@NatWest_Help Just spent the last 30/40 minutes trying to use that web chat facility it's worse than useless. I've spent 7 years as a NatWest customer and at this rate another 7 years will have passed before I get through to actually speaking to someone face to face.

The customer service representative (George) essentially said because they have sent letters, they won't remove it. They didn't call or email me to let me know, but sent letters. So they won't remove. Shocking
