@NatWest_Help Thanks for this info. However, irregardless of how long it's taken me to use the savings card I still think there needed better communication about this. I didn't know this had happened and the customer in the queue at Natwest said hadn't received any communication on this.

@zeno001 @NatWestGroup If I was a female employee working in NatWest I’d expect them to pay for my HRT prescription and any other medications I needed if they’ll pay for ‘trans’ staff.

@ianbetteridge I had reason to visit an RBS(NatWest) branch - them who support pronouns on badges - and not at any point did anyone attempt to force anything down my throat. They didn't even offer me a drink, which is sort of the same.

I withdrew some money from my @WilliamHill account to my @NatWest_Help account and it never arrived. WH are saying they sent it and it’s a NatWest issue. NatWest are saying if it wasn’t received it’s a WH issue. Neither will help. Anyone have any ideas how to resolve?

@alexbloodfire Gotta hand it to Stonewall and co: they really know how to shake down a client. #NatWest are so gullible to offer this windfall to a protection racket. They've been had. What a wunch of bankers.
