    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide hi trying to pay a payment via the app and it’s not working as it doesn’t recognise monetary amounts? Saying it’s invalid. Trying to pay a builder before Christmas!

    @AskNationwide instead of copying and pasting the same reply to everyone reference non receipt of Faster Payments tonight, perhaps you could acknowledge that there is clearly an issue? It’s 23rd December so a less than ideal situation when trying to cover bills and expenses

    @AskNationwide i know your telling everyone that even though payments are usually instant thry can sometimes take 2 hours, as lots of us are having problems are you sure there isn’t a problem? I’d rather know if it’s still not going to reach the account within 2 hours as issue

    @AskNationwide Can you sort this problem out as soon as possible, it has not been fixed as you claim, I’m still struggling to receive and send funds. This is ridiculous.

    @nicolaStokes3 @AskNationwide Mines the same card rejected when tried to purchase and sent money over from another bank and not gone into there think after Christmas gonna change banks as eveyone few days can’t access my own money

    @AskNationwide Why make it so complicated for a man his age!!! He went to Lloyd's across the road and withdraw the money at the counter you treated him like a criminal you should be ashamed!!! Customer service zero!!!!

    @AskNationwide Never in my life have I waited 2 hours. Just admit the systems are down YET AGAIN. It needs sorted asap I’m left with no wages tonight and unable to buy food shopping and gifts!!!!
