@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

@AskNationwide Other Banks also have high levels of inbound payments, I don't believe they are experiencing any issues. Seems to be a regular occurrence lately, whats going on???

Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

@AskNationwide Unfortunately it did not go very well. I'm asking why my account numbers are being sent out via email, then chatman asked me for the account number. I don't think that's what you do if there might be security issues, then he hung up on me.

@AskNationwide . Every single person I have spoken to has given duff advice re accessing an account for which I have a PoA registered with you. I have wasted endless hours on this and still cannot access the account online. And your AI on telephones is not customer friendly!!

I usually don't complain publicly, but I'm quite exasperated with @AskNationwide's customer service. I've gone to their branch 3 times with proof of address, and every time they've refused to accept it - the last time because my doctor's note didn't say "to nationwide".
