@EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@TheOverBorders I switched from HSBC to NatWest and have had no problems with the new debit card. Local branch down here did close unfortunately so have to go to Barnstaple if I need to visit a branch. Only bank in local town now is Lloyds or Post Office in shop where I work.

Well tried to buy some USDT on binance now and starling bank wont let me buy tried again on Mexc declined, Been buying no problems up until 3 days ago all of a sudden cant buy natwest also doesn't allow. Anyone else having problems? $Azero $Btc $Etc $Ada $Sol $Bnb

@NatWest_Help It happens with every retailer i try. And why would it just be happening to me? It's not that the payment fails or it tells me there's a problem with my account or purchase, it's that the entire NatWest plug in just crashes

@AskVirginMoney is there a problem with online Business Banking today? I get booted off both the app and Internet sites when trying to make a payment. Switching to Yorks Bank / Virgin from Natwest was the worst business decision I've made, ever. Everything is just SO glitchy. 🙄

@NatWest_Help I will do as NatWest customer complaints agent was shocking and appalling behaviour and refused to pass to a manger when requested I feel let down by NatWest’s treatment and management

So far, 20 mins on phone to @NatWest_Help, 120 mins trying to get @MicrosoftHelps to actually help, now 20 mins (and counting) to actually speak to Natwest again. Lovely Saturday 🙃

@IrvineWelsh @ContraHitch99 I used to work in the Maidenhead branch of Natwest and Coutts were in another league, might be worth a look tbh. I wouldn't recommend TSB bloody awful in Broughty Ferry
