@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@GBNEWS I changed banks a while ago, natwest have crap customer service, I was always on hold for 15+ minutes whenever I rang. Sometimes I’d get cut off. Let them fail. Also the one time I needed them, they weren’t there. Screw them.

@NatWest_Help I run a business and I set up account with Natwest . After 8months i run out of post office cash deposit limit. Now I spoke to branch they are not taking any more deposit. I spoke to customer care where they are not even understanding the query. Such a shame

@SthembiD FROZEN BANK ACCOUNTS Bester revealed that his bank accounts were frozen by the AFU and had millions of rands and dollars: •R43 848 44 12 in the HSBC account •$13 808 044 10 in his NatWest account •R872 393 984 91 in his Absa account She had access to this!
