People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

But that timing is not the case here and the error message says you are having technical problems. Can access everything else on app and browser. But not the credit card transactions

Bit difficult when that person is seriously ill and can’t really phone the bank. Disgraceful
