No reason for cancelling my order, no thought for the problems this causes work etc. back to BT great customer service. whatever you’ve done to my broadband now needs an engineer to visit. I'm gonna buy a month pass for £12 anyway hoping it'll help but letting you know there's an option for those who are low on funds etc. #SnyderCut

It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

But yeah anything streamed on our TVs unless it’s like Netflix etc… it would be affected. But yeah no problem!
