  @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

  @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

  @NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

  @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

  @CVRTLMusic @1e9petrichor @DominicFrisby I’d not had any problems with NatWest either until a few weeks ago when they wouldn’t let me send money to crypto exchange. They told me it was for my own safety. They did say that, ‘for now’, they would accept transfers from exchanges.

  @NatWest_Help NatWest ‘Customer Service’ online form: ‘error messages’; Twitter: in private message ‘nothing I can do’; Customer service telephone: For 2 weeks ‘it’s with the investigations team’. ‘Customer experience’: it will be paid back to the payer - it hasn’t been 4 2.5 wks.

  @Eva250178 That's fine. You can follow the below steps to try again: - Log in to your Natwest app, ensuring that you have the most recent version downloaded - Select the card you're trying to add then 'manage my card and google pay' 1/3

  @NatWest_Help @NatWest Then spent a significant amount of time in the chat with someone who said my address was correct but wasn't. I didn't understand what he meant. I lived here for 15;years and NatWest post is arriving without problems? Baffled
