Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Free Speech 404 UK (@freespeech404uk) reported@NOWTV do you know your subtitles are ALWAYS out of synch with the movie? The subtitles are always 2 minutes ahead of what's happening on screen. It's very annoying! I think it's because you add adverts before the movie? That screws up the timing. FIX IT PLEASE.

Kieran 🏎️🏁 (@KieSF1) reportedIs anyone using NOWTV and having some lag with F1? My internet speed tests are perfect yet it seems to cut off, doesn’t buffer as such, just seems to go all pixelated from time to time and the audio stops?
