    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide It has been through your complaints procedure which found in your favour on the customer support. I don't sense there is much more purpose in talking about this. When decisions are made on financial products, I will take this verdict into account.

    @AskNationwide What good will that do? I want to SPEAK to someone as your website which about 44 times I am told to look at (meanwhile the call could have been answered) does not deal with MY ISSUE. Answer the phone!
