What is she paying them for as well as you her ins premium? Spoke to them politely, got nowhere so your employee put phone down w/out warning!

Not left alone frightened, no lights/freezing, & being forced to pay upfront just because she doesn't have optional Homecare cover. Why pay insurance???

Please could you tell me why Nationwide's insurance service re buildings/contents have left my 88 yr old mum who lives alone, with water running thru her ceiling lights from the roof, bed soaked, very distressed saying you would send someone out but didn't?

Their insurance service tonight left my 88 Yr old mum alone with water running from roof thru light fittings, so no lights/freezing. Now trying to get her to pay upfront because although she has adequate insurance she doesn't have optional Homecare cover?? Appalling!

shirley jones (@shirleyjones999) reported@AskNationwide She's had to lock up the house & leave it to sleep elsewhere. Heavy rain was forecast so God only knows what she will go back to. I spoke on the phone & they put the phone down w/out warning for no reason. I recorded it to prove I was polite. My mum begged the woman to help her.
