    Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

Nationwide.Kingswinford manager discriminated my family & violated confidentiality.When complained,they covered for her,bullied us,told our account be closed.We feel violated & powerless against this bullying.     @AskNationwide I will be working 7:30-7pm & again will miss a chance to speak to them as advertised on the policy it says 9pm then the phones still cut off at 7pm. I wanted to update a medical condition that I’ve only just found out about. Disappointed.

    @emmafildes @HenryPryor @AskNationwide A decade of low rates seems to have made the situation worse. BoE cannot ignore this issue. They must start raising rates. Perhaps they cannot help all renters now but they can make prices drop for 20s/30s and for 40s offer them an alternative with higher savings rates.

    @AskNationwide you cancelled my mum’s card without telling her and the new one you apparently sent two weeks ago hasn’t arrived. She had no info and suddenly on 23rd December her card has stopped working. V poor communication
