    @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

    @EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @NatWestGroup @MarcusRashford It really would help if NatWest supported stabilization of world currencies and the Bretton Woods agreement so that young people would actually have a chance of a good Life. How can anyone justify 7 trillion-dollar a day forex market and 700 trillion dollars in tax havens.?

    @NatWest_Help any technical reason why my NatWest visa debit card is not working in Austrian cash points? I informed the bank I was traveling via the app. Bit embarrassing tonight when I couldn't withdraw cash.

    So NatWest are updating Visa Debit cards to debit Mastercard. Naff all in it for the customer apart from the irritation of trying to remember which websites the card is saved to in order to update the bloody thing. Cheers, NatWest. Thank god the new design is "bold and modern".

    @AskNationwide Sounds good but I'd have to clear my overdraft first... not that it will be an issue, what about a loan and a credit card I have with them, could I switch them to nationwide or would they have to stay with natwest?

    @NatWest_Help My debit card has been blocked by Natwest since April 8th. I am currently out of the UK and call charges to the UK are Β£1 per minute. I spent Β£30 today trying to reach natwest. HELP me please πŸ™
