I have an account with NatWest, the branch in my town has only 2 staff: One teller/customer advisor and Branch Manager/Lead. Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !
