    @Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

    @AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

    @AskNationwide you really need to fix your banking app. I can’t even authorise payments without it redirecting me to the browser. Really annoying when I need something doing quickly. And the login speed is getting increasingly longer. Why can’t it secure the app quickly anymore?

    @AskNationwide Yes…. It’s a service I used, they state I have to give them a month notice (I’m short of this notice period by 3days) so they’re telling me I have to pay the next month

    @AskNationwide Why can’t I change the reference when paying an existing payee in the app? More error prone and much slower when I have to reenter sort code and account and authenticate with the card reader. Changing reference is v common!

    @AskNationwide Really helpful having your central Bristol branch close at 1300hrs on a Saturday. I mean when would people who work 9-5 do their banking? Certainly not during the week as you close at 1630hrs. I’ll just go another week without being able to access banking services.
