@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@MartinSLewis My daughters fixed rate mortgage is coming to an end. When they took out the mortgage both were working ful time. She has since had a daughter and works part time. They have gone to mortgage advice. Their mortgage is with NatWest. They have been told they have no option but stay

A hard boarder increases time delays and costs and will likely end up with relocation of major Scottish service providers - NatWest, Scottish widows to their primary market - they have already said this.

My vulnerable son had an email on Monday saying that his account has been blocked. It’s now Thursday &, despite emailing as instructed & responding to the reply that he received, he is still blocked. He’s extremely distressed, no food, no fuel. #Natwest no help! Just say email 😡
