@AskNationwide Hi Emma no. Via the app on my mobile when hitting next there is no new page the next page you have to scroll down the screen and across to the right. However you then cannot complete anything further. Via any browser once the 1st page is complete no new page appears

@AskNationwide The issue is one which Nationwide is well aware of, many credit card customers unable to access their account using online banking. Your IT Team have been aware of this and are supposedly fixing for the past 5 weeks. Any update on this? When will this be resolved? Thanks!

@AskNationwide Help as there is an unknown transaction on my account. I tried calling your telephone service to no avail as the machine is set to a certain point. I nees my money back.
