Not a great experience

I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with. Well unlucky… that’s a guaranteed half million you won’t get on your books!

If a teller or csa at a NatWest did their shift reeking of alcohol, particularly when dealing with customers, they would be disciplined.
