    @AskNationwide Thank you. I think this must be a common issue for backpackers. The system is very clunky. The assumption for a long standing client should be that they are trusted when the sum is relatively small and represents a very low % of the total transactions.

    @AskNationwide Appalling service causing extreme stress! Can you explain why a mortgage application made at the beginning of June still has not been processed and no consistent or accurate information given? Purchase was meant to complete on Monday. FCA complaint imminent.

    @AskNationwide as usual excellent customer service today at Commercial Road Portsmouth branch. Unlike appalling @BarclaysUK. Reporting a death needs a sensitive response not a sulky public‘oh yeah right you’ll have to wait over there’. I left.
