@AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

@AskNationwide I’ve had a problem with my account since early Nov. After 7 conversations (in branch & over the phone) I’ve been reassured it’s solved after each. It still isn’t & I’m so unimpressed, plus the inconvenience it’s caused. Where do I make an official complaint?

@AskNationwide Is there a problem with internet banking? It's not allowing me to make a transfer "at this time". Your website says status is fine but clearly not? Maintenance work isn't due to start until 2300!
