Saima (@RAS_Sy3d) reported@AskNationwide It was deposited through the self service machine as we were told we couldn’t do it at the desk. The machine picked up the amount as £20 instead of £2000, we were told it will be rectified within 24 hours and not to worry! That was over 4 weeks ago today!
