@AskNationwide was wondering about a couple of numbers. I’ve been contacted and asked to call back ‘08004643139’ regarding a potential fraud/scamming issue but it says this number doesn’t exist when I call it. Also another number ‘+441793656789’. Is this a genuine number?

@AskNationwide today I went to the Telford centre branch as there was an issue with releasing money from an account. The branch manager was wonderful and after about 30 mins everything was sorted. Just a quick thank you to the branch manager which I'm hoping you can forward on.

@AskNationwide I requested a pin last week on Thursday it still hasn't come. Its a new account. I have no access to my money. You should have sent me a pin with my card I didn't receive. Why can't banks give temp passwords through app so then you can go to cashpoint n change pin.
