Gavin Wrigley (@pheauteau) reported from Buntingford, England@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

Sharon Stephenson (@shazzstevo) reported from Enfield Lock, England@NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

Kath (@KathsSpace) reportedGot told off when I got on the 51 bus in Yeovil today. I got on at NatWest and was told the stop is only for dropping off not picking up. Can’t find this info on the Buses Of Somerset website or the bustimes website. But at least now I know I suppose.

NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

dav1d.btc (@dav1dbtc) reportedBoE warnings about stablecoin redemption are a joke. Try withdrawing any significant amount of cash from your bank and see how simple 'redemption' really is. Recently, UK bank NatWest blocked a customer from withdrawing their own money because they would not explain to the bank why the cash. And the Ombudsman backed the bank. This isn’t about consumer protection. It’s about protecting the banking monopoly. If Andrew Bailey is genuinely concerned about redemption risk, he should be looking at non-custodial systems like Ducat. Redemption happens in one Bitcoin block. I think I may be waiting some time.

Alex ******* (@socialPolly) reported@NatWest_Help I did that, and they said I needed to speak to NatWest bank not the investment line. They transferred me through to an automated service that didnt understand what it was I was trying to get through to. So I gave up.

If a teller or csa at a NatWest did their shift reeking of alcohol, particularly when dealing with customers, they would be disciplined. Working in a bank doesn’t just mean Decaprio in wolf of Wall Street.
