  @EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

  Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

  @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

  @NatWest_Help NatWest couldn’t help their customers if they tried !! I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with. Well unlucky… that’s a guaranteed half million you won’t get on your books!

  @RupertLowe10 @ShapoMelon @Asmongold I gave up on him when he abandoned all those people he promised to help who had been Debanked. He got his NatWest payoff. Shut down the website. And never mentioned it again.

  @AaronBastani My Samsung S23 Ultra is insured through NatWest. I had a cracked screen, broken charging port & damaged frame. Paid £50 & got all three problems fixed plus new battery, all data restored. Took a man in a van at my house about an hr. Don't see the need for these EU restrictions.

  @NormanBrennan @dshensmith @robprogressive But that’s not true Norman. I’ve just been scammed on my credit card with Natwest, they’re refusing to help! Told me to take it up with trading standards!!! You know that bank, the people’s bank…..

  @robprogressive A couple of years ago I went to buy some BTC from Coinbase as I had done many times. Natwest declined my card several times so I called the bank and was told there was no problem and to wait and try again. This continued for 24hrs so I called them back and eventually they put me through to another office - after several conversations someone came on and send actually Natwest have blocked any purchases on crypto exchanges due to the risk of fraud - I went nuts, if this is bank policy then why did items so many calls to get this response - I can check a box confirming that I accept the fraud risk and send my life savings to a Nigerian Prince but cannot invest with a US stock listed company which I had done many times previously - the UK banking industry is absolutely terrified of BTC - they recently allowed some investment in BTC ETF's (not quite ETFs but similar) in reality it's virtually impossible to access these. If they do this with gold then that's another thing altogether - I live and work in Asia now and gold is a key pillar of investment as they never trust the government and banks as burnt so any times in the past

  @Leighlines @AllegroEddie NatWest tried this **** with me when trying to transferring funds using the app (transfer to another account of mine, not a new one). Log in via website and won’t be needed.

  @NatWest_Help please can someone contact me as I have been unable to book a holiday with Jet2 due to “PSD2 SCA issue” the NatWest adviser suggests I have to speak to Jet 2 to resolve and I find it hard to believe that a major bank and a major holiday company cannot interoperate

  @BarclaysUKHelp Are you having trouble with NatWest Payit app? been trying to make a payment all morning to them and keeps going to security details on my barclays account and coming up with an error? 🤔
