Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

Vivian Brickell (@TheOldDear) reported@AskNationwide My state pension has not been paid in. I can’t take it up with the DWP until you confirm it’s not a nationwide problem. I can’t get to find out if it is. Sadiq blew me off with a ‘will be credited’ but no idea when - no one available to talk
