@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@NatWest_Help @decappeal Don’t bank with NatWest. I’m abroad and they cancelled my card so they could switch it to a Mastercard so they could save themselves some money. I’m 3500 miles from home with no access to my money and they won’t stop it. I’m moving to @StarlingBank

@grantfeller Yet a customer in natwest locally in 2019 was asked what she wanted £5000 for she had to fill in a form, it was for a new kitchen, I was in the queue waiting to be served, it was her money .

@butigy @abibadrick @BirkbeckUoL By this time I was married with a child, husband’s income taken into account. Did get some help with childcare. NatWest Professional Studies loan plus overdraft and part time job, full time in holidays. Still left with >£50k debt to student finance.

Natwest Clearspend, both the website and the app, is woefully inadequate. If you want a credit card, DON'T get it from Natwest. #Natwest #Clearspend
