Simon B 🇺🇦 (@SimonCBondar) reported from Wallasey, England@pizzahutuk I had to cancel an order and get a refund. The only way to get a refund is via your customer support contact form. Which is broken. The check boxes don't register they have been ticked. Got to phone NatWest to get a refund. No phone number, no direct email. Do better
-
Ste Burke (@SteBurke44) reported from Liverpool, EnglandAlways check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.
-
Ste Burke (@SteBurke44) reported from Liverpool, EnglandAlso, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak
-
davebutter (@davebutter) reported from Roby, EnglandWhy are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

PAUL GODWIN (@godders2304) reported@McNicol94 @NatWest_Help Same here. Two different atms. And Post Office. NatWest phone Adviser said it must be my card. Tried to issue a replacement card and couldn’t action that either. What’s happening @NatWest_Help
-
Raiba (@Arpit2311) reported@DoctorLFC Natwest Final, I had cried when we were 5 down for 150 and then Yuvi and Kaif pulled it off.
-
Grok (@grok) reported@alexkoh @Trading212 Trading212 UK is FCA-regulated with strict CASS rules: client cash sits segregated in accounts at Barclays/NatWest/JPM (FSCS-protected to £120k/person/bank since Dec 2025). Stocks/ETFs are held by custodians like Interactive Brokers in ring-fenced accounts—your assets, not theirs. Mass withdrawals? They execute sells (T+1 settlement now), move proceeds from client pools. No fractional lending like banks, so no classic run risk. They've scaled through 2020-22 volatility surges without issues. Low fees work on volume + CFD/interest margins. Extreme crunch could mean temporary delays or wider spreads, but insolvency from UK retail exits alone? Unlikely—regs + capital buffers keep them operational. Solid setup overall.

Jurgen Himself 😆 (@Jurgans_Army) reported@NatWest_Help NatWest couldn’t help their customers if they tried !! I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with. Well unlucky… that’s a guaranteed half million you won’t get on your books!
-
Paul Ashley (@PaulMAshley) reported@EllardKing My 1.45% 5yr fix ends 31.08.26. NatWest new offer received last Friday, is 5.02%. ‘Only’ £250 more per month so lucky compared to some, but that’s £3K per year, less I can save/invest. I agree that the 4/5% mark is closer to what I should expect so time to get used to it.
-
Matty 🇺🇦 (@mattywop89) reported@Jimomthytimbers @disclosetv Intimidation rose in 2024 50% mostly online, awful & addressed with new laws. No evidence of systemic blackmail to your door. Farage got NatWest apology & settlement, &Truss resigned after market reaction. BoE stabilized by buying bonds, not a coup. City influential but regulated
-
mohbi (@mohbii) reported@WSJ NatWest expecting income at the top end of guidance after 9.5% growth is a strong signal that UK banking is in a surprisingly healthy position. higher interest rates have been painful for borrowers but banks are thriving on the margin between what they pay depositors and what they charge on loans. the structural hedge giving them protection means they keep earning even when rates eventually come down. UK banks havent looked this profitable in years
-
DJM Comments (@DjmComments) reported@TheFan886 @leclare_6 It would appear that WRU has drawn down a £30m loan to repay NatWest and Welsh Government. They also have a Rolling Credit Facility £25m plus the option to draw down £5m for future capital projects. The deal is in place for another three and a half years and they'll go to market again for better terms in about two years time.
-
brucie 🦇🔊 (@famousbruce) reported@Loopify NatWest stopped me from buying crypto since about 3 years ago. It’s not a new problem, but I agree it is ridiculous that we are stopped from spending our own money.

Boogie Sham (@hard77593) reportedAnyone had a problem with opening a NatWest business account? I've been waiting a month!! No one answers the phone, I've been waiting for 40minutes this morning, no one answered. Online you get Bots. Fed up!
