Mohammad Usman (@Mohamma43861577) reported@GiantsGee @NOWHelpTeam Gareth, if you still got the talktalk router it can easily be reconfigured to work with NowTv/Sky. I've done exactly this because the flat design of the NowTv router gives poor WiFi coverage. If you want a hand I can send over some instructions.

Mohammad Usman (@Mohamma43861577) reported@GiantsGee Worst case scenario they'll tell you to plug in the NowTV router if you have a fault, if you've got one of the black talktalk hubs Sagemcom Fast5364 or the Huawei DG8041W they will work perfectly fine with NowTv. I've had mine like that for nearly a year without issue.
