@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@NatWest_Help Fine, but are Natwest also advertising your support for Trans & Gay rights in your branches & websites in Dubai, UAE, China, Pakistan & Saudi Arabia? I am one of your customers and would be much more positive if I knew this was the case (rather than suspecting gross hypocrisy).

@NatWest_Help Spoken to 5 people now at the bank and not one has been able to help or give me any info. So no I won’t be giving any details. Instead I will just keep exposing NatWest until they have resolved my issue. Lost all access to funds #crooks

@NatWest_Help I am afraid the mobile app or ‘need help’ icons are not what we need now. It requires an actual human pressing a button to refund my friend’s money without any penalty charges. NatWest has held it now since the beginning of June. Enough is enough.
