    Banked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    @AskNationwide That number is for lost and stolen enquires and to report fraud on my account. I just want to report that you aren't sending me my text message login codes, despite the correct phone number being shown on the login screen.

    @AskNationwide It definitely says option 1 is for lost and stolen enquiries. There is no loss or theft, in informing you that login text messages aren’t being sent. It’s enough of an inconvenience already having to mess about with text codes whenever I log in; doubly so to use a card reader.

    @AskNationwide I'm calling your main number 0345 730 2011 and going through the options to get through to mortgages. I dont want to get angry but I'm waiting on a refund and nothing is being done about it. I need this money back as its causing me huge problems.

    @AskNationwide Still not good enough. Customer focussed companies offer a ring back service precisely because they experience heavy call volumes. Means the customer doesnt spend endless hours waiting till you deign to answer your phones. Pass this on to your management please

    @ajameswalker @AskNationwide Nationwide is bullshitting you, I rang them because I couldn't log in either and they told me many people had this issue. They have an issue and sweeping it under the rug to avoid a loss in customers.

    @AskNationwide we’ve paid off our mortgage with you and now selling our house. Our solicitor has asked to have the mortgage removed from the title register as this is still showing on there?  Normally have to send an “END1” to the Land Registry electronically.  Hope you can help.

    @AskNationwide That line says they cannot help me as it’s not to do with a loss or a theft. Since you can’t answer my question “is there a fault with your text message sending system or is it a problem at my end” I’ll send a secure message.
