@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide Yes James. Could you feed back to your managers that it is a very poor look for a seemingly bona fide bank to block the requested closure of an account for trivial reasons. Hopefully prospective customers will note you can easily open an account but find it impossible to close.

@AskNationwide Oh we have. Many times. Online support chat says he needs to call. We’ve called and the bank 3 weeks ago have said they have done so but it will take 20+ business days. Rent is now on me to pay until thay 600£ is found. Shouldn’t take a month to find out about this.

@AskNationwide hi is there a problem with the app? I’ve got a new phone and trying to log in. It keeps saying that my information is incorrect. I’ve tried logging in with two different account numbers and my mortgage account. I need to get in to pay a bill by tomorrow.
