    @carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    @NatWest_Help absolutely appalling service today at NatWest telephone banking. Have been waiting for over one hour to get a replacement card. Get transferred to random people and now cut off! WTF !!

    @XRP_UK @BabaCugs 13th nov natwest get a full system upgrade over to digital spoke to natwest yesterday about it (they needed training on new system… they told me less human errors no more paper passing around to settle accounts/send payments … it’s happening feel it? …p.s 36 or 52 how many ?

    @NatWest_Help Hi, help please. My partner has been the victim of credit card fraud with her NatWest CC. We have contacted the retailer associated with the transactions who are looking into it. In the meantime, should we contact CC Services to get the card reissued? Thanks.

I don’t have to call NatWest before I go into branch to make a transaction (even if I can do it online) sometimes it’s just easier to pop in to branch… to me it’s something about choice and flexibility and ultimately part of the user exp
