@NatWest_Help Natwest think it's OK to shut down someone's account so they have no ability to buy water and food

@NatWest_Help If you're trying to help a friend in India and send them money to eat dont use Natwest. They really are quite happy to block that transaction. It doesn't matter if they're hungry. It's profit first folks. We love your money but care not for humanity.

@NatWest_Help Help doesn't mean help when it comes to Natwest. Remember folks profit before customers always comes first.

They've suspended account access, as expected and correctly, but literal radio silence. Back in August, NatWest closed the business account within 1 week of uploading documents and transferred funds twice what was in his Barclays account to my Barclays account.

@NatWest_Help Hi. Fraud prevention flagged a transaction of mine today and told me to go to a branch. The problem is I live in Northern Ireland. Got locked out of my account. Can I verify my identity through Ulsterbank, a Natwest subsidiary and unlock my account?

@DevilsDiscussi2 I used to be security manager for a Natwest site down on Lower Thames Street, a guy there we called Swiper, after the Dora character. Anything free we would have it. We found in a storeroom an inflatable pink unicorn and i thought it would be a good idea after Friday drinks

@PickardJE I run "membership" for a small Club, a number of members still want to pay by cheque, 3% do not have internet access either. Natwest has almost no branches in Scotland, I pay in cheques by posting them.
