@AskNationwide It's all gone through it was a question about if I qualify for the switch money When I started it the website said I was entitled to £125, as I was and existing customer But after double checking it turns out the account is only a Flex basic and now I'm thinking I won't get it

If I were in a life/death situation while traveling, @AskNationwide would let me die. App is ancient, the dependence on the card reader is insane, no way to call me quickly on a non-UK no. as I can't call them, no way to login to the site without my UK SIM. 24 hours wait to call!

@AskNationwide I have ever rly signed up to a triple access saver account and have been told I need to pay a minimum balance into this account, but I can’t see what the minimum balance is anywhere! Please help?

@danny___green @AskNationwide Hi Danny, after going in to Nationwide branch and speaking to them by phone the most i could get was that when the application is in the advanced stages you can no longer access the portal.Every correspondence i had until acceptance was by email but no issues. hope this helps! 👍🏼

@AskNationwide And that's the problem. Decades of phone calls into Nationwide, and the one time I need you to call me, it takes 20 minutes of web chat to put in the request, and then I'm told I'll get a call in 24 hours. If that's the level of support you offer in an emergency, I'm out

Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!
