    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @James_2561 @AskNationwide Nationwide are an absolute joke. Anytime I want to send money to my family members to FEED them nationwide app and web browser isn’t working. Refusing to allow ME to send MY money to my family in need. I will be swapping bank next week

    @AskNationwide Reinstall doesn't work. Any idea of time to get it working? May be a separate issue but was down last week as well and a few weeks before that

    @AskNationwide Thank you for attempting to help but I'm not interested in getting stuck in another behind the scenes loop, you should just take down your signage saying that the company is 'here to help' because it just isn't.

    @AskNationwide very disappointed not to hear from you following my complaint. Complete radio silence. No one has called me and I can’t seem to find anyone of substance to help when I call. It goes round and round in circles.

    @AskNationwide why are there CONSTANT issues with your bank? I have family in NEED and I’m unable to transfer money to them so they can eat tonight. I need access to MY MONEY!!! I will be switching banks next week, this is an ongoing issue with you and I’m sick of it
