@AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

@AskNationwide I understand the security element however it is seriously detrimental to the customer experience. Other banks use secondary passwords/phrases, 2FA, etc. Yet yours requires a physical device being on the person at all times ' just in case' it's needed. It's outdated.
