    Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

    Why have you shut down all your banks @NatWest_Help? There isn’t one for at least 50 miles. I need to pay in a cheque and the app isn’t accepting it and the Post Office won’t accept the cheque without a slip from NatWest. Not good enough 😡.

    @YeshItsSheWolf I've had cptsd for 27 years after being stalked by a clerk at natwest who stole my details from the banks computer and the metropolitan police refusing to help me to cover up the stalking for the sake of natwest reputation

    @santanderukhelp Same issue. My mortgage payment is due today and there are not enough funds because my Natwest payment hasn’t turned up and my Lloyds payments won’t even go through in the first place. You say you are here to help, but you won’t even acknowledge our angst.

    And todays User Experience fail goes to… @natwest. New card sent (not asked for). Enable ApplePay on phone, perfect, verify via app. Tap to add to Watch. “Call number”. Number says use App, or wait for help in chat. “We respond within an hour” is not even close to good.

    @emdehaney I've Got Bills by...who gives a ****. They played it 8-10 times a day while I was working in NatWest and I quickly grew to loathe it.
