It’s just a really poor service I’m afraid unless you’re able to internet bank and/or get to a branch it’s not good

Hence, I don't trust Nationwide with my data, including my phone number.

The situation is I want to transfer a decent amount of money in from an ISA elsewhere and I have to battle to get assistance from someone! I would like to speak to someone.
