@AskNationwide your online offering is archaic. After upgrading to flexiplus I'm unable to log on to UKI PORTAL and nobody has been able to resolve. Call back promises broken.

@AskNationwide - customer service? Been on hold for 20 mins waiting following a request from you to call and then told (after 6 or 7) security questions that I haven’t passed so need to call again! Really poor!!! Ever heard of customer self service to get stuff done

@AskNationwide No . When I try to delete the numbers and leave them blank as I am no longer working etc so that number no good it just says enter a valid uk number

@AskNationwide I am in the process of switching a joint account to you and had a txt message saying Ts and Cs need signing but this was done online and your web site is no use at all,I do have a reference number.

@AskNationwide I have notified Nationwide that my wife has passed away though the "tell us once" service. She also has accounts with The Cheshire, I can not find a way to notify them. Will all the details filter through Nationwide re Cheshire ( it was not included in the scheme)
