@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide i know your telling everyone that even though payments are usually instant thry can sometimes take 2 hours, as lots of us are having problems are you sure there isn’t a problem? I’d rather know if it’s still not going to reach the account within 2 hours as issue

Put of my 4 bank accounts this is the ONLY one that never apologises or admits to mistakes. All others including my credit cards have reimbursed me yet Nationwide not even an apology
