@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@NatWest_Help Hi, can someone please advise me why NatWest online chat are telling me that my mortgage advisor hasn’t uploaded documents when she has sent me proof that she has. I’d also like to know if we will get the interest rate that we applied at? Poor service so far.

I was able to log in, was told I was eligible to switch but when I clicked on it it told me my switch was in progress (I hadn’t even seen any rates available). By the time NatWest resolved the issue the rates had gone up
