@AskNationwide You then have a screen to check the details with “submit request” at the bottom. When you press this, it then asks for you to put your card in the card reader to verify!!!!! The lost/stolen team said they are very aware of this issue

@inikwolite @AskNationwide I did, two days ago…. Just a wave of my smart watch. But cash is important, doubly so for those without access to technology. It’s also useful when the tech falls over. I remember the visa system falling over a couple of years back.

@AskNationwide Is there anybody else you can think of that can help me with this case? Seems ridiculous where I can return a pair of shoes as long as I haven't worn them to the shop and get refund but not this.
