    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    @AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

    @AskNationwide Hi, I've seen many others reporting problems in receiving incoming payments. I have my ESA due today. I am happy to wait till 6am but what happens if nothing has gone in by then? Is it a issue your end or a problem with benefits? Do I call you or esa?

    @AskNationwide how much longer is it going to be before you admit there is a problem, there have been over 400 complaints that people haven't got any money showing in there account, you need to look into it now!!

    @AskNationwide how can you say you’re not experiencing any problems on your end when NOBODY has received their payments? I have nobody to lend me money I’m going to be without food & in debt because of bills via direct debit, please look in to it!!!!! I can’t sleep

    @AskNationwide everybody please screenshot the proof on here if nationwide lying all night saying there was no error and they've finally admitted after 3 hours there is an error. They've breached our contract with them .

    @AskNationwide I will be making sure others go to the ombudsman aswell and I will be giving them free legal advice you made a big mistake saying to everyone there's no error when there was BIG MISTAKE @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide U have been lying to us all night saying there's no error when there clearly has been. Well you have breached our contract for not informing us of delayed payments and constantly lying saying there isn't any errors. Well I'm making sure this goes to the ombudsman
