    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide could your services be any more naff!? This is the 2nd time your online banking international payments have failed and crashed in as many months. Been trying for hour to pay an international bill. Get "we've experienced a technical error" or it logs me out.

    @British_Airways Problem has been resolved, @AskNationwide managed to help, you guys did absolutely nothing, except a reply days after the problem, and pointlessly calling BA for hours to get no answer. Really hope the customer service is better on the flight!

    @EstherRosanna1 @HSBC_UK @AskNationwide Yeah. I am so so stressed out about it & they just don’t care. 😔 Glad your husband hasn’t had issues since moving. That’s terrible! Why are banks so awful sometimes? This is people’s money!!!
