    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    @AskNationwide It keeps saying remove card. Used the card today so error is with the reader and not the card.

    @AskNationwide And instead of help i get told by the staff at the nationwide branch: we cnat give your money and if you need to eat go to a local food bank!! ITS MY MONEY!!!!

    @AskNationwide Yes, it was disappointing not to be told it was a Nationwide error, as I’m on leave I wasn’t able to check with work, a message from Nwide would have sorted it. It was also disconcerting to see Nationwide trawling through all my accounts to debit money without letting me know

    @TheVoxWolf I have online account with the bank I am with because 'they' @AskNationwide would not stop asking me&others to bank online because they didn't want the hassle or touch any cash which I had&others had.Also if it does happen soon they might ask online as soon u open the website

    @AskNationwide We both barclays and monzo bank never had this problem . And i aksed a friend who works with santander and as they put it.. Nationwide is been difficoult and not wanting to give you the money

    @AskNationwide Hi Bobbie, I’ve been chasing via Nationwide’s messaging service since the end of March. I’m given dates for completion that come and go. I want this to be taken seriously. @MoneySavingExp

    @AskNationwide Yes, but this is appalling service on Nationwide's part. I can't get in to take money out during the week and you now close my local branch on Saturdays. The only way to access it was via a card. You need to re-examine this process.
