Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@Farhana14 @MoHU_En @Motawif_SA i transfered amount to my revolut visa card after speaking to fraud team of my natwest bank - then i used the revolut visa card to make payment for package - alhamdulila all went through no problem ( revolut did want proof of source of funds, which i sent screen shots)

I’ve been waiting 5 weeks (I’m on Day24 of “within 5-10 working days) with NatWest over the closure and transfer of funds of my mum’s account. 17th May told within 5-10 working days. @NatWest_Help I’m overdrawn in my bank now.
