Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

Gary Lager (@Garrardinho) reported from London, England@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

Five Star FUT (@FiveStarFUT) reported@TCF_Frenchie I use NowTV and usually just grab deals on Sky Sports as and when they pop up (if you cancel close to end of a term they usually offer an automatic discount to keep you etc). It’s decent, only downsides are picture quality and delayed streams
