  @NatWest_Help hi, is there a problem with using cards in cashpoints today? I’ve tried 3 including one at a NatWest bank and they all couldn’t give me any money. I used the card in shops before no problem and there’s enough money in the account. Thanks

  @NatWest_Help My son has been trying for 3 days now to get in touch re his NatWest Online Investment. The online portal does not work and he’s been on hold on the phone for hours each day. This is really poor customer service and extremely frustrating.

  @NatWest_Help @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Yes and I then had to wait a long time before being able to speak to the Fraud team and getting the payment released. I am mentioning it as I know a lot of other Natwest/RBS customers having this problem - of legitimate payments made to this specific savings account being blocked

  Has anyone actually managed to access their child trust fund once its been transferred over to Natwest?! We have been trying since my daughters 18th birthday last September & they don't appear to want to give it to her! We're still jumping through hoops 🙄@natwesthelp

  @NatWest_Help Hi guys I'm having problems with Natwest Investments Online, and I can see from this site I'm far from the only one. Gave up after half an hour on the phone twice....your new portal's wasn't the best when I registered...no reply on the chat help function...1/2
