@AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

@AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

@AskNationwide Appalling service today. I’ve been expecting my additional borrowing mortgage cash for the last 5 days, “definitely due on 4th July”, not in yet and your customer service has just ended the call because there is too high a volume of calls. When will I get my money?

@AskNationwide OK have reported online. Seems to be a known issue at month end when your systems can't cope. No suggestion that anyone cares to fix it though. 🙄

@AskNationwide When you gonna fix it? The issue is on your end not on the end of users... Many of us can't access to online banking via Nationwide app while there is no issues at all with any other banks android apps like Barclays and others... I'm using currently 7 banking apps on my phone.

@AskNationwide But app required an update. Downloaded the update and the options were Register or Open An Account (ie the update didnt recognise me). I’m just trying to find out why I am left embarrassed at tills with no access to the funds I definitely have!

@AskNationwide I have had a horrible terrible experience with my home mortgage. The app was submitted 6 weeks ago and valuation accepted 5 weeks ago. I have escalated 5 times and my broker 10 times. The response last Thursday was “stop bothering us”. The deadline was 30th June.
