  Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

  Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

  @pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better

  Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

  @CamdenCabbieNW1 Sage are doing free software for sole traders. @TomTaxiDriver has been advertising it. May be worth a look I have access to FreeAgent that comes free with my Mettle (part of natwest) business account.

  @RupertLowe10 @ShapoMelon @Asmongold I gave up on him when he abandoned all those people he promised to help who had been Debanked. He got his NatWest payoff. Shut down the website. And never mentioned it again.

  @NatWest_Help And what would be the point of that? If you know anything about the web banking interface that NatWest customers have to interact with, you'd be able to very quickly discern that me sending you a load of personal details is a complete & utter waste of time. You'll probably instruct me to visit a help page or ask Cora, or some other inane convolution of pointless steps, or worse, enter the 7th circle of hell that is your automated telephone system. But at no point will I actually be able to speak to anyone who knows the first thing about the tools NatWest inflicts upon its customers, nor who has the slightest hope in hell of actually fixing it. This is most likely the result of the people you (& ultimately we, the customers), pay eye-watering amounts of "Consultancy fees" to, never themselves having had to use the systems they implement & which are likely coded by a team of crack slaves in an Utter Pradesh sweat-shop. So I don't, under any known usense of the terms, expect a satisfactory resolution, but I did get to air my grievance.

  @Loopify Thought Natwest allowed £1k daily and £5k per month limit to crypto exchanges directly, I know thia doesn't help the op though.

  @SayNo2SizewellC What do you believe you know that the planning authorities, Natwest and Bpifrance Assurance Export (the insurers/underwriters) do not? And secondly, do you not see the irony of opposing a clean energy project, the success of which help prevent sea level rise?
