  @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

  @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

  @NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

  @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

  @Matt_VickersMP The issues isn't changing him out. That is done for security reasons. The issue is not picking other amazing Brits to replace him. Shoving a badger on there is like the old NatWest cheques. It's not how our currency should be.

  @Leighlines @AllegroEddie NatWest tried this **** with me when trying to transferring funds using the app (transfer to another account of mine, not a new one). Log in via website and won’t be needed.

  When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

  @scriptwren I’m not confident they’ll be a supply by Friday as the causes are so vague. As you say, there have been problems for several years.I’m sure they’ve enjoyed their dividends but the #NatWest et al have some investing to do.There needs to be a proper plan, honesty & transparency 2/2

  NatWest done bits with this new pots feature in this recent app upgrade 🥲👏🏾. They still have a few tweaks they gotta make (setting up standing orders and renaming pots without having to close them) but they have a customer for life in me I fear 🥲🥲🥲.

  @NatWest_Help hey folks! My sister banks with you still - she’s just found a car that my dad will buy for her. She needs to transfer £7k from her account to him also a NatWest customer. How can she temporarily up her limits?
