I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Then when she finally gives up there is a recorded message saying you can’t take calls, no reason, no alternative offered. Massive #customerexperience fail

They were a calamity then & it seems like nothing has changed. Join a challenger bank - they value your custom and offer excellent customer service!

Whats going on? Terrible start
