Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

@AskNationwide Oh no you're not here to help, first chance you get you are shafting me and my partner rather than helping. By the way, complaint handling shouldn't include patronisation, not listening to me and a senior complaint handler hanging up on me. Absolutely disgraceful.

Received fraud warning from NW & didnt recognise £115.06 payment so blocked it. Was on phone to NW when got message from website host was their payment so tried to unblock it. NW were unhelpful. Please authorise payment to Hostinger asap before I lose business @AskNationwide
