    @AskNationwide hi trying to pay a payment via the app and it’s not working as it doesn’t recognise monetary amounts? Saying it’s invalid. Trying to pay a builder before Christmas!

    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @Nationwide @AskNationwide Can anyone really help a Spanish person whose father has died? Every time I talk to you, I get conflicting information. They don't respond to emails. when I call by phone they find him and when I send documentation by mail, no? I only ask for help

    @AskNationwide very poor service messing long standing customers about after my wife and I went to the local branch to open a flex account plus only to be told that no one at the branch was qualified to open this account . rubbish . A wasted journey in to town plus car park fee

    @AskNationwide Note says “Sorry, we’re unable to show you all account deatails at the moment” “This also means you’ll be unable to make payments from some accounts. We’re working to get things back to normal as quickly as we can”

    So @AskNationwide is so garbage these days. I go to pay off my NW credit card from my NW account….and it asks for the sodding card reader. Which I no longer have. Why are we stuck in 2003 not 2023. You’ve just authorised the app using my face, why do I need a card reader still!

    @AskNationwide That’s really disappointing Babs. You say your offer is to help members with the cost of living crisis but those struggling to feed themselves and their families won’t be shopping @Fortnums - perhaps you can add some budget supermarkets. That would be a meaningful offer.

    @AskNationwide Crazy thing was, when I complained I received a response from nationwide saying they had checked my account and it was not their mistake but failed to suggest anything to rectify the problem or even NOTICE that I had already closed my account with you. Amazing!
