    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with incoming bank payments. Waiting for a dwp payment which they said has been paid and should be in my account but isn’t showing and also another payment into my account from local council has been issued but isn’t showing.

    @AskNationwide @EnglandFootball Meanwhile my debit card was being declined and my trip to the supermarket was wasted. How about you stop virtue-signalling stuff like this and sort your failing IT systems instead. Absolutely fed up with being let down by you. Mutuality doesn't seem to work for me at least...

    @AskNationwide Ashley Thank you for the standard reply being given by Nationwide Customer Services since yesterday, regarding the delay in people's transactions appearing in their accounts. My query this morning was asking if there is any sign of the online use of cards being resolved soon ?

    @AskNationwide Hi, I tried that but still have the same issue. I double click on the app and it says talking to nationwide with the circle going round like it is trying to load. It does not get as far as the sign in screen.

    @AskNationwide You had issues yesterday with payments, I have payments not showing as pending, I have money been paid that is not in my account, I have no idea whether things are right or wrong 😑. When will the issues be resolved so I can check my account please.

    @AskNationwide This issue relates to yesterday... The amount I spent has not come off of my account balance.. surely that isn't right, that it can take up to 7 days to show?.. isn't the idea that what I spend should reduce my balance immediately so I don't overspend?
