  @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  @guinevere_86157 19% is high by historical standards, and compares favourably with other Retail Banks e.g. RBS was down at 4% before the financial crisis, and NatWest is currently 14%. The economic impact of 30% should also be considered as this is capital that can't be used to support lending.

  @iSlimfit God bless them indeed Deloitte leads with 26 weeks full pay from day one (flexible too can spread it out), same for NatWest, Aviva, and BT. Proper family support like this is a game-changer. Makes you wonder when more sectors (and countries) will catch up.

  @MartinSLewis The BBC had a piece on their website yesterday about cheques from HMRC not scanning on the app and she had to go miles to pay it in. My elderly housebound mum had the same problem this year. My sister tried to scan and pay it but it wouldn’t work on the NatWest app.

  @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

  £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.   @AndrewAndru2012 @VerdeSelvans the phone is still usable while it’s indexing, but expect it to feel a bit slower, warmer, and with higher battery drain for the first few days (sometimes up to a week depending on how much data you have especially photos and messages). It runs in the background.On UK banking apps: so far most people are reporting that Monzo, Barclays, Starling, NatWest, Santander etc. are working fine on iOS 27 beta.Rollback is possible but annoying you’ll need to restore via a computer in recovery mode, and you’ll lose data unless you have a backup from before you installed the beta. Beta backups don’t always restore cleanly to older versions.
