    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @troutfortea @Claire11152715 @AskNationwide I have not received payouts for October 2021 through December 2021 due to a similar "bug" and it has yet to be resolved. They were able to bill my bank during this time while blaming my bank for the problem.

    @AskNationwide Yea and I’ve been on hold for over 16 minutes, 10 minutes before I was on hold to another number… it’s unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to turn to Twitter for help because calls aren’t answered

    @AskNationwide I have a Debit Card that's damaged & although useable the web site wants me to cancel the card before I can order a new one, however that leaves me without a card till the new one arrives so can't you just send me a replacement then I'll destroy the damaged card..?

    @AskNationwide Your ISA application process requires an identification document and leads, eventually, after several pages of form filling, to a camera button at the "upload a photograph of your passport" stage, but then the process breaks because the app seems unable to access the camera.
