@AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

@AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

@AskNationwide Seems to me NW are a reputable company and should not be using http any more for such actions. i have had to set my chrome to automatically accept these links as ok for now but down the links they could be hijacked. @Moneybox @MoneySavingExp

@AskNationwide Hi Laura. Other browsers which are not as harsh as chrome is. All allow me to see the site and my email result but they all suggest its not secure!(thankfully i know what to check). I'd argue Chrome is being correct since http does not encrypt the exchange.

@AskNationwide I have, twice. With an hr on hold each time a week apart but I am no further along! I was told that my case would be processed within 5days of the docs being uploaded. They were originally sent on 17th Oct and were confirmed as uploaded over 5 days ago. Help would be appreciated.

@AskNationwide Hi craig, I have solved the issue by taking a chance on the overiding the http message from chrome and selecting to see the next stage. The point here really is that had this not been a NW link then I may have been in a position where I could have lost my bank accounts.

@AskNationwide They have asked a member of the mortgage team to contact me in the morning as they could not see what the problem was. I was originally asked to call the mortgage team tomorrow, but today I was on hold for 30mins and then got no useful answers, so hopefully I will hear tomorrow
