    Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

    @AskNationwide From Bad to worse. Again I have been on "hold" for an inordinate amount of time today. I am on "hold" now with little prospect of being connected before once again the call is purged at 18.00 or sooner. This is no service. It is terrible. Imagine if a customer was desperate...

    @AskNationwide today I closed my help to buy ISA, to release funds to complete on my purchase. It is 2021, and you think it is acceptable to send me the funds via CHEQUE? In 10 days time?? This cheque will then need to clear. So painfully unacceptable and delaying my completion!

    @AskNationwide Really struggling to get to speak to anyone on the telephone helpline to solve an ISA transfer problem. 3 evenings this week I have waited over 40 mins before giving up. Web chat just as bad for a separate IT issue they can’t fix!

    @AskNationwide - why does the closure notice on a help to buy ISA need to be sent in the post? It is needed at the end of a property transaction and time is tight - you should make it an immediate e-document in the home screen for online banking.
