It may be trivial now but following the death of a family member @Barclays bank is crap - on all levels but especially website/CustServ - no one on the phone and no oline chat unless you have an Apple device. @AskNationwide comes out on top. Brilliant CS and organisation.

@AskNationwide Yes I get a pop up says there is a technical problem and to try again or check the service availability but when I check the website says that it is all services are working. I have been using my card with no trouble

@AskNationwide I’ve already used that link. I can’t call because they ask for my customer number and passcode (which don’t match). I can’t log in to my online account to change it because I’m locked out of my pin using card reader and again, cust no and passcode doesn’t work.
