.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

@AskNationwide lifelong customer and been trying to open a bank account for 12 year old daughter. What a shambles. Wasted two days trying to sort it in branch. Now you will lose both my daughters future custom and mine as i will move account next week.

@AW69636198 @AskNationwide Quick enough to pass it on to borrowers though. Coventry Building Society offer a limited access ISA at 2.25% from 7th October. If this lot don't sort it out by then I'll be moving to the CBS. Oh, and don't complain because they delete your posts and stop you commenting again!

@AskNationwide Thanks Katy. The issue I have is I don't pay monthly to the insurance providers. I pay Nationwide for the provision of insurance and unfortunately the phone insurance provider is incompetent. They've washed their hands of it so my issue is now with Nationwide who I pay.

@HalifaxBank @AskNationwide Ironically now when I try to renew the consent upon redirect to @AskNationwide they are directing me to the desktop version due to tech issues. Seriously poor UX from both sides here. It used to work fine and now it doesn't. Pls work together and make this work for the customer
