@AskNationwide How long before you provide an update as to when the issue will be fixed, some info is better than no info, you haven’t provided any updates at all , surely by now you must have an estimate as to when you will be able to resolve

@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@AskNationwide - I've been a customer of Nationwide for over 20 years, but today, the appalling customer service, the complete intransigence of the people on the phones, has lead me to decide to close my account and move my money elsewhere. Nationwide doesn't care!

@AskNationwide my mother of 82 years is struggling to get the help she needs from her branch to set up a standing order from her savings to go to her flex account. She’s in a nursing home and unable to visit the branch herself. Online banking is not an option. What can she do ?

@AskNationwide Well you scammed me by putting a marker with CRAs after missing one £25 cc payment in December due to being ill ,despite 10yrs as a customer with no issues. It’s legal but shows how little you value customers. I’m looking for another bank now.
