@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@NOWTV @nowtvhelp Are you ever going to fix the glitch on your service where the “continue watching” function takes you back to the previous episode that you’ve literally just watched? It’s incredibly annoying.

@nowtvhelp I'm so frustrated by the known issue of content sound being our of sync. I only have this issue with the iphone app all other entertainment platforms like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ all terrestrial channels are fine but the NOWTV app is basically unusable.

Had one problem after another with transferring internet to Now Broadband. Was supposed to go live on 23rd dec and still isn’t live now. Had a problem connecting & had to wait for open reach to sort it, now that’s fixed it’s saying there’s a problem in my home... @NOWTV
