Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@EJPSarriesAFC NatWest have just started doing it. Haven’t had cheques in years but a lot of Dad’s refunds have come via cheque. It’s a fab service!

@handyman_neil I'm a Natwest swap victim and actually helped get recompense for other victims. That is very far removed for a global medical conspiracy. It just doesnt exist and its actually slowing down the transition back to normality.

@AskNationwide my Boyfs payment into our joint account hasn't made it, it's to cover our mortgage. Its taken us into overdraft. Luckily I managed to move money in as I am Nationwide& he is Natwest, when will this payment issue be sorted?? If I couldn't have moved it we'd be stuck

@NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help It is very disappointing that in 2022, a long established financial institution such as NatWest is happy to say... your payment will be 4 days late because we are waiting for the next working day to execute an automated electronic transfer.

@smepathfinder @CarshaltonArt Just to clear up an issue,NatWest,however despicable it may have been, didn't create the subsidiary GRG. That was RBS whose board was so ashamed of the name that brought disgrace on the Scottish nation that it had to adopt a very slightly less impaired one.

Finally got it sorted. It appears in UK, barclays, nationwide, natwest, monzo, Lloyd's and curve are all declining binance. Revolut is working for me, so revolut is now who I'm using. @RevolutApp Hope that may help someone else.

@MartinSLewis Lloyds and NatWest show there " commitment to customer service" locally . Lloyds closed their building some time back and it now sits empty. NatWest just put in planning permission to convert theirs into flats . Online chat also seems to experience long delays despite WFH ?

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@NatWest_Help I see. Well, >50% of the times I have travelled abroad in the 9 years I've been a NatWest customer, one of either my credit or debit card has been blocked (sometimes more than once on the same trip) despite registering my plans. So something about that system is not working!
