    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide I am trying to transfer money from my direct easy access account to my hsbc account via the app, something I’ve done many times before, and there is no longer any way of doing this, have things been changed? And if so how do I now access my money?

    @AskNationwide Have been trying to book a telephone appointment for my 11 year old to open a bank account with you. Had to hold for a long time only to be told I need to go into a branch first. Your website states that it cannot be set up this way.

    @AskNationwide iPhone 11 - it was working 2 days ago! If I delete and re-install will I have to re-enter all passwords and pins etc?
