Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

Head up for U.K. residents with bank accounts at #natwest The bank outright refuse to let you deposit at #binance No matter what I say I am not allowed to move my funds where I choose. Absolute disgrace. Bizarrely had no issue with me previously depositing at #FTX

@FT @MayorofLondon I live half a mile outside M25 .All my friends live just Inside (Barnet) The only bus service was scrapped 6 months ago. My local bank Natwest is soon closing I have to use Barnet branch .I am 75 can't walk or cycle that far. My like new car BMW diesel value £10000 worth scrap

@BTC_Archive Im having no problems with loydds bank. Not sure about Natwest. When banks blocked me from GBP on coinbase i used Revolut too get around em. Them swop for usd or btc on GDAX=Coinbase pro now,then out to binance LOL

sick to ******* death if natwest taking money for a transaction, me checking my banking, seeing the money is gone, and then putting me in an overdraft cos they’ve taken it again?! being told “they don’t claim it till a few days later” so why have i never had this problem before?!

What is the point of having a NatWest branch open if staff just tell you to phone HQ or go on line? Had a simple French ATM query. V. frustrating experience in Hove branch today. Unhelpful staff, poor service @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup #customerservice

@RobHarries9 @TaineMcLean In fairness, mention any bank. Anywhere. I recall being in my local branch of NatWest in Birmingham, UK, in 2006 and some guy ranting about exactly the same kind of shoddy service we complain about now in SA.
