They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

Paul (@pau1ie_tom) reported@AskNationwide Absolute disgusting how ive been treated, a scammer tried take money from my account my account got blocked, i reposted it several days later still nothing then they sent me email saying don’t bother contacting us again about this scam your account will stay blocked, i rang several times fraud squad said wait another 4 days even though i sent evidence then got email saying ive been unblocked & its been sorted & what’s more of an insult they said on this occasion we will let you keep your account . How dare they, I was one who got scammed & they tell me I'm allowed to keep my account open, No apology no nothing just Insults & nasty emails, Last straw I'm Gone, I'm closing my account & moving my service, @nationwide is we protect scammers & insult & screw loyal customers, Pathetic :(

Always getting an error message- have been on live chat 3 times and nobody able to fix this issue This is not good enough. I will have bills bouncing from another account if I cannot transfer
