Jam-o'-lantern 🎃 (@BlueLightAlarm) reported@NatWest_Help Hi, I had a current account with you but used the account switching service to move to @santanderukhelp a couple of weeks ago. Someone transferred money to my Natwest account number today & I'm wondering if this will get automatically forwarded to my new bank?

Paddy O'Furniture💙 (@Pady_oFurniture) reportedJust had card declined after a taxi ride in Poland. I had informed Natwest of the trip. You can imagine how embarrassing and inconvenient that was They are telling me there is a random maximum amount of daily transactions allowed a day deemed by their computer for security WTF

ste ashe (@AsheSte) reported@NatWest_Help hi I need some help. You have sent me a cheque but I don’t have a bank to cash it in to? Can a NatWest branch exchange it for me or direct transfer it instead?
-
David Winch (@david_winch) reported@SamRaincock Ah! Did you see NatWest got prosecuted recently for not keeping their CDD (customer due diligence) up to date. Have you recently banked a few hundred million in used notes???
-
Tony Johnson (@TJSTR) reported@trixyg @NatWest_Help They don’t want any operator sitting around for even 1 second without answering a phone. They are quite happy for us to do the waiting. Hint for NatWest: if you always have 20+ minute queues then it’s not high customer demand: it’s normal customer demand. Sort it out!
-
Andy McKibbin (@Kib00000) reported@chrischirp @Barclays I sympathise but respectfully suggest that the customer service titans over at NatWest would give them a fair run.
-
martyn (@mng321) reported@NatWest_Help But if you bank with Natwest they will take out a cancelled standing order and make you skint.. also close down all the smaller branches in town so you have 1 choice to queue at the main branch for ages with not enough staff for all the customers…
