@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide Hi. Thanks for reply. We have app on our iPhone SE (9 of them!). Using various iOS but all do not update balance as they used to. Being unable to reinstall after deletion might be an Apple problem but still annoying! Thanks. :-)
