@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help NatWestGroup my father, 93 years old a loyal customer of over 72 years being blocked by NatWest for a straightforward payment . Spent over 1.5hrs on call and NatWest will only accept fax machines as a form of delivery. Utter disgrace.

@NatWest_Help I am unable to access any of my funds in my NatWest accounts because of the Sainsbury's loan merge. Online banking requires the app for authentication & can't log in. I'll get an email or letter through the post to tell me when it's ready!? How long does that take?!

Been a NatWest customer now for over 15 years, but genuinely shocked at how I've been treated. In France, I go to pay with my card. Doesn't work, contactless or pin. Then doesn't work in an ATM. So I call support...

@JP_YNWA_92 @NatWest_Int If this is mobile app, I just disconnected my mobile internet & reconnected my mobile internet and payment completed fine, it's weird though because all my other apps were working fine while having the issue with NatWest

@chaisenbergg That is right but at the same time there are countless knocks/match that people remember and it didn't come in any WC. Like Kohli's 133 at Hobart or that Natwest 2002 final, or Dhoni's 113 at Chennai, Gibbs 175 vs Aus to chase down 434 etc.

@JayW132 Monzo have previously been good but more recently I've had the same issue - I'm only able to send to Strike as their accounts have sort code & account numbers in your own name so it looks like a transfer rather than a payment. Can't deposit to Coinbase from NatWest, Santander or Halifax. Ridiculous
