    Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

    Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

    Tesco sort ur **** out! And please tell your employees that telling a customer to get up 2 hours prior to a delivery & to pay directly because Tesco won’t sort an issue with NatWest bank is utterly disgusting

    @firstdirect Been with you for 5+ yrs and the waiting times are now appalling. Please don't slip into the mould of being rubbish customer service and long waiting times. I used to be able to trust I could get a quick response via phone.Unlike RBS/NatWest/HSBC.But you seem to be joining them!!

    I hope the service industries get millimated, and have to take their handsets to use as ****** and waer them out on the dole. My flat was covered by natwest insurance and I was lied to.

    @WhatTheTrans @HSBC_UK Sorry to you’re getting this crap again! I’ve been with NatWest and never had any issues from name change to making general enquiries, they’ve been great. Maybe move away from the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation

    @JohnleDentist @santanderukhelp Are you with Sky? Because yesterday they had issues loading some websites I specifically had issues loading both Santander and Natwest login pages (android app did work though) I was only able to access with a VPN via a browser.
