@AskNationwide Banking is still down, time to change bank, this happens far too often

  • KeithHodgkin Keith Hodgkin (@KeithHodgkin) reported from Manchester, England

I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

  • emotional_Rodeo Countess Juniper (@emotional_Rodeo) reported from Manchester, England

@AskNationwide I’ve tried this and it’s still not working I have no idea why

  • OnlyGrantBrown Grant Brown (@OnlyGrantBrown) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

  • ItsMatt_Again Matt (@ItsMatt_Again) reported from Manchester, England

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

  • FrankTorr2 Frank Torr #NHSLove #FreePalestine (@FrankTorr2) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour A far better man than you left a blueprint for the only sensible way forward which you ignored before launching the only policy that you haven’t yet abandoned - your infantile attempts to isolate him and avoid all his great ideas. It ain’t working Keef, he’s as popular as ever!

  • ShanRebec94 Shannon (@ShanRebec94) reported from Sale, England

@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

  • Jo9296 joanne rendell (@Jo9296) reported from Cheadle Hulme, England

@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

  • emotional_Rodeo Countess Juniper (@emotional_Rodeo) reported from Manchester, England

@AskNationwide I can’t seem to send it still. I’ve tried logging in online too and the issue seems to still be happening could this be down to my card reader possibly?

  • chris2507 Christoph (@chris2507) reported from Bury, England

@UberUKsupport @AskNationwide can you help me get my money back for this?

  • CShoopWorrall Chris Shoop-Worrall (@CShoopWorrall) reported from Sale, England

@AskNationwide is there any timeframe on the payment issues please? Not having anything able to go in or out is, well, not ideal...

  • emotional_Rodeo Countess Juniper (@emotional_Rodeo) reported from Manchester, England

@AskNationwide why can’t I send money why do you say you have a technical issue but your service says everything is fine why do you do this to me why do you have to be the most difficult thing known to human kind

Nationwide Issues Reports

  • NoContextLola No Context Lola (@NoContextLola) reported

@AskNationwide Hi Sherrie! I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I'm still having the same issue. Could this be because I am abroad?

  • inaminute23 Chris Scruton (@inaminute23) reported

@AskNationwide are telling their customers they are limited to how much crypto currency they can buy. Who ******** are they to tell us what we spend OUR money on. It is starting, isn't it. We are getting closer to #CBDC

  • AKiT87 AKiT (@AKiT87) reported

@AskNationwide I've transferred some money from one of my accounts to a few others I have with you, the money has gone from the first account but not landed in the others, what gives? I did it all through the app and never had any problems before with these accounts.

  • JonMacheeeNBoi Jon MacheeeN Boi (@JonMacheeeNBoi) reported

.@AskNationwide limiting your customer's ability to buy #cryptocurrency with their own £££ is an absolute disgrace & an afront to civil liberties. Let me guess, there are no limits on customers spending their £££ on fast food, gambling, alcohol or tobacco? This is a slippy slope.

  • MoodyRocket1 MoodyRocket (@MoodyRocket1) reported

@AskNationwide @bullet_bar Big mistake,, this shows you see Crypto as a threat. Crypto is an investment choice, yet you are more than happy to allow your customers to use there money on betting site. You have no right to tell customers what they can and cannot spend there money on.

  • skiingrhino 🚴🏻‍♂️ Paxo ⛷ (@skiingrhino) reported

@AskNationwide So after denying me any money because I didn’t have the stupid card reader on Tuesday now your app hyper “security” internet purchase is not working. Your just hopeless.

  • Sandgrounder2 Sandgrounder2 (@Sandgrounder2) reported

@AskNationwide My wife has a complaint still unresolved since January. Please "remind" Nicoya Morrison in your complaints team to resolve the issue

  • Sandgrounder2 Sandgrounder2 (@Sandgrounder2) reported

@AskNationwide She can't access livechat as you deliberately blocked her account. That's the whole point of the complaint, to get to the bottom of what on earth is going on!

  • Steve_Orlando SteveO (@Steve_Orlando) reported

@AskNationwide It seems the whole of Nationwide Employees are paralysed with the inability to exercise Commin Sense or even initiative. No-one willing to own my problem which THEY created through I eptitude. Could a decision maker @AskNationwide sort your mess out please!

  • _gordongeorge Gordon (@_gordongeorge) reported

@AskNationwide I have a 'Start to Save Issue 2' account and got an email that says it's maturing after 11 months or so. Is that an error?
