@NOWTV When attempting a “reset” on my NowTV stick, I am getting beyond the internet password only to be told I need to check my hdmi cable connection. There is no problem with that. Solution please?

I’ve never, ever experienced anything like the service I’ve received with @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp - the sheer lack of customer care and the way my issue has been handled has been so shockingly bad I literally fail to believe a word they tell me.

@NOWTV I have a Problem with my NOWTV App through BT RE: DEVICES I'm unable to watch my Subscription channels Through either my TV or cast from my mobile phone ,This has happened lots of times the last time on Tuesday. I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

I’m not usually this type of person however @NOWTV / @nowtvhelp and @OpenreachHelp screwed me over with my broadband due to an issue with the exchange nearby - but failed to notify me. It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

@NOWTV I am good customer. I pay about 40 euro every month for the last few years. I cant get through to your team since 23rd December. I bought lots of Sky extra passes, when I wanted to buy monthly passes. No one to help, was accussed of being stupid . I have all the pics.

@NOWTV No I tried it a few times but still comes up with the same error. User and pass still work fine on website and on my other NOWTV sticks. The one I am trying to access is just a Roku branded stick. I made room for a new device to be added in device manager on nowtv website

@NOWTV my broadband went down on 30/12/2020. (Faulty modem). I have been without Internet for a week and still no signof a replacement! All of the entertainment devices I have (tv/radio/laptops) all work off of WiFi. Needless to say I've had a terrible new year. Thanks.

@NOWTV hi, I’ve got a Samsung tv and your app keeps crashing and the only way to fix is to reset the tv to startup. This fixes it temporarily but now the app is failing to load again. Is there an update due to fix this?
