Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@o_burbidge @monzo I totally agree with you, I had the same problem, added up to about £200 , NatWest sorted it, it was especially strange as I was in Newcastle & the transactions for some were in Bradford!!. Paying suppliers must seem never ending.

This is unacceptable. My parents' welfare is in jeopardy! A quick search on the net shows many other people have had the same issue with Natwest and filing LPA's. Please can somebody contact me or let me know who I can contact by phone, email or letter.

@NatWest_Help hi got a new phone and almost everything transferred over so I use my fingerprint to open… not my Natwest App. It is asking for my login etc but I dont know all the details. Please help?

@Sliwinski Yeah. I've got that setup but the Lloyd's rate when I choose to convert is so bad compared to the market rate. For the next one, probably need a decent way to go from NatWest to Wise in USD or something. Have you solved that? Also not with Lloyds this time so that might help?

@jbrukh The majority of us in the UK use 2 layers of banking ( main bank + online bank ) but Coinbase is a bank and Natwest can't block Bank transfer to Coinbase for any reason
