Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !

Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved.
