@AskNationwide Unreliable service is the flavour of the month with Nationwide. Half-baked banking services, not having a back up server for days or in Nationwide’s case months when something goes wrong and a basic almost useless app will be Nationwide’s epitaph.

@AskNationwide this is annoying am fed up there is always an issue time and time again 🙄 😒 😑 😤 every week without fail same old excuse. As customer's you really need too look into the service as a provider and compensate your customers correctly

@AskNationwide Another problem with bank transfers? This is the 2nd? 3rd time in the last few weeks? I rely on the money being sent to me as I'm sure everyone does. This is getting beyond a joke that we can't access our own payments straight away.

@AskNationwide I would like to know where the problem lies. Is it your systems which keep failing, or the systems of your service providers. Once known where the root cause of the problem is I would like to know what actions are being taken to ensure that the failure doesn't happen again.

@mrs_coyle @AskNationwide They definitely need to fix it. Seen in the news some folk were left without cash just before Christmas because of the 'payments issue'. And to have it happen 3 times in less than 2 weeks is taking the mick.

@AskNationwide What is the problem. Do you actually know? Very worrying these constant problems. Can't help think it's part of cost cutting on systems that's gone wrong. What is the issue and what are you doing about it. I'll certainly be posting a member question at the AGM for full disclosure
