Olubanji Alarapon 🇳🇬🇬🇧 (@Akure4Life) reportedWhat a joke!!!! I have spent the whole day talking to a bot on @NatWest_Help . This issue has not moved forward one bit. What a useless bank Natwest is turning out to be, I have been a customer for almost 30 years and this is how i am treated
-
iain (@ipb) reportedThe Passport Office have sent me a cheque for £5, Natwest app cheque processing is ******* awful and fails and Monzo you have to mail it (cba). Am I supposed to queue in an actual bank, or god forbid, a hellhole post office to pay in a fiver? Digital first, cheques must die.

Richard John Holden RA (Lord Birkenhead) (@trafalgarartuk) reported@NatWestGroup @TrussellTrust @SpinkandSon Natwest The biggest scammers on the earth #AlisonRose waste of everyone's time. Stop lying to the customers! Do not invest in natwest. Transfer everything out as THEY will close you down. Check FB Natwest closed my account

Charles Bonus (@JurgenPloppe) reported@damekatydenise 👋 Little/ **** I have no bank account since I displayed my woman’s ********* in NatWest
-
Karen Sticher (@KarenSticher) reported@NatWest_Help I've since changed our utility bill account to only my name, in case that was the issue, but DigiDocs just rejected that bill too. So it looks like the only option is for me to set up a joint account with my bank rather than NatWest. How can such a basic process be so flawed?
-
Sid Fletcher (@SidFletcher) reported@SteveKillen9 @max8_elle Look like a pair of NatWest customer service bods. These people are just foot soldiers bleating the script out.
-
Dr Kara #NotABystander 💙🍎 (@1pluseipi) reported@CruseSupport Not my spouse but... @NatWest_Help asked for a signature from the deceased person to close a business account. 10 yrs later, the account is empty as they've taken the fees every year - now they will close it. It sounds like NatWest Business needs help from personal banking.

Raistlin/G*P (@RaistlinGP) reported@NatWest_Help If you have any ideas, though, it would be great. From Wise, she initiates a payment, selects to authorise it through the NatWest app. The NatWest app asks which account she wants to pay from (there’s only one account anyway)… and then she gets a “technical error”. No detail.

MP Investments (@MPInvestments1) reported@glr_1990 Recently did a 5 year fix at 4.54 for 5 years with Natwest (re-mortgage). Maybe rates could go lower, but I doubt by much, plus long term base rates are around 5 percent I believe anyway.
