play store. Everything was been cleaned and and updated and it's not working, if I can't access my moment then I will simply remove it and put it somewhere I can.

@AskNationwide That’s really a shame as this is going to take 15+ minutes on the phone when all that’s happened is you’ve made a mistake. If you can’t actually offer online chat to customers, it shouldn’t be listed on the site.
