    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

    @EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

    @NatWest_Help Hi Louise, thank you for your response. The card is not a NatWest card—it's an Ebix Cash Forex Card issued in India. I have already contacted the card provider, and they advised me to speak with the ATM owner/bank to see if the card can be retrieved. All of my money for my stay in the UK is on that card, so I'm finding it very difficult to manage without access to my funds. I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide regarding whether the card can be recovered from the ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, E10 7AA.     My reward for years of customer loyalty to NatWest bank? Their pockets stuffed with profit and the high street branches closed, including WGC. Customer service? Nah, just shareholder fixation…and a failure to support those who’ve supported their company.

    @NatwestB @TunnelGuruVPN NatWest bank Bedford, what a shower of ****. Me and my Mrs have banked with this lot for 30+ years and we cannot even take our own cash out in large amounts! Twice we had meetings totalling about 4 hours and they ask the same questions and we answer every one but still no cash.

    @NatWest_Help I wish to make a complaint about the service I’m receiving from NatWest in respect of a Business Bank Account application. We’ve already received compensation for one complaint but the bank are being obstructionist, awkward and frustrating.
