Andrew Harmsworth FRAS 😷 (@harmsy) reported from Cambridgeshire, England@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

Andrew Harmsworth FRAS 😷 (@harmsy) reported from Oakington and Westwick, EnglandInterest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

Jennifer Curle (@jennifer_curle) reported@AskNationwide hi Nationwide. I am unable to renew my ISA online due to ‘technical difficulties’ your website is experiencing. Tried multiple times, different devices and browsers. Now going to miss out on using my ISA allowance due to your ‘technical issues’.

Vampfree1 (@Vampfree1110228) reported@DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide What sort of problem? I'm with them and have been my whole life. And ok although I don't like them merging with virgin. I've not had an issue.
-
Mind Crypto 🍥 (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!
-
Rachel small (@rachismall) reported@AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting
-
Holly 🇺🇦 (@HoZiegler) reported@AskNationwide when will the faster payments card reader issue be fixed ?
-
Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
-
Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
-
Shelly Lopezespejo (@chelllopez) reported@AskNationwide despite being a loyal customer for over 30yrs got letter yesterday saying my overdraft is being removed with a months notice, if I go into payment plan it affects credit rating. Disgusting treatment, am livid and will be leaving you!!
-
Mark Sowton (@SowtonMark) reported@AskNationwide Having to come into branch to prove I am a human being, and then unable to report more than 1 fraud activity, even though there are 33. Couldn't report anything in app. Such a poor service, but I'm not surprised.

🌍🌳🐟🙉Ady🤔 (@AdyG28) reported@AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA last October which started at 4%, now it's been reduced to 3.3%. Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?
