@AskNationwide I was told by a cashier this week that my FlexDirect account is a “self service account” which means I cannot go to the cashier, & that the terms of my 2 year old account clearly states this. Is this true, or did I just come across the world’s laziest cashier?

@AskNationwide @Debbiecrosbie1 We are still waiting for help and a response. At 8am tomorrow this family will be stranded in France. Two young children. No transport or accommodation. We have a policy with you that promises to recover us to our home.

@AskNationwide why have you made it impossible for me to deposit cheques? You have closed my local branches and now this is the third time the Enfield branch has no envelopes. Customer for about 50 years, looks like time to change

@AskNationwide @GaryHailes Most banks now have a photographic paying-in cheque system where you can upload a photo of the cheque. Seems completely out of date to be reliant on the postal service these days.

@AskNationwide Sympathy does not change the fact that the breakdown team have not provided a solution of any kind. We need to know where our children will be sleeping tomorrow night. Where is our car?!Somebody must help us. We have paid for a policy which offers a service we are not receiving.
