    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide hi trying to pay a payment via the app and it’s not working as it doesn’t recognise monetary amounts? Saying it’s invalid. Trying to pay a builder before Christmas!

    @oftenpure @AskNationwide Don’t switch. The bank has been down for incoming and outgoing payments 3 times in 2 weeks and nationwide don’t give a damn.

    @AskNationwide I used to work for you in IT and the service has gone down so much. Assume you've made an IT change and it's not working be Honest and admit it not this every few days ..

    @AskNationwide So how did I know there was an issue 7 hours ago yet you, nationwide only knew about it this morning. Its not acceptable. How many more times is this going to happen. We need proper answers now. Not generic ones. 3 times in a few weeks.
