@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@HMRCcustomers I didn’t ask to re issue, I did try to contact HRMC but couldn’t. I am currently in India that is why i am asking for bank transfer to my natwest bank. If you want i can share my NIN number and all the details as well for smooth process.

@NatWest_Help hello. New to NatWest. Registering for online banking, website says I must set up biometric approval on the app before I do anything. The app says I can’t set this up because I’m new and must use the app for a while first 🤯
