Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@NatWest_Help Hi, to apply for a Natwest Credit Card the application asks me for my Natwest Acc No or to Log in to Online Banking, for which I need the same, even though I did indicate I'm no a current customer. Eh? A Catch 22!

@redskyatnight The highstreet model chain Modelzone was still doing this in 2010. Most days it wasn’t a staggering amount but after a pre-Christmas weekend they would merrily send the Christmas temps down to NatWest to bank 10-15 grand in cash. They unsurprisingly went under a few years later

I’ve just been on hold for half an hour @NatWest_Help & not got through. Your switching service contact number cuts you off without putting you through to anyone & ‘Cora’ is a joke. This is not endearing me to NatWest I have to say….can you PLEASE sort this mess out for me.

@MattGubba Yes and yes - it’s with the ombudsman now - RBS/NatWest. Been trying to get subject access since August last yr. so they are already in breach as they are totally ignoring it.
