    @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

    @TaraOConnor_ Standing in Natwest Addiscombe right now. 6 people in thr queue for the till. 2 people on the help desk ...been waiting 20mins. Closing this branch is a major disservice to the people of Addiscombe. Rubbish decision.

    @NatWest_Help @Parky1919 Shame your Natwest Invest move has been a complete ***** up. The site has been inaccessible since the day it moved to the U.K., after locking us out for well over a week to make the move. Quite poor for a huge bank. IT is clearly not your strong point. When will this be fixed?
