  • ME8803076435 ME88 (@ME8803076435) reported from City of London, England

Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

  • ME8803076435 ME88 (@ME8803076435) reported from City of London, England

This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

  • miguelagviegas Miguel Viegas (@miguelagviegas) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  • tvercaut Tom (@tvercaut) reported from Ealing, England

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

  • mikestockwell Michael Stockwell (@mikestockwell) reported from City of London, England

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

  • maggieinlondon Maggie - wear a mask 💙🏳️‍🌈🌱 (@maggieinlondon) reported from Wandsworth, England

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

  • LdnCinders Joanne Timms (@LdnCinders) reported from Croydon, England

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

@MorganBroadcast This is horrendous the stress caused you through no fault of your own @VirginActiveUK for their poor security and yes you are responsible and I must say @santanderuk awful Natwest/Lloyds/Barclays would have suspended the account very quickly due to irregularities on your account

  • AutisticGuide Ⓥ∞🧠Ⓐ⟭⟬🔮 (@AutisticGuide) reported

Me: No, that's creepy and completely ******* unnecessary - I know my customer ID, my passcode number, and my password, so, simply let me change the number without that total ******* invasion of my privacy, please? Natwest: It's for your privacy and security.

  • rachiepeapod Dame RachiePachiePeapod💙🏴‍☠️🥰🌈🌻🇪🇺 (@rachiepeapod) reported

@MorganBroadcast 😢just awful-hope all sorted soon🤞Back in mists of time I had new cheque book intersected(fellow student)he managed to get +£1,500(a lot of💷in 1989!)plunging me into huge debt.Took almost a year to sort out-bank(NatWest) initially treated me abysmally😔but Met Police were fab👍

  • AutisticGuide Ⓥ∞🧠Ⓐ⟭⟬🔮 (@AutisticGuide) reported

Natwest: To access your own account and money on your new phone, confirm your dead, inaccessible phone number from a million years ago in a verification text from us. Me: I can't. Let me change my number on the tablet device upon which I am already logged in, please?

  • bhp1905 Bert Pollheimer (@bhp1905) reported

@KarenStopHate Not tried it, but you can get 7 days free trial on the Apple website. If you have a NatWest bank account, you can also get 3 months free.

  • NoRupol NoRupologies (@NoRupol) reported

@MorganBroadcast @MrsJHatchett @HalifaxBank Barclays, Nationwide, HSBC and Natwest too, just with varying degrees of security but all pretty easy to reset with access to phone (which usually has email on auto sign in and password storage on browser). Especially when 2 factor is usually through text or an app..on the phone

  • baxter_daniel Dan (@baxter_daniel) reported

@rodmeister67 @kisskerr @kevverage It doesn’t change ownership because it is owned by RBS, who changed their name to NatWest group due to it being the majority of their customer facing business. You’re not very good at this are you?

  • stinkyfeetdan Dan Atkinson (@stinkyfeetdan) reported

@NatWest_Help is there a way of bypassing authorising in the app? I'm trying to buy something online but everytime I minimise the page and open up the natwest app to authorise the purchase the page I'm buying from goes blank making it impossible to make my purchase

  • Rockhilll Rockhill Focho (@Rockhilll) reported

@MorganBroadcast This is terribly! Years back, I went to the swimming pool at London Bridge then Fitness First Gymn, came back and everything in my locker's gone! Left with just my swim shorts! £350 used from my account.Gymn didn't help. NatWest blamed me. Took it to ombudsman and won. Still..
