    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @NatWestBusiness access to my business account stopped due to incomplete business profile which was in process. Am 1 person business, little help. Appalling c/service. No thought for the individual. 40 years with natwest, 20 years as business account 🥺 Help req.

    @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

    @EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

    @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup anyone wanting any currency then don’t order from NatWest. Purchased currency 1st December, they didn’t deliver in time and I’m still awaiting refund. Theft at its best. Customer services are useless.Personal and business accounts to be moved shortly.

    @jet2tweets are you aware of PSD2 SCA booking issues with NatWest credit cards. @NatWest_Help are saying you cannot transact with each other and my credit card gets declined. Very poor joint experience

    @CamdenCabbieNW1 Sage are doing free software for sole traders. @TomTaxiDriver has been advertising it. May be worth a look I have access to FreeAgent that comes free with my Mettle (part of natwest) business account.

    @SayNo2SizewellC What do you believe you know that the planning authorities, Natwest and Bpifrance Assurance Export (the insurers/underwriters) do not? And secondly, do you not see the irony of opposing a clean energy project, the success of which help prevent sea level rise?

    Natwest Bank just dropped a banger. "Tomorrow begins today" they say. If you set up biometric approval in the mobile app or Voice ID for Telephone Banking, you gave them consent to use this data. As per their email: "From 20th May, Natwest will use ‘legitimate interests’ to process biometric data, instead of your consent. Legitimate interests is a term in Data Protection Law, which means we use your data only when necessary and where we have carefully balanced your rights in the public interest." Bear this in mind as you cannot update your details or send more than £750 without using their biometrics service. @freddienew @DecentraSuze

    @K_Niemietz there's a lot of space between the skyscrapers so they get to speak for themselves. the problem in the city at the moment is that they've all been clustered together. it used to look way more impressive when you just had the Gherkin, Natwest buildiing and LSE building
