    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    @AskNationwide Building Society who I've used for decades because they are still a mutual and generally decent service and ethics are sliding into dark patterns. Sending more & more supposedly service related emails which are actually marketing disguised to bypass my preferences

    @AskNationwide Here's a video I just recorded of me using your website, this is my second browser attempt after Chrome, and it's been like this for months. I start trying to left click, this doesn't work on the sidebar at all. Right click and middle mouse (opening in new tab) works.

    @AskNationwide My recent attempt to open an account with you which ended in cancellation because of your incompetence and your staff not having access to all departments has now left you open to fraud because I am receiving cheque books etc for the account! You really are sad!

    On app trying update my contact information Email phone number don't tell me this only be done on website if you're then app is supposed make life easier not more difficult @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Hi yes he's sent me Money many times before never had an issue he banks with nationwide aswell and done it from the ATM in branch I am the only payee saved on there so definitely right details

    @AskNationwide I am currently travelling through Central and South America for up to 6 months and am unable to do any online banking. I have my card, and customer number, but I have no card reader and the phone number registered to my account is no longer in use. Any ideas?
