@AskNationwide So what’s the point of saying the rate is variable. You mean down only?

@AskNationwide It definitely says option 1 is for lost and stolen enquiries. There is no loss or theft, in informing you that login text messages aren’t being sent. It’s enough of an inconvenience already having to mess about with text codes whenever I log in; doubly so to use a card reader.

@AskNationwide Please help. Went to branch and filled in form to be removed from joint account then got letter saying I need to phone. Phoned and went through options and it says you can't do this over phone and to go to branch and fill in form. Which is what I've already done.

@AskNationwide I can't log in to my online account with text codes as I'm not receiving any texts - it stopped working a couple of days ago. Is the system down or do I need to confirm my phone number again somewhere?

@AskNationwide I’ve just opened a triple access savings 14 at 1% var & now you’ve set up a 1.4% one. As it’s a variable rate why hasn’t mine increased? I suppose now I have to open a new one and transfer, what a waste of everyone’s time .
