Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@NatWest_Help Part2 - Natwest has no other way to verify the account. I have the lady all the legal information required to verify my account. You guys should have multiple sources to verify a customer account. Such a worst service you guys are providing.

@NatWest_Help I have a joint account and haven't used it since 2016. I have noticed Natwest appearing on my credit report as an active account. So, I decided to call your customer service. As I don't remember my telephone password, I was told to go to a branch to verify the account.

Natwest have locked me out of my account twice in the last 3 weeks. I’m currently buying a house and need access to my account. So, I think this is an adios to banking with them 🥰

@Nugs4Bears @NatWest_Help I use my natwest account to buy crypto, are you buying it on a site that allows UK transactions? I buy through Binance if that's any help to you, not pushing a referral code or anything, just know there's a few hard to deposit and withdraw from :)

You e mail the ceo of NatWest get no response you call them and they put the phone down on you it’s completely and a absolutely disgusting then I get told to go to the ombudsman knowing full well it be too late for my business to survive.@Bounce_BackLoan @RishiSunak

@DavidJCrabb @andrewcopson Have today been told by NatWest that they are no longer opening new accounts in branch so it is necessary to upload photo ID to become a new customer of theirs. My elderly parents have therefore been denied an account. This is about so much more than elections!

@NatWestGroup customer complained about #NatWest not honouring it’s £125 switch offer, told to call switch Dept. They took the details, checked the switch was started within the promo period & promised to follow up to log #complaint over a week ago. Nothing since.
