@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@BruceReuters @mrjamesob Currently in the process of remortgaging with NatWest (new customer). The rates are already £600 higher than we currently pay with Virgin but it’s the best offer, if we have to stick with Virgin it will be much higher.

From when a global bank lime HSBC had to down size… the NatWest had to close their second branch(not even sure why they opened two in brixton after closing the Stockwell branch)

@leeroypatel @mattjware They changed it to stop batters being 5 yards down the pitch before the bowler bowled. That always seemed to happen in old B&H/NatWest games. I think the umpires should have the discretion to decide whether the batter is "cheating" or not and therefore whether out or dead ball.

@NatWest_Help Not good enough. You still haven’t addressed why your messaging has failed. And you should have enough cover for busy periods. Your bosses are making you blame a NatWest problem on customer demand. Please respond with constructive support not pre-programmed blandishments
