They make everything to get rid of paper money so they could easily decide how you spend it. And I’m sure they will make it “legal”.

Accepted the decision, and compensation of £100 Amazon vouchers. Shame it had to go as far as a complaint though, but they have taken a few things on board regarding the issues.
