@AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

@AskNationwide What timescale email says 7 days, someone else says 3 working days and you said 56 days. Maybe you should all look at the policies in place and deal with complaints instead of just fobbing us all off on social media like you did when you didn’t process our payments

@AskVirginMoney No, problem with my payment due to @AskNationwide outage on the 4th. I just needed to get Ridhwaan on the phone who helped me! #employeeofthemonth He's given me the email for customer relations to forward my nationwide correspondence to so I can have my 0% reinstated. 🤞🤞

@AskNationwide I have called nationwide and they have said there is not an issue with the system and to keep trying as i cant add a payee over the phone but it keeps saying due to a technical issue i cant add a payee on my phone or using the Internet bank on the computer as it says the same
