  @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

  Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

  Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

  @Matt_VickersMP The issues isn't changing him out. That is done for security reasons. The issue is not picking other amazing Brits to replace him. Shoving a badger on there is like the old NatWest cheques. It's not how our currency should be.

  @jimthegiant @ZackPolanski The best and easiest way to help your local communities/society is to not hold your money with the big large banks, and move it into ethical banks, and local coops like Nationwide or the Coop. Don’t get me wrong, they are nowhere near as swanky as NatWest or Barkleys, and you’ll have to wait FOR AGES to get through on the phone, but they invest your money more ethically, and not in fossil fuels, or arms. Moving your money to an ethical bank is not as cool as running a marathon, or as virtuous as sharing some online campaign, but it’s way more impactful IMO. All my current accounts, business and savings accounts are with @CooperativeBank, but there are other good ones too. Consider doing it.

  When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

  @LBC Remember when @Nigel_Farage set up a website vowing to help any 'debanked' members of the public if they went to the site and handed over their details. NatWest paid him an undisclosed amount and he shut down the site quietly saying nothing.

  We are stuck in Dubai, and have Natwest Platinum travel insurance through Allianz. Just tried to contact the UAE branch of Allianz and they have said our policy is not valid here, and to call UK support number. What kind of Travel insurance are you offering?
