@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

The site has been inaccessible since the day it moved to the U.K., after locking us out for well over a week to make the move. Quite poor for a huge bank. IT is clearly not your strong point. When will this be fixed?

@BBCNews @NatWestGroup Blocks customers from purchasing crypto under the guise of fraud when the fraud you see is tactics like this. NatWest do nothing to protect customers from this though. It’s all about control, not customer.

@NatWest_Help been trying to get the boiler fixed and been contacting for over a week with no resolve. Haven’t had heating, temperatures due to plummet. I have just had major surgery and it’s unbearable in the cold house. Very stressful. Terrible service from NatWest .

@NatWest_Help Hello, I want to use my (UK) NatWest debit card to make a purchase on Amazon's UAE website. As the transaction will be in AED, not GPB, I wanted to check to see if there would be any foreign transaction fees or the like? Thanks in advance!
