  Myself is a Natwest customer. Branch personnel has no knowledge about the correction of this error. They did not take any responsibility to help me, its their branch ATM, and they did not prompt any relevant team to rectify the error that caused their ATM.

  Anyone else feel depressed reading things like NatWest will only see 1 in 8 workers return to the office? No one loves the commute but the thought of having to spend your working life pretty much on your own in a small room or at a desk in the kitchen makes me feel quite sick

  @RBS_Help Hi. I need a telephone number for a team in RBS that will deal with charges placed on a property from an old defaulted loan. I know NatWest have a customer facing legal team for this, we need the RBS equivalent as well, it’s not listed anywhere on the website.

  @NatWest_Help i tried to withdraw cash from Natwest Southampton city center ATM, but machine didnt dispense cash, but my non natwest acc debited, and there was no help from the branch personnel. This is not acceptable and very poor customer service.
