    @AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

    @AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

    @ClareMi16293213 @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide I sent a dm and got a reply admitting issues, I know what you mean as I'm lucky walking to work but after the extra vet bills and tesco coming off today's money if I did have a car then petrol would be also coming off this wage where I'm expecting it in before I start at 7am

    @ClareMi16293213 @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide Mine isn't in yet , someone else posted they got their wages about 20 minutes ago , I do wonder where CS is as its very copy and paste and not very much personal interaction other than lying there's no issues that's happened each time there was where it even makes bbc news

    @steviecardwell @AskNationwide Aww that is awful I hope your pet is fully recovered now. I call them sharks the vets because of such high charges but they know we are going to pay these huge bills. Its actually my cat and dog that helps with my health I could not be without them but Vets way overcharge :(

    @darnellbabyfce @ClareMi16293213 @AskNationwide Plus with BACS they've had the money for days so perhaps start releasing it a bit earlier say from 9pm last night then they might not have this 5am wages not released yet , its the deny of any issues that gets me though

    @AskNationwide With all due respect this played out the exact same way last time. There is an issue with your payments, they are not showing in accounts. Thousands tweets this morning about missing wages and bills coming out prove this. How can I trust you as a bank moving forwards…

    @madmumofsix @AskNationwide No! Mine are not DWP monies they are wages been told there is no delay and that they should be credited before 6am, however I don’t think that covers if there is an issue. Due to travel to a wedding and due to villa this month being higher am relying on this

    @darnellbabyfce @ClareMi16293213 @AskNationwide It's the fact it's happening far too regularly and each time they lie thru their teeth that no issues with systems and not holding anything up , its soul destroying this time after spending most of the month watching every penny we had left and couldn't wait to reset today

    @steviecardwell @darnellbabyfce @AskNationwide I send a DM about 3.30am and they said no issues. About 30 mins ago I was told that all payments should be credited by 6am. Seems like there is a problem but not clear. Could be my employer but they are a solicitor firm and all the time working there has only been one delay
