@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@MKL_Solutions I don't require credit facilities or overdrafts so ditched Natwest as it was too expensive... ANNA is basic but works well... For card payments I also ditched TYL by Natwest and went to Takepayments and also had no problems... :-)

@_JTrades_ I use Swissborg for fast on/off ramp fiat and Natwest have never flagged any issues making transfers to them..

@johnlewishelp @KatieMarieWales I have called the old JL Partnership Card team a few times now, I stuge to hear them and they have issues hearing me and keep saying they haven’t received the payment and it won’t work after 31st and to speak to NatWest. NatWest says it’s been sent and accepted by JL. Stressful!

One of the most irritating things about NatWest (aside from the terrible interest rates) is that, if I want to pay into another account, I need a ruddy piece of hardware to stick my card into to get a code LIKE IT'S 2005 STOP IT Just text me a code or in-app it @NatWest_Help
