@AskNationwide How come I have 5 triple access accounts with varying interest rates? Am I abusing your rules?

  • PennyArcade777 John Nugent (@PennyArcade777) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide As a Nationwide customer for over 40 years and a resident of NI could you explain why I am excluded and discriminated against

  • Hmmmm12245233 Hmmmm? 🇬🇧 (@Hmmmm12245233) reported

@AskNationwide Had to do this twice now with a triple access saving accounts V13 to v14. So you are saying you made v13 obsolete in weeks. Just do what other building societies and banks do and raise the rates on the existing accounts, your current practice looks (and is) underhand

  • rhtkhsl Rohit Khosla (@rhtkhsl) reported

@AskNationwide "In part of the application you are asked if you want to transfer an existing ISA in. So here you can put the account details from your existing triple access" sorry but this section of the application specificially says "Transfer from a non-Nationwide ISA". I'll call up for help
