Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

@Sliwinski @willlowther Natwest have machines in their branches that accept them now. The tellers force you to try and use them. I couldn't figure them out so I went back and told the teller the machine was broken when I gave it to her.

@NatWest_Help @baddersno7ynwa Has this still not been fixed? I also have a 1 on the NatWest app to say there is a notification but there are none when I open the app. Sounds like it’s a problem from over 18 months ago!

@NatWest_Help Thanks, there’s not much you can do as I don’t really want to put everything on an app. NatWest as a bank need to listen to customers and offer some kind of weekend access.. not do your banking at the post office! It’s making me consider whether I might want to move bank!

If you are a disgruntled banking customer please RT, although I have paid for tracking letters, and evidence of them being received the bank is not acknowledging receipt. I will lose my house imminently if they don’t respond. RT #natwest @NatWest_Help
