  • CharlotteCGill Charlotte Gill (@CharlotteCGill) reported

Companies like NatWest could venture into discriminatory territory the more they create “inclusive” policies - like funding people’s medical treatment. They don’t seem to have any system for deciding what would make a treatment worthier than another. It’s all down to lobby groups

  • 1Dev dev* (@1Dev) reported

Banks. Natwest shut. Santander has no cash and Barclays wont help as not a customer. End up in a Carousel changing up £20 notes in their change machine. That's Eltham for you.

  • elah_john John Elah (@elah_john) reported

@toadmeister WHAT THE ABSOLUTE ****!!??? Is this true? If so the government needs to stop this as NatWest is still owned in part (48%) by the state i.e. the British taxpayer. Many of whom are customers who NatWest has shafted through high borrowing rates, low deposit rates,& lost share capital!

  • Rebel_retired Rebel in retirement (@Rebel_retired) reported

In Trans News (Telegraph Business)- NatWest (which closes branches; tells you your call is important but doesn’t answer; & hates spending money on customer service) will now pay for hormone treatment for trans-staff members. “…for a new loan, press 8, for transitioning, press 9”

  • Emmaharris308 Emma Chivers (@Emmaharris308) reported

@LloydsBank My husband and I were trying to buy a mattress. The payment wouldn't go through on his card. Then I tried our Lloyds joint account card, still wouldn't go through. In the end I had to use my NatWest account, no problem. Issue with payments today?

  • sm10304827 Peter Smith (@sm10304827) reported

@Matildaisgreat @TeonaTeona89 @toadmeister The mechanism for helping people is ourselves, the government should help people who cannot. NatWest can use their money as they please while customers and shareholders can make their own minds up.

  • MissTerisaur Miss Terry (@MissTerisaur) reported

Formerly known as the Royal Bank of Scotland #NatWest almost brought down Britain's financial system in 2008 when it was bailed out by the government for £45bn after then-chancellor Alistair Darling was told it was within hours of running out of money.

  • Lozhinge Lozhinge (@Lozhinge) reported

@MaizyDaizyZzzz If enough NatWest customers use the switch service to transfer to another bank, maybe the other High Street banks will get the message?
