    Being held hostage by @AskNationwide - help! Blocked from moving lenders (@CifasUK marker - falsely lodged), can’t change mortgage products, forced on to tracker rate for the next six years! Bias against lending to self-employed, BAME and women is real. Stats are shocking.

    @AskNationwide Thanks Jo, no problem I just find it amazing this level or service with outright lies is acceptable to nationwide. The new business team seem to experience this often. If you guys don’t want to lend just say so rather than make excuses that doesn’t add up

    @AskNationwide Why on earth does it take 6-8 weeks for a decision on either section 75 or the chargeback scheme? Your website is still using COVID as an excuse! Not good enough

    @AskNationwide why do none of your mortgage advisors know what a CIFAS marker is!? Can’t offer any help to remove it at all. Won’t discuss a declined mortgage application - complete stonewalling at every turn. Now have to resort to ombudsman for help!

    @AskNationwide are there delays with payments coming in to nationwide accounts of up to 24 hours? I have been told this by someone but there nothing on the app/website?
