    @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

    @nowtvhelp This morning I just been on quite a few forms people with nowtv I thinking of cancelling it with BT because of all the problems they're had with the now tv app complaints on the btforum what are are complaining about on the forums it not just me and it the 4k box t4000

    @nowtvhelp just thought I'd let you know that I watch the programme not in HD the program was called Warehouse 13 from syfire but then if I watch a programme in HD it lights up so could it be the nowtv booster HD problem on YouView boxes

    @NOWTV You have just told me over the phone that the wifi connection is not your responsibility and because I am not a commercial customer it is not your problem if I cannot use your internet connection to teach. This will work well when I cannot teach from home next week.

    **** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

    Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

    @nowtvhelp 9.4.3 build 4079-56 This one is the worst one. They are all the same stick so I guess the same software version. Only happens when watching things through NowTV not any other apps.

    I was so wrong about Peacock not coming to the UK - still trying to work out how it plans to coexist as a distinct product with Sky. Most of the launch content is already streaming via #skyq and #nowtv

    @NOW is the worst service I have had ever. I live in zone 1 central London and I purchased it for @lionsofficial tour. I have yet to watch a game in the crystal clear view I had hoped for. 👎👎👎🤬 #nowtv and yes I have done all your troubleshooting, and it’s still ****

    Its incredible that NowTV charges you £60 a year for ‘boost’ which means you can watch in HD. £60 extra for what should be the base minimum quality a consumer would expect. And by incredible, I mean an absolute disgrace

    @NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

    @NOWHelpTeam is once again glitchy. I purchased this service to watch the @lionsofficial tour and I have yet to watch a game in focus. It’s a blurry mess, I have done all your trouble shooting and it’s clear that your service is just not good 👎👎 #nowtv

    @NobleF1 The issue for me is that I only have Sky for the F1 channel and recording BTCC. (NowTV doesn’t do delayed start). I watch Netflix and Disney+ mostly. It’s really expensive for one channel, so I’m thinking of cancelling. If live races were on the F1 apps, I’d watch on that.

    Honestly whoever created the Nowtv app on apple tv needs to be ******* dealt with. And paired with the actual worst-ever-thing apple remote. This is my villain origin story.

    @NOWHelpTeam is there an issue with NowTV currently? When you switch it on, it comes up with the normal screen of programmes but when you choose one, it just times out?? Thanks

    @NOWHelpTeam Thanks. Please also mention that pausing/resuming playback needn’t mean obscuring half the image for ages, obscuring action + subtitles. + They should check out how the fast forward/fast backward timeline works on other apps we pay less for. Sadly NOWTV the worst tv app by far.

    @NOWHelpTeam No it hasn't been resolved, its been ongoing for months. I have been told by one of your colleagues on live chat that Nowtv Nowtv doesn't have the bandwidth to cope with the demand. This is a problem and you should resolve this for your customers who are paying £28 pm for rubbish

    In a slight state of panic here (in the Netherlands, where no one is showing tonight's match) - for some reason the VPN plus day pass on NOWTV shtick doesn't work! Does anyone in Britain have a brilliant idea I might try to watch anyway? @FGRFC_Official
