Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

i hate natwest but cant change my bank acct til in control. natwest just blocked a certain website...not even mother or john can get an item on it either as blocked the website.

@TempestWT I know that pain all too well. Try NatWest, those were the guys that hooked me up with only my uni acceptance letter. If you have a work contract, they should be able to help you faster than other banks.

got soemthing on ebay..never use ebay normally but had to on this occasion due to natwest blocked a certain website...so had 2 use ebay but despite buyin from a seller of 100% still not responded to my messages? & got 2 have ww3 wiht mother & john tomw tryin 2 sort it.

@CromwellStuff 48 Hrs ago a Natwest ATM was allowing a limit of £790 per day/Dont know if that was my limit or the limit of the ATM/Also online bank transfers dont ask questions and there arent limits that i am aware of so they dont mind transfers but have a big problem with cash

@MartinSLewis I would like you to tackle the issue of Banks Travel Insurance Policies with packaged accounts.They are not fit for purpose. My Natwest Black one has refused to pay out on a flight cancellation as they say they do not cover "Operator Cancellation" ie. the airline

@NatWest_Help NatWest closed my account and I had nearly £300CR in the account. I wasn't able to claim the money as I had no proper ID at that time. Then when I tried claiming the money in a branch today, they said that there was no money in the account. Help me out please #help
