@AskNationwide Having switched my current account back to you recently there's a couple things that seem pretty commonplace on other banking apps that you appear not to support on your app. Do you have any plans for a new version or any considerable upgrades to the app soon?

@AskNationwide as you are removing paym functionality next year will you be replacing it with a user friendly way to pay someone new? Maybe removing the card reader requirement for regular transfers like most other banks not working in 1995?

@AskNationwide tried to call your customer service line re. mortgage but it’s saying it’s closed even though website says open till 4. Chat function can’t help with my query… no good saying call during normal hours as I’m at work!
