    Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

    @AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

    @AskNationwide there seems to be an issue with your iOS app v17.0.2: every time I launch it the app just hangs first time round, if I force-close and immediately relaunch it’s fine. Definitely noticed this pattern, think it hits both iOS 14.8 and 15.

    @AskNationwide not sure if there is a problem with your banking app? Tried to transfer some money and it says it’s gone through but comes back to account and is shown as correction on app

    Shocking service and negligent security from @AskNationwide! 13 days and still no response! You would think they would take a customers security seriously. Obviously not. Awful!

    @AskNationwide Your credit card customer services team do not service the client but more are in favour of the merchant, yet I'm the one paying the bill. Their systems and procedures benefit the merchant. Without clients, they would not have a job!
