    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

    @AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

    @AskNationwide On the app. Some questions: 1. Will the system make the transaction at some point tonight? 2. If not, is there a reason why my transaction failed to complete? 3. Why, when trying to transfer to a previously registered account did I needed the card reader…etc. Very poor service

    @AskNationwide Yes. The issue is not something that makes sense at all and there is no explanation. Not looking for online support about that, only want to alert other customers. Very unsatisfied.

    @AskNationwide @ellie_m_s1 I would never ask for advice from Nationwide if I had a problem. I just don't understand why queries are out there for the publuc read, it's ridiculous.

    @AskNationwide Already spent a while on live chat, referred to support without success. Emailed app developers, no success there either. Looks like you have written off Android 7 users.
