@NCCtaxpayer @AskNationwide They keep adding new savings a/cs with a higher interest rate but don't automatically upgrade the customer's original a/c. The 1 year triple access online saver is now no 15 with 1.4% interest. I have no 13 which pays 0.85%.I thus have to open a new a/c and close the old one!
