@littlemissranty @AskNationwide Well I’m still waiting for a credit to process and it’s now 19:45 so pretty pants (again) today. Mortgage payment debits tomorrow so I rather hope things will be sorted in the next four hours. No explanation of what keeps causing these issues?

@AskNationwide Outbound is not working; my rent is standing order. Still not paid. Nor are any bills. This is all too frequent, and it is absolutely unacceptable to be happening so often. Another customer lost here 🤚

@AskNationwide This issue has happened on an alarmingly frequent basis when customers are expecting salaries etc. It is not good enough Nationwide. You need to get your act together and find the source of this frequent issue! Unacceptable!
