@AskNationwide after seeing how you responded with generic tweets to people on here who were desperate and couldn't eat because of your blunder, I'm changing banks asap. No info, very uncaring responses, no support for them. Could have been handled much better.

@AskNationwide With all due respect, everything working normally today does not take away how yesterday was handled. Seeing some tweets on here from people who really needed support receive generic messages with little regard for what they were going through was appalling service and I'm out
