@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@RealTranswoman @NatWest_Help As long as it takes, our options to try beta software, not NatWest’s issue.

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

Natwest mobile transaction approval app is not working and has been down since very early this morning. Can't make any purchase which reuires approval i.e. grocery shopping from a supermarket. Anyone else experiencing this issue? @paullewismoney

  • TJSTR Tony Johnson (@TJSTR) reported

@trixyg @NatWest_Help They don’t want any operator sitting around for even 1 second without answering a phone. They are quite happy for us to do the waiting. Hint for NatWest: if you always have 20+ minute queues then it’s not high customer demand: it’s normal customer demand. Sort it out!

  • mangotango333 mango tango (@mangotango333) reported

@NatWest_Help Hi, thanks for following up but I’ll be submitting a formal complaint. I’m not wasting any more time trying to get through IVR to speak to someone only to be lied to and then have the phone put down on me when I asked them to investigate #complaint #retailbanking #natwest

  • celineekans 1CELINE (@celineekans) reported

I actually cannot believe that I couldn’t get home at 3AM because NatWest decided they wanted to do a service update from 01:30am - 5:00am. I couldn’t go on the app, use Apple Pay or withdraw money during this time. @NatWest_Help This is beyond dangerous.

  • justleeuk Lee (@justleeuk) reported

@GamblingInsight @Betfair Should probably mention that none of my banks batted an eyelid either. NatWest and Halifax. Nobody covered themselves in glory, me being the worst of course. But could have been less terrible had at least one person tried to stop or question me

Do you work for Natwest or know someone who does? This #GivingTuesday @NatWestGroup employees can claim £125 to donate to their chosen charity if they set up payroll giving for the first time or increase their existing monthly donation. It's a great, easy way to support our work!

  • rob_tam Roberto Tamsanguan (@rob_tam) reported

@EdTurnham @DrSelvarajah To me Ed it’s choice at point of access. I don’t have to call NatWest before I go into branch to make a transaction (even if I can do it online) sometimes it’s just easier to pop in to branch… to me it’s something about choice and flexibility and ultimately part of the user exp
