    @AskNationwide Your service is horrendous, I have had my account blocked and I've spoken to your customer services agents and they cant get through to the fraud team and keep cutting my call, its disgusting, I can't access my account, you need to sort this, or I will sue you in a small claims

    @AskNationwide Hi, trying to do a balance transfer but for three days the app has said there’s technical issues. I went in to branch they said they can’t do balance transfers in branch. I don’t know my telephone banking password so I can’t proceed on the phone. Can you help?

    @AskNationwide Hopefully they dont request it they have already taken the correct amount of £13,324 out of my account.The£14,797 was glitch in their system

    @AskNationwide Is there a problem with Credit card billing? My Select Card statement is usually issued 3rd of the month but, as of 7th, there's no sign of the May statement. What's occurring?

    @AskNationwide You then have a screen to check the details with “submit request” at the bottom. When you press this, it then asks for you to put your card in the card reader to verify!!!!! The lost/stolen team said they are very aware of this issue
