@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@CooperativeBank surely if I'm sent funds from a coop acct to my coop acct, it should be instant? Why does it always take until the next working day to arrive (sent Fri so I won't see it until Tues), but everyone else they sent money to sees it immediately? Natwest for example

Really sick of businesses still using covid as an excuse to provide a terrible service! Natwest are either no longer open Saturdays or those open aren’t allowing withdrawals or transfers as there aren’t counter staff ‘for their safety’. Does covid only come out on weekends?! 🤬

@MoneySavingExp my current H2B ISA with HSBC reducing interest rate 1.75 to 0.75% Barclays offer 1.25 %, Natwest 1% but non of them in branch knew how to transfer in. All they know is the product been no longer available. Nor both bank website is any good giving further info.

@NatWest_Help This is the second time I have set it up - Natwest keep declining it because I haven't signed something. So how is calling up going to help? Why are you being so bloody awkward? I have had my Natwest account since 2003 and never had a direct debit refused for needing a signature

@NatWest_Help just tried to set up Garmin Pay and found that my NatWest card isn't accepted (along with quite a lot of other banks) do you know if there are plans to support this feature in the future, my phone doesn't have NFC and wanted to be able to pay on the go.
