@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

At my wits end. Trying to finalise a remortgage through @natwest . Their legal department is virtually impossible to contact. Requires me to use an ID check system that doesn't work, and doesn't answer e-mails. Any suggestions from anybody would be gratefully received.

@TheSecretAcct @PelagicCapital In 1990 NatWest markets shut their options team down and booted most of us out ...the staff mortgage at 5pc under base (9pc) was replaced with standard 3pc over ...that smarted a bit ..F knows why I still have a financial relationship with them ! . luckily the mortgage was 30k
