@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@AskNationwide yesterday (Monday) and today (Tuesday) my partner held for 90 minutes to talk with somebody urgently about her ISA. On both occasions, when the phone started ringing it was cut off. How does she get to talk to customer service this week?

Appaling service from @AskNationwide Third time in a few weeks a payment has been 'missed' because of their incapable payment system. Waited 1 1/2 hours to speak to someone about a returned DD who tells me to just 'call the mortgage company and ask them to take it again'. Fuming!

@jessyjensen @AskNationwide I have had the exact same issue. Nationwide’s response is repeatedly “the problem has been sorted” but it blatantly hasn’t. They are blaming 3rd parties when it is obviously all down to the payment problem Nationwide are continuing to have. They couldn’t give a sh*t.
