Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide @Lukepiewalker Hi Luke. I’ve fed this back to nationwide too. The Twitter team (always helpful) directed me to their phone number but options 2-1-2 to follow up on your mortgage application don’t work those hours and you’re instructed to call back in normal working hours

@AskNationwide Yes the card details are stored on the BPme app, sometimes I am prompted to open my Nationwide app to confirm the BPme transaction but it still fails. It’s not a new card, no. Thanks for any help.

How do I pay cheques in @AskNationwide ?? I can’t do it online and all the branches by me don’t open on weekends. 10-4.30 week days are not doable for working people. Please can you suggest something?

Don’t ever ever bank with @AskNationwide they accuse you of lying when they they actually had an issue with faster payments not working on the 28th February !!! Then they question you on how or why you manage your money !!! @SkyNews needs to investigate !!!!!!!
