@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

@NatWest_Help Sorry to bother you again. I received confirmation that my account had been approved and two minutes later received another email saying that my email address had been updated. I obviously didn’t do this but was previously a NatWest customer as a child, so it’s possible that 1/2

@NatWest_Help 2/2 this is the answer and it was merely NatWest updating details on their end, but I obviously wanted to check. Cora advises me to check my details on online banking but I don’t have access yet. Would the confirmation only have been sent to my new email or should I be worried?

@Muls_95 I changed from Santander to NatWest. For some reason with Santander my card would just stop working every 3 - 6 months, and they had no reason for it. Went to NatWest and had no issues!

@Em_Lebron @in_parody @NatWest_Help Did you get this resolved? I’ve got a complaint in now. I was able to log in, was told I was eligible to switch but when I clicked on it it told me my switch was in progress (I hadn’t even seen any rates available). By the time NatWest resolved the issue the rates had gone up

@NatWest_Help Hi, can someone please advise me why NatWest online chat are telling me that my mortgage advisor hasn’t uploaded documents when she has sent me proof that she has. I’d also like to know if we will get the interest rate that we applied at? Poor service so far.
