Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I can do it on my tablet fine but my phone literally only let's me tap in the first number and refuses to advance to the other two sections? Tried reinstalling, turning off phone. Having to move as my dad is palliative and I want to care for him, like I did my mum.
