Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

@NatWest_Help @baddersno7ynwa Has this still not been fixed? I also have a 1 on the NatWest app to say there is a notification but there are none when I open the app. Sounds like it’s a problem from over 18 months ago!

@Telegraph I ordered an iPhone and iPad from Apple on the same day and NatWest blocked my account. I had to call NW to say it was genuine. If NW can protect its customer accounts, why can’t other banks do the same?

@AppleSupport UK based customer trying to buy iPhone 12 Pro online using NatWest bank debit card. Payment fails. NatWest say it’s because your automated sales software needs updating. Won’t go through online or in-store. What am I supposed to do?

@Sliwinski @willlowther Natwest have machines in their branches that accept them now. The tellers force you to try and use them. I couldn't figure them out so I went back and told the teller the machine was broken when I gave it to her.
