This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@NatWest_Help again case of 'hidden' fees. Don't know who you're accountable to. Your website clearly says NO foreign transaction fees for Natwest credit card. Says nothing about all charges I'm paying for 'currency exchange fees'. Your info is misleading, inaccurate & dishonest

💷 Ouch. NatWest fined £265m for three offences under the Money Laundering Regs for not properly monitoring a customer’s accounts. Includes 33% discount for an early guilty plea and brings an end to the regulators case against the bank.

Loving the Natwest online help thing. You can find some random waffle that doesn't apply to your question in their help pages or you can spend 10 minutes speaking to a robot in order to be guided to the online waffle.

2 - and all manner of interdepartmental chaos, I am no closer to having the account set-up completed that we applied for. Worked in business 40+yrs, never have I witnessed the stove piped departmental chaos & lack of customer service that NatWest has demonstrated, defies belief!
