Not particularly impressed with my local @NatWest_Help branch today in trying to open a trust fund. “It’s all on the app” - what about actually providing actual customer service? 😩 #natwest

‘You’re suggesting I take out a loan, to deal with a cash flow issue resulting from NatWest’s incompetence?’ ‘No, I didn’t say that. The lending team can do all sorts of things’ Right… 11/

@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@Xander_has_an_X @PaulEmbery A dozen people who've *claimed* they'll move... Highly unlikely they will unless they're irredeemably deranged. Anyway, HSBC and NatWest have publicly supported Halifax on this complete non-issue anyway so who knows where the transphobes believe they're going to move to anyway!

@Heddoman1 @PaulEmbery Got bad new for you, bro: "Natwest, Nationwide and HSBC all have optional pronoun policies for badges. HSBC even shared the Halifax post, ... 'We stand with and support any bank or organisation that joins us in taking this positive step forward for equality and inclusion"

@NatWestBusiness I am a personal banker with NatWest but this experience has me questioning why I have banked with you for over 30 years, mortgage, investment, savings. Despicable service levels.

@RodJones60 If it's a Visa debit card it shouldn't be an issue. Might need to get a second opinion from NatWest.

@ArchRose90 I've opened my NatWest account this morning using the Switch service. Been a customer (this time around) for about 16 years, and was a customer in the past too. I've not got a lot of money in there, but it all counts.

@FUDdaily @NatWest IME it's necessary to have 4+ banks, all accounts with no or very low fees, and preferably overdrafts. That way you can flip & punish poor service when needed at a moment's notice, always have options. Keep them all active with a c.£1k monthly standing order on rotation
