    @AskNationwide Yes I have, I be tried contactless with my card as well and that doesn’t work. I rang up before the bank holiday last week to order a new card as the person that spoke to me suggested and was told I would get it in 5 working days

    There's been fraudulent activity on my son's @AskNationwide current account. I call to report it, the customer services lady wont do anything until she gets his consent! (over the phone). Tempted to pretend to be a mumbling teen but that would be fraud too. He's 13 FFS.

    @AskNationwide how long on average does it take your incompetent new business team to process a mortgage? Impossible dealing with these robots that can’t make decisions or even contact you!! SAR issued and Ombudsman’s contacted!!

    @AskNationwide An increase, albeit tiny, in savings interest rate is welcome. But why make existing customers open a new account to access the rate? Why not just up the rate of the existing account? You could be more helpful to everyone here! (Re Triple Access Savings Account)
