    @NatWestBusiness access to my business account stopped due to incomplete business profile which was in process. Am 1 person business, little help. Appalling c/service. No thought for the individual. 40 years with natwest, 20 years as business account 🥺 Help req.

    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    There should be more of triangular & quadrangular T20 series in the ICC FTP. That will give associates more opportunities against top teams.     NatWest done bits with this new pots feature in this recent app upgrade 🥲👏🏾. They still have a few tweaks they gotta make (setting up standing orders and renaming pots without having to close them) but they have a customer for life in me I fear 🥲🥲🥲.

    @OmniSteve @LloydsBank @NatWest_Help They waited for the official final switch day - when NatWest closed my account - to then cancel. If there was an issue with my application it should have been dealt with much sooner.

    @KatieW456938 Thanks for raising these points. We’ve checked and the revised FAQs were not shared with the Unite NatWest reps in advance of publication but Unite will raise these issues on Monday. A Unite FAQ set was issued this afternoon.

    @afneil Almost like you deliberately choose to misinterpret something. If a teller or csa at a NatWest did their shift reeking of alcohol, particularly when dealing with customers, they would be disciplined. Working in a bank doesn’t just mean Decaprio in wolf of Wall Street.

    @NatWest_Help hey folks! My sister banks with you still - she’s just found a car that my dad will buy for her. She needs to transfer £7k from her account to him also a NatWest customer. How can she temporarily up her limits?
