@AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

@AskNationwide why can't a customer services representative unlock my pin after I've been on hold over 20 minutes? Why is it acceptable for said customer services representative to then hang up when I asked to register a complaint? I knew we should never have opened an account!

@AskNationwide Hi there, I still can't access my account. When I try to register for online banking using my customer number everything is acceptable but it refuses to accept my 6 number passcode (which I am 100% sure is correct? I've been trying for a few days. Please advise. Thanks

@AskNationwide how absolutely ridiculous my partner has Parkinson’s / dementia I have his POA and we bank with you he’s just received a small inheritance a check /euros we only use @AskNationwide for our banking but we can’t bank said check in our account please 🙏 help us

@AskNationwide awful service. Sat on phone for an hour and got nowhere, went online to chat and got nowhere and then went to put complaint in and you guessed it got nowhere! Very clear why I want to cancel my card with you!

@AskNationwide That's poor. What is the point of a customer services team if they can't complete customer services tasks! Now I have to go to an ATM which will no doubt swallow my card whilst the pin is blocked! #nohope
