    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    @carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

    @NatWest_Help @arrivanorthwest Ok, how long should I wait before contacting? Really think there’s a problem with NatWest and Arriva when using Apple Pay, my other bank works fine whenever I have to use it in this circumstance, these issues happening too much now, already lost out on £4+ last time

    my NATWEST accounts vanished from my online banking and mobile app on Wednesday 9/3/22 and customer services cannot give me any information. is anyone experiencing the same issue? i'm desperate

    @acraigmiles The EUR account only supports incoming SEPA payments. If Natwest can instruct a SEPA payment, then you shouldn't have a problem receiving in your EUR account, but you'll only be able to use your IBAN & BIC associated with your EUR account. We hope this helps 👍

    @MrsLesleyKemp @HSBC_UK Truly Dreadful bank. We opened a/c with them at the recruitment agency I used to work for so obviously a large account but their customer service was diabolical. We moved to NatWest only 6 weeks after opening the hsbc account and never looked back

    @NatWest_Help @ideal_home_show Or you could spend time trying to complete NatWest business profile online that doesn’t work, they don’t return calls, and then threaten to shut down your business when their system fails. Start with the basics like looking after your customers.

    @LadyofCrypto1 My credit score was pushed down by over 10 pts because I made some crypto purchases (which I fully paid off in time) now everything I purchase I do through Revolut in the UK. Natwest have also frozen my account before all the way back in 2016 when I purchased crypto.

    holy moly im so annoyed at natwest (my UK bank) trying to get a new card after they blocked my old one because they thought its details were found online or some ****, BUT DIDNT TELL ME THEY DID THAT so just one day i tried to use it and OFC it didnt work..

    730am my #ApplePay transaction didn’t go thru, then at 733am I get a notification in my Wallet app saying approved, when it was declined on the @arrivanorthwest machine twice with my @NatWest_Help card. Arriva’s machines seem to have issues with #ApplePay and NatWest, not happy

    @StarlingBank Yes we have the IBAN. The problem is that to transfer money from the UK bank account (NatWest) requires an account number and sort code.
