Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • miguelagviegas Miguel Viegas (@miguelagviegas) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  • tvercaut Tom (@tvercaut) reported from Ealing, England

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

  • JoshWhelan Josh Whelan (@JoshWhelan) reported from Southall, England

@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

  • maggieinlondon Maggie - wear a mask 💙🏳️‍🌈🌱 (@maggieinlondon) reported from Wandsworth, England

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

  • OllyMann Olly Mann (@OllyMann) reported

Had a cheque for £2k. NatWest closed both branches near me. Their app won't accept large cheques. So I deposited it via Post Office, who lost it. I've gone into my overdraft. NatWest say it's the Post Office's problem, and vice-versa. Branch closures are happening too quickly!

  • oechamberlain Oliver Chamberlain (@oechamberlain) reported

@NatWest_Help You have locked me out from my online banking and now I can't get in because currently I don't have a phone. Natwest is the worst service I have ever used. Advise me.

  • Dewiwrites Dewi 🏹📜 (@Dewiwrites) reported

@emilyinkpen I don't think that's necessarily a problem that needs fixing; there are scammers on Twitter, sure, but none of them are acquiring blue ticks and using them to trick people into believing they're speaking to *the* NatWest bank, eg. If you can buy verification, that will get worse.

  • mynameisben99 No name (@mynameisben99) reported

Still @NatWest_Help continue to ignore me and all customers affected by this. I wonder how NatWest staff would feel having over £1000 taken from there account and no access to it??

  • seagull4a LindaD 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@seagull4a) reported

@NatWest_Help No, I was told I'd need to go to a NatWest branch. Which I will do anyway in future as using the Post Office clearly isn't viable for business banking. But going from Barnes to Richmond and back (3 miles each way in heavy traffic) makes banking a slow job!

  • teefortilly tilly (@teefortilly) reported

Natwest is such a nightmare if you don’t know your details. Wdym i need to wait 3 days to deceive details by post, I need to access my account TODAY

  • pbpphotography Paul Beggy (@pbpphotography) reported

@Peston Just sell the shares in NatWest to help alleviate some of the deficit. Delay HS2 or reconfigure it. Tap up the energy companies for Windfall. Bobs your Uncle *****’s your aunt

  • Hatten4Hatten Tracey Hatten (@Hatten4Hatten) reported

@UtilitaEnergy If this was about the app not accepting my NatWest card for payment then I have already tried this and it didn’t work the problem is between you and NatWest and nothing to do with the app or me.

  • unusual_whales unusual_whales (@unusual_whales) reported

We suspect Chair Powell will try very hard to avoid saying anything that might be misconstrued as a signal that the inevitable step down in the size of tightening is a pivot toward the end of the tightening cycle," - NatWest Markets.
