    @AskNationwide unsuccessfully trying to open a bank account for my SIL who is not a UK resident. She has a UK provisional license and been added onto the water bill. How can she be main account holder when she doesn't have account to pay the bill from? Do you see the problem?

    @AskNationwide I don’t need my call to be taken, it’s been taken and I am on hold again. The problem isn’t being dealt with and If it’s not I will be going to the fca.
