Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

Anike_gee (@AnikeGee) reported@AskNationwide Hi Jade, yes but I’m also conscious that tomorrow is Friday and if it isn’t in there tomorrow I’ll have to wait another 2 days before anything can be done to correct any errors. Is there usually a a trace of it on Nationwide’s side or should I be able to see it pending by now?
