They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

Used Halifax app- no issues- accepted my biometrics when I logged in. Now Nationwide app won’t allow a transfer to replace money in Halifax! Useless Nationwide app!

Also there's no longer a total shown for the pending balance. Such backward steps, not customer-friendly. 😭 Please put things back the way they were!
