I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@AskNationwide This is the worst customer service I've experienced in last two years. Spent over two hours on the phone trying to resolve block on my current account due to backwards mentality at Nationwide building society. Great job, who's got pin, card reader and internet banking app? WTF

@AskNationwide So the person who eventually picked up was very helpful, but perhaps you need to recruit more staff to man the lines? The mortgage adviser not replying is still a problem - hopefully I'm going to complete soon so it won't be an issue for me, but you may want to look at that.

@AskNationwide any idea when you're payment system will be working. I was told I would receive my dispute refund yesterday. Spent a hour on the phone this morning and told sorry it will definitely be in today. Just phoned back and you're systems are down yet again!
