  @Uncivilzation @CryptoWhale I opened an account with Natwest today. I fear my regular bank are not crypto friendly. I sent a sepa to Kraken in 2017 without issue but not long after my bank stopped crypto purchases with their credit card. The problems are still there and can affect anyone.

  @andysc @NatWest I've just been enrolled on a mega corp's approved vendor list and got access to their web enabled order system. It is so slow and clunky. Any startup releasing something like this would be out of business in an instant. I bet the CEO has never seen it.

  But first before NatWest or HSBC or the NHS or BT takes down their Twitter & Facebook accounts they publically name call all of their customers “unfair” “malicious” “deeply personal” This is unprofessional & inappropriate. It’s actually shocking. No accountability whatsoever.

  Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

  @OldNormality @Ciolfilicious1 Well done you 👏👏👏 I’ve had similar issues with staff at my local NatWest bank over last year. Coincidentally, when I have received a text asking to score out 10 my experience, they never call back when asked, when I give a low score.
