Not a great experience

Best to get pay in booths on the exterior of NatWest banks so customers can pay in all cheques & cash 24/7, to make up for shocking branch opening hrs

National Westminster bank doesn't advertise this but it should show this in their branches they are the same

Even my Barclays account, if eg I freeze my card (so noone can try steal my money if they stole my card) Barclays would issue me a new bank card regardless whether the card is frozen or not. Natwest on the other hand ......
