Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@IainKewley @GefMongooseIOM Not new problem: Years ago my NatWest credit card, ironically supplied by IOM Bank, was cancelled by them after a period of disuse. I asked to renew the card and, despite my decades of faultless custom, they refused as not UK resident. Fortunately I had another bank's card.

@NatWest_Help nearly 3 weeks now I have been trying to register a POA. Your smart forms don’t work. It’s impossible to speak to anyone and the webchat is useless. My local branch has closed down. This is shameful service NatWest. A great lesson to never bank with you.

@StagecoachSouth What if I don’t want to use the app? It’s not even a relevant response, there is a clear issue with NatWest and Barclays card payments I shouldn’t have to resort to a 4th means of paying for a ticket when by 1st 3 choices don’t work
