Also, **** Natwest. When asked can they help track down where the payments been sent. They’ve said because she’s give him her bank details she isn’t eligible for a refund. ******* rats mate. Snapping my card up as I speak

Why are credit scores so differing on each site? My clear score looks like I could get a Range Rover and a mortgage. The one on my natwest looks like I’d struggle to get a studio catalog account

@TateTheTalisman 2 years ago, NatWest did the same to a Ltd company account of which I was signatory & Director. Just a company set up to maintain & repair 1 block of 72 flats. £120k locked for 15 months. Similar emails to your messages. We survived on monthly cash + borrowing from another co.

@santanderukhelp The point I'm making, and which appears to have taken off from Heathrow and flown right over your head, is this. If I were to go to my branch of Natwest with this issue, they would have sorted it there and then. Your bank however,we have to call call centres , get sent forms

@NatWest_Help DM sent. She's sobbing and shaking now after a phone call with Mohammed at the call centre. Nearly 80 years old, and NatWest has already admitted that the error that caused all of this was their fault. This is devastating to see

@santanderukhelp To fill in, then wait for someone to investigate. Natwest make this simple, with santander you need a public enquiry. That's the way to get awards for BAD customer service.

When is a DSAR not a DSAR? When it’s a NatWest DSAR? I have been waiting for Greengrass and Rose. to supply DSAR for a customer of the Bank. This has taken many months. Can RBS NatWest we trusted? Fines equate to crimes, so no, they cannot be trusted.
