Neil (@nhudspeth) reported@AskNationwide Yes.. I could access the online banking via SMS code but not via card reader code. But I could not set up a new payee because you need a card reader to do that. It was fixed the following day.

But I’ve had nothing..? Any ideas? I paid on 1st June a full mortgage payment, ended my mortgage on 10th Thanks
