Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@brightonsnapper @MailOnline Surprise surprise. This really doesn’t help those who are disabled and vulnerable. The #NatWest bus doesn’t always get to #storrington. If your paid by cheque you HAVE to take it in to a bank or bus to get it accepted.

@NatWest_Help my daughter turned 18 recently and we are having a terrible time trying to get through to NatWest to take control of trust fund! Online portal won’t register, nobody answers phone, been on hold for over hr with still no answer! No answer with online chat either!

@NatWest_Help yes but i have registered etc but it will not upload bank details on there says error, the natwest have sent a letter off with all info and signed info and i received a letter saying my bank details are not allowed to be used. i’m so angry

Gotta give it to Natwest - their fraud team are on it. Within minutes of notifying me there was suspicious activity on my card, they issue a full refund and new card. Coulda been a completely different day today
