  @NatWest_Help What deposit? Phoned NatWest - message says go online. The Cora bot was useless. Person on web chat was unable to help. I tried the app's unreliable messaging facility. Person unable to help. I contacted you on Twitter. You bring up deposits for some reason. Does anyone care?

  @NatWest_Help I mentioned the problem with the app's chat facility in case you were aware of an ongoing issue with it. I'll have to visit a branch to resolve my issue as attempting to get useful customer service from NatWest by any other means is like attempting to nail jelly to a wall
