  Defo time to move accounts from @firstdirect to @AskNationwide. Went to my local post office—issue with their machine. Then local HSBC doesn’t accept cash & pointed to a branch in Reading! 🙄 Nationwide actually invested in a branch here. Tell me why I should stay, FD? 🛑👇

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though

  @AskNationwide but I had an outstanding stipend that was supposed to be paid but was never made aware to me, I don’t know if you can help check my account and send the last bank statements on the account please 🙏🏿 It’s very important so I can take the case to court so I can properly paid

  @AskNationwide Why is your online banking so awful? I’ve been trying to amend a direct debit for days and it fails every time. I try to delete it and it fails. The absolute basics of managing my money are impossible. Sort it out please.
