@NOWTV i still cannot access my account. Signed up 3 days ago and can't login. Can you help as your help page is terrible and no use at all. You can sign up easily but can't access it, it's a total shambles

@DisneyPlusUK I am trying to turn on English subtitles on the app on @NOWTV and it doesn't seem to have that option? I have tried a number of things but I can't see this option and your help page implies it is only available on certain devices?

@theloop It's super annoying that many basic controls like "skip back 10 seconds" don't work on many Apple TV apps like YouTube and NowTV (Sky), surely such basics should be compulsory to get through the App Store
