Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

@shirleyjones999 @AskNationwide I have had the same issue. First told there was an issue with my old bank but then another worker told me it was because so many have applied. Contacted them again today and they said 8th November...so we shall see. It's absolutely shocking and frustrating
