    @AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

    @AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

    @AskNationwide how come I’ve only got access to part of my wages!? This is a joke. Life is hard enough without being unable to access my full wages. £500 I haven’t got, but my wage slip says I do! Please advise!

    @AskNationwide Is it time to change bank account? Your "Payment" issues are now becoming a feature at the end of every month since December. Clearly, you changed something in your backend systems and you have no idea what's causing the downtime when the load increases.

    @sarahIMiles @AskNationwide What's funny is they keep saying that direct debits are working fine! What they don't realise is some people rely on wages going in to cover said direct debits
