Linda Taylor (@Lindataylor2109) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England@AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail
-
AgentGrizzle ™ © (@AgentGrizzle) reported from Enfield Lock, EnglandBanked with @AskNationwide many moons ago. Seen in the news that they’re struggling to process payments - THIS CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS. They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!
-
Sandra Dibble (@Dibbssa) reported from Walthamstow, England@tomtomwilkins @AskNationwide Funny that they don’t believe their shareholders when they report an issue and follow it up with photographic evidence.
-
Jeff Evans🇬🇧 (@JeffEnfield) reported from Enfield Lock, England@AskNationwide Other Banks also have high levels of inbound payments, I don't believe they are experiencing any issues. Seems to be a regular occurrence lately, whats going on???
-
Sandra Dibble (@Dibbssa) reported from Walthamstow, England@AskNationwide not ideal that I can’t pay for something online this morning as you have a problem with verifying my payment on your system?

Sheridan Birtwistle (@twwooer) reported@AskNationwide UK National Cyber Security Centre recommends passkeys. Nationwide does not appear to have issued a statement about why it does not use them for banking. As your customer I would like a statement please about when you will adopt passkeys
-

-
Ash Davidson (@AshDavidsonUK) reported@financefraz @AskNationwide Yeah was a shame, turned out that if your rejected at any point it’s on system for all applications. The first one got rejected due to a format issue with one of the inputs 🙄
-
Chris (@ryansmi89) reported@AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.
-
KatStone (@stone_kat1123) reported@DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide shocking we moved to Nationwide due to a load of **** at HSBC If we encounter any issues we will move again Where do you recommend?
-
Bobby Zelmut (@cockwomblefree) reported@AskNationwide I cannot access the app on my android phone. I have updated and restarted the app but it keeps saying service unavailable. I have a secure internet connection.
-
Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
-
CJ © 📷 (@photo_cj) reported@AskNationwide No, it's okay. Decision made as there is also reduced branch access to consider. If you don’t already have digital access, then you are basically stuffed! After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc
-
Tamara G (@wacgirl) reported@AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
