Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@NatWest_Help not yet had a reply about the number in the start of this thread. as they rang me 3 times today claiming to be natwest bank survey for upgrading my account but trucaller block it as scam and Internet is mixed views. Some say legitimate some say its a Scammer.

@craigcunn @SwitchUpG @NatWest_Help I worked many years in IT, I know tech can fail, however, an online service as big as Natwest should have a complete redundant system that can kick in when the main system fails. There is ZERO excuse for not updating their website with service out warning

@NatWest_Help #natwest now over 2 months & told on 6 different occasions over the phone it will be sorted in 5 days(20 days so far)and told I can’t talk to a manager as everyone is working from home?I’ve never knew #natwest was so #unorganised . Also put in a complaint on line and guess what!
