@CET_UK @mrsv1997 @AskNationwide Customers should not be being asked to DM you so details can be “passed on” - we know that process doesn’t work. A customer has no heat and hot water when temperatures are just above zero. A member of Customer Relations should already be on the phone arranging an emergency appt.
