@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

**** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

@NOWTV Was just in live chat with someone but they have ended the chat without sorting issue out. Basically we have now been sent a set your password email but when we click on the link it takes us to a screen that says access denied
