The slowest of slow claps to @AskNationwide who, after being told that @BritishGasHelp increased my Direct Debit both beyond reason and without my consent, have sided with the latter because BG sent me an advanced letter - the exact same letter that I initially queried. Pathetic.

@AskNationwide After I told them my Mum was dead they canceled all access to the account - standard practice. Showing the Death Certificate was supposed to start the process of sending me forms to transfer account. That was 3 weeks ago.
