    @AmericanExpress @AskNationwide why is it that I face the same issue every month with your apps.... On one I want to make a payment every month and get redirect on to the other app... Every month... And every month I have to authorise a payment, by which I the other app times out

    @AskNationwide @GemmaSherlock4 There is definitely a problem! I can’t move money on mine tried on app it keeps saying request timed out and on the website says we’re experiencing some technical problems!

    @AskNationwide Hi, are you having trouble with the online accounts? I can't transfer money between my savings account and Flex. It keeps coming up with technical error or timed out

    @AskNationwide Thanks. I see a message in the app now saying I can't move money, so I won't go to he hassle of reinstalling the app... Thankfully not urgent. Been a bit of a weekend issue-wise, hasn't it? Unlike the NW team to suffer so much. Hope your Major Incident team get a break!

    @AskNationwide is your app down? Trying to transfer money and it keeps saying request has timed out. Partner is getting the same issue on different phone too. App is up to date and have closed / reloaded it
