@AskNationwide please can you tell me how I get your company to help me. I pay you for my house insurance and I have been passed around since my claim started. I don’t want to speak to a loss adjuster I want to speak to a supervisor at nationwide/RSA.

@8881CFcitleC @DC_1873 @AskNationwide In ‘chat’ they’ve told me to ‘remove the card reader’ (never had one), but to do so I need to scan my face…and then approve via a card reader. After this fiasco I’m definitely leaving as no one to fix issues like this after 6pm or even at all.
