    @AskNationwide I have been calling you all day. Your automated service is like a robot getting it wrong over and over again. Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

    Hi @AskNationwide I ordered my card a fortnight ago friday (the 18th) however havent had a RM delivery since then so no card, is there a way to get my card details digitally at all given its going to be a while before RM deliver it,since ive now realised sending another wont help

    @AskNationwide Hello Taj thank you it only experience by way of assisting someone with cardiovascular complications they did not know. The DWP tried to help Nationwide stopped PIP kept all money. Staff at CEO office. I will ensure DWP close the claim down today

    @AskNationwide Nationwide have refused a customer statement for specific period, refused access to data, refused a renewal Visa card kept money for disability use only ill treated a customer. Cost them PIP losses.

    @AskNationwide Your rude staff humiliated her in front of a bank full of customers why the hell would she want an account? If Home Office letters are not proof because they now use email to send them (welcome to 2022) then you have a procedural problem. Just say no brown people at the door.

    @AskNationwide my switch happened today yet I have no bank card and no online banking details so I can't log in, can't access my account, can't use a card I don't have. I have babies I need to buy food and nappies for. Not worth the switch bonus for the stress.
