@rrrrison @NatWest_Help @Harry2671 Come on NatWest - if I’m not mistaken, just like Santander you too store the customer’s PIN in your app. You decided on allowing that, not your customers. Please reconsider that feature - it’s unnecessary and is a golden ticket for fraudsters.

@NatWest_Help I do but 1) mostly debit cards and 2) I wanted to use my Mastercard but NatWest seems powerless to sort the issue. Quite frankly unbelievable.

It's just taken me 40 minutes to set up a new standing order to pay a monthly bill. Natwest make you jump through all these hoops including a biometric scan. I just want to watch Naruto! I can't be ****** with all this adulting ****

@CromwellStuff I closed an account with NatWest a few months ago. They questioned me, asked if I wanted to transfer the money into another bank, then wanted to know what the money was for. Told them it was none of their business & to write that down.
