    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    @AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

    @AskNationwide 3) If you manage to get past all that and press enter you get "we are having technical problems" (or words to that effect) with no contact number or other route provided. 4) If you ring the automated service you are told you have to do the thing in question online.

    @AskNationwide 5) Your chat service is not working. 6) Your website service status says that everything is working normally. Perhaps this is normal? 7) Your complaints line took ages to answer but was able to sort me out in the end (sort of).

    @AskNationwide Again I'm not blaming you personally for this but the phrase "sorry to hear that you feel this way" is one of the most annoying responses in the world. How I feel isn't the issue here. The issue is a technical one and one that needs fixing.

    @AskNationwide I wouldn’t be able to call until much later today as I do not have a pin and I’m worried about any transactions being taken out of my account. Is your website down too currently? It says error when I log in.
