    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    @AskNationwide But I DO want to talk to you today as this is becoming more urgent, it still begs the question why send an email asking me to call (and going through the terrible voice banking system) just to find you are closed. Not good enough!

    @AskNationwide I have had a few problems with trying to buy items online. My card keeps being refused and there is no option for me to authorise via the app. I have money in the bank and there is no issue with the website as I have used my Revolut banking card successfully.

    @AskNationwide @Sam_London100 I still cannot switch mortgages through the app web page comes up blank and doesn’t load. Tried to sign in through website there’s a technical fault. Why is it always so difficult to navigate your products it makes me wanna remortgage elsewhere 🙄

    @AskNationwide you are now *************** well and truly. Made a complaint was told “we expect this to be no later than 15 June” on the 6th of July I’m told “fair outcome to the complaint within 10 working days”. Letter dated 21st July “Update in seven working days”
