Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@mjs2022121272 @VAS6323 i had the same issue with Natwest. Very difficult to find a number to talk to them on, cut off by them 3 times after being on hold 20 minutes. Just a joke. I may try MONZO, it is all online.

Just so as everyone is aware withdrawing cash from Natwest is fun. Staff question you to give details on how you spend it. This made me very uncomfortable being asked these questions in full view and earshot of every customer there but its their policy apparently.

@NatWest_Help because you’re biometrics are so poor I’ve now been locked out of NatWest app this is poor service. Getting it recognise my face as I blink is impossible. I’ve now got to got to reset the app. Which I can’t do as it wants my customers is which is in the app!

Good to know that #Natwest are changing their roadside rescue service to members from #GreenFlag to #TheAA. Had to wait 2hrs on the M40 hard shoulder for recovery earlier this year and it was scary!
