@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

@AskNationwide My daughter's experience of trying to get a first time mortgage from you over the last few weeks would demonstrate otherwise. Your staff and application process effectively discriminate against NHS doctors - shocking. Even trying to raising a formal complaint has been impossible

@AskNationwide Thank you so much for confirming. Still worried as to why a mortgage application requires a doctor's address. The person on the Nationwide help line said she'd never come across this before either. Hoping someone can help answer that bit!

Not really sure what’s changed in the last 2 weeks @AskNationwide but trying to pay for anything even after confirming it’s me in the app is becoming impossible! Appreciate the extra layer to protect your customers but there are times I need to actually pay for goods!!!
