    Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

    @AskNationwide so im overseas and I've list my credit card. My app is is on another phone. Tried to call to cancel the card - appears your not working. So what shoukd i do?

    @AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:

    @AskNationwide I’m fuming!! Finally got thru to HMRC to make a payment and you’ve blocked my card cos I tried twice due to the automated service not hearing my postcode wrong!!! Now I’ve got to get on the phone to them again… !! As you’ve blocked the payment!!!!!!

    @AskNationwide Yes, it says “we seem to be experiencing some technical problems”. I’ve tried a number of times to make a payment online and keep getting this. K

    @AskNationwide I lost a better interest rate because your processes are antiquated, if not down right illegal! 2 months to sort out a very small mortgage and it's caused so much stress. Complaints couldn't even tell me when a decision was made & the letter I never received @Debbiecrosbie1
