    @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

    @NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

    The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.
