    @AskNationwide Can u please give us awaiting wages etc a relevant update? "Working on it" isnt really an acceptable answer for ur customers at this time of year. People are very worried. Specific updates is the bare minimum u should be providing! #Nationwide #Chaos

    @AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

    @AskNationwide just want to thanks Nationwide for leaving us without money on a weekend and having to cancel my disabled sons respite and Christmas trip, your system is down and " the form" doesn't let you transfer from Futuresavers account to Flex account. Left without a penny

    @AskNationwide Any reason why when there are serious errors with your banking systems there’s never a single word on your website or social media?? So, what’s going on and why can’t we access any transfers/movements?
