@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@mjs2022121272 @VAS6323 i had the same issue with Natwest. Very difficult to find a number to talk to them on, cut off by them 3 times after being on hold 20 minutes. Just a joke. I may try MONZO, it is all online.

So far, 20 mins on phone to @NatWest_Help, 120 mins trying to get @MicrosoftHelps to actually help, now 20 mins (and counting) to actually speak to Natwest again. Lovely Saturday 🙃

@NatWest_Help because you’re biometrics are so poor I’ve now been locked out of NatWest app this is poor service. Getting it recognise my face as I blink is impossible. I’ve now got to got to reset the app. Which I can’t do as it wants my customers is which is in the app!

@davewibberley @firstdirect Oh that's always the worst. Natwest do it to me all the time, TSB (not Lloyds TSB, Just TSB) much better though nowhere near the same issues and way quicker/hassle free to sort if it does happen.

@TheOverBorders I switched from HSBC to NatWest and have had no problems with the new debit card. Local branch down here did close unfortunately so have to go to Barnstaple if I need to visit a branch. Only bank in local town now is Lloyds or Post Office in shop where I work.

Apparently as soon as I entered natwest I lost all ability to think coz wtf the man thought thought wasn't who j said i was and I wasn't doing a veru good job of proving I was me and he was v condescending but at the same time I looked so dumb

Struggling to understand NatWest's logic. I logged in to my online banking account to make a payment to a new payee, it tells me my debit card and card reader are blocked for online banking use. The issue is, I don't have a debit card or a card reader.
