@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@BarclaysUKHelp I'll ask her. She isn't on here, prefers Instagram. She really doesn't want to leave Barclays, I offered to get her an account at Natwest as I'm with Coutts which would sort that. She turned me down, so thats loyalty.

@NatWest_Help maybe you can explain a few things for me. Why did Natwest suddenly decide to replace my perfectly working debit cards with three years of life left out of the blue? Why when querying this was I told that no such cards had been sent only to have my current debit
