@NatWest_Help 2/2 this is the answer and it was merely NatWest updating details on their end, but I obviously wanted to check. Cora advises me to check my details on online banking but I don’t have access yet. Would the confirmation only have been sent to my new email or should I be worried?

@NatWest_Help I can’t seem to add my replacement debit card to Apple Pay, it keeps saying I have to contact card issuer. Card works fine in stores. Tried on the NatWest app and wallet app. Help!

@NatWest_Help Sorry to bother you again. I received confirmation that my account had been approved and two minutes later received another email saying that my email address had been updated. I obviously didn’t do this but was previously a NatWest customer as a child, so it’s possible that 1/2
