It has taken longer to fix the problem that it took to create it. Which seems like they have a far bigger issues they need to resolve.

snasam (@snasam) reported@ubereats_fr I already sent DM and been told repeatedly that you won’t help. I paid, didn’t get full order, fought for a refund which arrived in three parts and am now being told I had too refunds and so now owe money. I didn’t. No evidence of two via PayPal or NatWest.

Been waiting for three weeks to sort out a information request from them BUT the number they give is closed and you can only deal through customer services who can only use the same email loans ignore you on.
