@AskNationwide six weeks after providing POA docs my brother still has no access to manage my dying mother’s finances. She has DAYS left to live. Even branch staff think the circuitous catch22 red tape is crazy. This needs *urgent* care and attention and immediate resolution.

@AskNationwide Hi. I have been charged an Arranged Overdraft Interest today, even though I haven’t been in my overdraft since 11/1. I know that it is usually 28 days after statement date but confused why I’m still being charged something each month. Could you help clarify please?

@AskNationwide my elderly mother had her creditcard stolen, cancelled it, now continually receiving demands to pay what was spent on it fraudulently. No one has responded to her letters. It’s very stressful please help.
