    @AskNationwide OK thanks Connie. We are getting mixed messages from different people. Branch said to call you to check if statement is ready & also told on here last night to call Head Office. Is there no way at all to speed up a copy being processed please before 3 working days? Thanks

    @AskNationwide Been a customer since a child, had loans and credit cards products paid on time and finished but still nationwide was the worst offer of all the banks and building societies
